This is my second set of tires from this location in the past 2 months (two different vehicles). In both cases, I elected for the 8:15 appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. This may not be typical but it was appreciated all the same. Service was professional and up selling pressure kept to a minimum. Overall, a great experience.

super happy with the service I received at this location. I was told I had a bad wheel from a Mavis location, only to have it checked and finding out my wheels were fine. I wasn't happy with my tires, so with great help from Matthieu/Matthew I got a new set of wheels and tires. SUV drives like a dream now.

A week ago, I hit something on the highway that flattened my tire. I called this store, asked if they had the tire I need in stock and they said they didn’t but they could have it in tomorrow. After putting my spare on, I drove to this store. Robert came out and looked at my tire (with the rim on it) and said that they could get it changed out first thing in the morning and it would be ready around 10-11am so I left it overnight. Next day, after work I come by to pick up my car with the new tire on it. We get there, my car hasn’t been touched it’s still parked with the spare on it. I walked in, informed them of the situation and they brought my car into the bay to get the tire replaced. After a few minutes, the guy working at the front approaches me to tell me that I will need a new rim as well and that the one I have on it got messed up and it wouldn’t hold air. 1. Why didn’t Robert who looked at my car inform me of this the day before? 2. Why didn’t someone replace/look at the tire sooner and give me a call and inform me of this instead of me coming after work anticipating it’s done and it’s not and now needs more work? I told the guy that it would have been nice for someone to tell me that the day I dropped it off when it was looked at. He agreed but never said sorry, nothing. On top of this, they were trying to tax $148 for an aftermarket rim and $800 for the rim that fits my car. I found one online for $200 brand new. I will take my car elsewhere to get tires from now on. It’s the simple fact that they had no remorse for the inconvenience all of this caused.

Excellent prices and the employees never pressure you into buying something you aren’t comfortable with buying. I got tires at the Penny Way store for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Glad they are in this new location.

Fantastic service! We have been struggling with quality service in our local area. Branched out now that our car needed new tires. Drove up to Greensboro to Discount Tire here on Battleground Ave. We were a little late due to having a flat tire (we seriously needed new tires) and they still honored our appointment (I called ahead). They met us at the door with a smile and a greeting. Checked us in, inspected our tires. Let us know our back tires didn't need replacing for another year (so they were honest). We went ahead and replaced all four. Our tire pressure sensors were going out and they replaced one that went out while they were changing the other three, at no additional cost. Their tires are covered under warranty, as are the pressure sensors. New tires are smooth! Didn't realize how rough car was riding until now. No issues with new tires and ride is quite. Prices are competitive and they do offer several option, taking the time to review each with you to help find what suits your needs/budget. We HIGHLY recommend Discount Tire for tire needs. The quality, service and honesty is seriously above. We left confident in our vehicle - something we haven't had in a while with a mechanic shop. I wish they serviced more than just tires at this point because they would see my car for everything if they did. :) Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Clean place. Had them check a tire out which had gotten almost flat. I used a fix a flat, and took it over to be checked. They said it was fairly new, and did tests to see if they could find a leak. Said they couldn't. So then, they didn't try to sell me a tire I didn't need. On the other hand, they didn't have those tires either. But I think they're good.

I pulled in at work and noticed that I had low pressure in a tire. Rather than risk a flat at the end of the day, I went to Discount Tire on Battleground. Jehnyia greeted me before I got out of the car, took my car into the bay, and checked all the tires. Turns out they just needed air, but her inspection made me more confident. She was professional, efficient, and charming. I appreciate the care she took with a simple problem, and she had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Thanks Jehnyia!

This place is great. They honor their warranties and have amazing customer service. Luther is very courteous and treats everyone that walks in the door with the utmost respect. I was really frustrated when my tires were worn after less than a year, but they wasted no time in making it right for me.

I got a nail in my tire and needed a quick tire patch last min on a Saturday. I was greeted out in the parking lot as soon as I pulled in and was taken care of immediately. The wait wasn't very long and they patched my tire for FREE! WHAT?! While I was waiting I noticed how professional, kind, and honest everyone was with the other customers. I'll def come back here again! *Side note, there was a couple there with the most adorable toddlers running around being their cute selves, and I met a super cool lady with a vintage Volswagen Beetle that she named "Coco Blue". Great vibes here for sure!

This was hands down the best tire place I have been to! Everyone was super courteous,professional, knowledgeable, and friendly . I was in and out within about 20 minutes..with 4 new tires and windshield wipers ...all at a great price!! I will definitely be returning here in the future. Thanks for a great experience !!!

Best tire shop experience ever had in my life in my car feels like a dream. I brought my wife's car in on Saturday and they took care of me wicked quick the staff was incredibly efficient and productive and everybody seemed to be happy. Way to go guys great job! Only 600 bucks for a set of four tires for my Hyundai sonata

This is an extremely well run tire store. The front desk employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices are fair. The quality of tire installation is high--no scratching of wheels, and tires inflated to correct pressure. Free tire rotation--and balancing--is provided for the life of the tires. They even have a tire pressure station where, when a customer drives in, an employee comes out and checks tire pressures. Also, the level of customer service is very high. I learned this when there was a problem, and I saw how they took care of it. I've bought three sets of tires from this store, and I'm sure that I'll buy many more.

We are so grateful for Kenny Brown's excellent service. As we were driving cross country, we noticed the tire warning light on our car light up. We are carrying our camping equipment and billing a boat so it was very worrisome. We called Discount Tire, and they said come right in. Kenny came right out and checked our tires and reset the sensor, explained the issue, and assured us that he would not let us leave if he felt the tires were unsafe. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and even checked our boat tires. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and above all, very kind. Thank you, Kenny!!
