This location has the best staff! John (manager) is a great guy, incredibly courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. By far my best experience at any tire shop, I was in & out in with a set of new tires in 45 minutes!

Once again I was taken in as a walk in just before closing to repair 1 tire that had a slow leak . You can tell that everyone working here is very knowledgeable. The manager is doing his job !

Man, I was going to these little tire shops, and they had no respect for my rims. The tires were bad little did I know. I said no more. This is awesome! I just broke down and bought a new set of tires. The ride is cool. Thanks, Discount Tire!

Super freaking slow. I came to get air in my tire…. 1 freaking tired btw. The guy that was airing up the tires…When i pulled my car in for air… he gave me the finger. Like hold on… i literally watched him go start working on someone else’s car. I waiting exactly 37mins. I kept track of the time. I was the ONLY car there at the time for air. Why not get me out the way??? Then of course a line built up.. but super freaking slow. Just for air

Left the airport noticing a very low tire. Pulled up to DT to find them closed. An employee was heading to his car and took the time to run back to put air in our tire to make it home since everything else was closed. Thank you for going above and beyond, Cameron. It is so appreciated.

I want to take the time to compliment Mr. Javier for going over and beyond the call of duty on a hectic crazy business Saturday. (Days I try to avoid) I arrived with not the best acknowledgement before being serviced. But I have to commend Javier for being a 2nd opinion to my low tire pressure issue. Originally this morning getting t work my car notified me of a low tire psi 25. I kinda panic because I didn't want to miss work. I work at Lonestar Community College technology and drove immediately after work at 2pm. I had a younger gentleman assist but he was not asking me questions or probing like I'm accustomed to each time I visit discount tires. When the younger worker helped I felt he was not selling me on the confidence he didn't see the nail I expressed why I was coming in. Nevertheless he felt I needed a new tire and saw bubbles letting him know it was happening on the side of the tire where the bubbles does not qualify. I was for sure I seen a thick stable shape in the lines of the trends I knew it was repairable. I asked a supervisor after getting on my knees to re-look and examined what I knew I seen on the tire. I kindly asked for a Supervisor and asked if I can get a 2nd opinion. Javier immediately probbed me the right questions I was expecting to be asked and asked where my car was parked and went to examine indept for me. I appreciate him taking time he could have took a break but go back to servicing another customer for the crazy hectic busy day on a Saturday. Not only did Javier didn't exactly see what I kept explaining he told me to wait a bit more and he was going to take a deeper look. Man Javier was my batman today and found the nail that was causing the pressure to indicate low. Wow! That's the best quality service I expect from getting here. I want to give him his flowers for going over and beyond his duty with me. While it was a crazy Saturday and he could have brushed me off he handled business and made sure he found the problem. I'm grateful and wish this compliment gets back to him. Because today I had an amazing day he just topped it off with icing on the cake. Thank you Javier for really making my day with your customer service, putting yourself in my shoes for 10mins to given me a service that had to be displayed on Google. I hope corporate recognizes you for servicing this way because this is why I adore discount tires.

First time here, I was like whattt when they said the service was free. (I had a nail in my tire)Asked if I could tip wouldn’t be ok just not paying anything. (Tip!! They work hard to get you in and out.) From the moment I walked in, to the time I left the service was top notch! Very polite, and quick. I’m still amazed how easy and fast this service was. They even keep you posted the whole time!! Thank you guys, what a way to start the day!!

Haven’t been to this location in a bit but it was the closest one to my way home from work. I had my tire sensor go off and had an opportunity to schedule an appointment same day. With being closing time, I was expecting to be there for at least an hour but it took around 20 mins to take care of my issue. They discovered I had a leaking valve and was able to be replaced. Josh was helping me and was helpful and professional during the process. Thank you for your service. Will be coming back again when it’s time to buy new tires.

This location is full of scammers who puncture peoples tires so you can purchase a new one. A serious corprate investigation should be opend here. This location is not to be trusted...something is very seriously wrong with their deceptive service. I brought my car in because I had a nail..1 nail was in my tire because I went for an oil change and they checked my tires and found the nail and because I have an account with Discount tires I took my car in. When they brought me the tire they put 3 more nails in it to where I had to buy a new tire.

No son nada profesionales no toman enserió su trabajo fui a poner las 4 ruedas y me la dejaron mal balanceada y aparte no me le pusieron dos sensores nada recomendable
