Excellent customer service and extremely friendly staff. Listened to what I was trying to accomplish with a new set of All- Season tires and made recommendations accordingly. Dropped my car off for the appointment a half an hour early, and they jumped on it right away. Had the tires changed in less than an hour. Good pricing and selection in comparison to their competitors. I would recommend giving them a visit prior to going anywhere else.

This place is awesome. Despite having a busy schedule, Cameron assisted me over the phone and was willing to take a walk in late in the afternoon. The staff got my wheels and tires changed out before the day ended! Very kind and professional service, and now my car is ready to go for the rainy/winter season. Took my car to Discount Tire to see about a slow leak in one of my tires. Sadly, I had a nail embedded in the side of my front/right tire and they were kind and courteous as to my options. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb or silly about it. They told me the it's not possible to repair or patch it, but gave me a good price on new tires. I opted to just get it done and they were so fast at getting me on my way. Thanks a ton! Totally professional and incredibly helpful crew! Got my Jetta riding fantastic again! Thanks fellas!

This review does not affect this location, Salesmen or technicians. The salesmen were nothing but professional. This review is for Discount Tire’s “New” gummy tire repair policy. I guess they no longer repair or touch tires with gummy plugs in them… I worked For Discount Tire for more than 7 years and I have repaired hundreds maybe even thousands of tires with gummy plugs in them. This was a gummy plug I installed my self because I was in a bind at the time. There is nothing wrong with this tire, as long as the puncture is not in the sidewall or greater than a 1/4”. I’m also aware of the USTMA guidelines Not repairing tires with these plugs in them has nothing to do with safety, this is a corporate money hungry policy.

I stopped by today and a guy named Cooper who works there greeted me was a nice guy till he got rude with me about buying a set of wheels and tires told me I had to level or lift my truck before I could get the wheels and tires !! I have been a auto technician for 25 plus years and I knew I didn't need a lift or a leveling kit for the wheels and tires I wanted but he refused to give me a quote and said the other tire shop i stopped by earlier in the day was dumb and didn't know what they were talking about !!! Anyways long story short I will never shop at that store and I will put the word out that Cooper is very intimidating and lacks professionalism in the business

My experience at discount tire was great. I financed my new Michelin tires online through their website and scheduled an installation for the next week. The service during installation was top-notch. The guys looked like a pit crew and I was out in 30 minutes. I got new valve stems and lug nuts to replace the old worn out ones from Ford. I recommend discount tire to anybody.

I had a leak in my rear tire. I have to say I was very impressed with the level of service I received today. I was helped by Cameron and Bailey, both people were very kind and had excellent customer service. Additionally they allowed my puppy to wait inside the lobby with me, which was super kind. I will forever be a Discount Tire customer. Thank you guys.

I recently visited Discount Tire for what was supposed to be a simple tire rotation and balance. Little did I know this routine service would turn into a nightmare that left me fuming. Careless Handling: When I arrived, I saw the technician handling my brand new wheels in a way that instantly raised red flags. He had my wheels off the car and leaned them against the wheel studs—with the painted faces facing the studs! Anyone with even a basic understanding of wheels knows how reckless this is. This careless handling led to the worst possible outcome: my wheels were chipped. Not scratched—chipped. The pristine, flawless finish of my brand new wheels was ruined, all because of the sheer negligence of Discount Tire's staff. Zero Accountability: When I confronted the staff about the damage, their response was infuriating. Rather than owning up to their mistake, they tried to brush it off as if it were no big deal. No sincere apology, no offer to fix or replace the damaged wheels—just a dismissive attitude that made it clear they couldn’t care less about their customers’ property. A Costly Mistake: What was supposed to be a routine service has now left me with wheels that are permanently damaged. The time, money, and effort I invested in getting my car looking just right were all wasted in a matter of minutes due to Discount Tire’s utter lack of care. Final Verdict: If you value your vehicle and want it handled with the care it deserves, do not take it to Discount Tire. The damage they caused me isn’t just cosmetic; it’s a glaring reminder of their incompetence. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for tire services. Discount Tire has lost a customer for life. Rating: 1/5 stars (because zero isn’t an option)

Brought in a car I had just bought to have a tire patched after finding a screw in it. They didn’t charge for the repair even after asking and telling them that I didn’t buy the tires there! They got me in last minute and had the patch done super quick, they saved the day! Can’t recommend them enough!

Good price, didn't check my tpms batteries and they went dead right after new tires. They said it happens often when psi to 0 then back. So why don't they check the tpms when they change tires?

I came in at 5:43 on a Friday night in desperate need of two tires for my trailer. I was 2 hours from home and zero chance I’d make it without a blowout. These guys had me on the road at 5:59. I was super stoked. Service was great and the speed was unreal. Thanks guys!

I wish I would say I’d come back. Customer service was excellent. But the fact is they messed up my wheel/tire bad. Before I came in I heard no abnormal sounds on my car. Immediately after a noise was coming from a wheel they said they struggled taking off. I took it in again the next day and they basically said there’s nothing they can do and it’s most likely my brakes… guess what…? Changed my brakes and the noise is stilllll there. I have no idea what they did but they messed something up changing my tire. It’s so annoying I’m left trying to figure out what they messed up on. On top of that they didn’t fully put on my hubcap and they left them extremely greasy and dirty.
