Mark is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He walked out to greet me as soon I pulled up, and informed me the tires I ordered the night before online were Not in their shop yet. Since I was heading out of town that same day, he worked Patiently and Diligently to find me 2 quality tires to get to my destination safely. He made phones calls and did online search to find me suitable tires. He was professional, calm and kind. Go see Mark at the 3401 W Gate Blvd location, he'll take GREAT care of you!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this store but I will say I came in not have a good day a sick of putting air in my tires. I had the pleasure of working with Alicia Love today and I must say she really gave wonderful customer service, was detail, and took her time with making sure I was knowledgeable on the tire I was getting and even made sure I will be notified when it time to come back. She really brighten my day up.. we were already customs for life but we will definitely be sticking with this store for all tire needs!! Thank you again!!!

Spouse & I have been purchasing tires from DT for 20+ years. Our tires over more recent years are being expired by DT tire when we are no where near the mileage we should be getting from 60/70,000 mile tires. At recent visit, I was told I will be needing to replace my tires verses rotate at my NEXT rotation visit, I had 29,000 miles on my 70,000 mile tires during recent visit. We are seeing above consistent pattern over recent 15 years, DT tire expiring tires long before mileage use is attained. So I had my tires looked at by 2 competing stores day before visiting DT, I did not tell 2 other stores about concern we have with DT, simply asked that my tire status be checked, was told by those 2 stores, I won't need tires for another 25/30000 miles on my 70,000 mile tires (unless I increase my mileage or damage a tire of course). We bought tires elsewhere on 1 of our 4 vehicles, have 30,000 miles on those, that store says we are good for many more miles. We have 4 vehicles because we hve a business.

Called a head of time, picked out my tires, paid for them online. Showed up to my appointment an hour early. They replaced all 4 tires in 20 minutes, both my wiper blades and had me back on the road. They were really friendly too. Btw they patch tired for free regardless of where you bought them. And they're tires come with a lot of benefits the other tires shops don't come with. They will take care of you in almost every state if you travel as much as I do.

Excellent customer service and the work gets done rather quickly. Discount Tire has been the only place I've been taking my 3 automobiles for the past 10 years!!! Great job!!

Guys are awesome. Had tires put on truck and about 2 weeks later had a vibration on steering wheel. Looks like one of the balancing weights may have came off so took it back to get rebalanced. Guys were super professional and took care of the problem. Will deal with this location in the future! Five stars!

Incredible customer service! We ran over a nail while on a roadtrip far from home. We were able to get our tire replaced easily The team at discount was so kind, answered all our questions and worked quickly to get us back on the road! We are so appreciative of their hard work!

Bought new tires and rims here. They charged for "certs" without asking if they were wanted at almost $100 and charged for disposal even tho I kept the old rims and tires.

I went because my tire pressure was low and I wanted to know what was going on. Jerome informed me that I could get it plugged with no charge. He went into depth educating me about the health of my tires, the benefit of plugging it, and what would happen if I needed a new tire. He was very helpful and kind! Thank you Jerome, you have great service!

The worst customer service experience. These guys are scammers they will take your money and will not hold anyone accountable for the work. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS LOCATION.

Called discount tire to plug or patch my tire & they told me they would take care of it free of charge. I get there & they LIE & say they cannot fix the tire. They said that the tire (along with ALL my other tires) needed to be replaced. I left & went to Mr. Tire Auto Service Center & they fixed my tire with NO PROBLEMS. Not sure if I was targeted because I am a woman but please beware. I do not recommend Discount Tire.

Purchased the tires online and scheduled an appointment the same day (4 tires). When I pulled up, Josh greeted me in the parking lot by name. The whole team is friendly, clean store, Wi-Fi and got me in and out quickly. That's why I keep coming back to Discount Tire.

We’ve been discount tire for years and they have always worked great for our needs. Today I needed to check on one of my tires that was losing air. I ended up having it replaced under warranty. Kevin (I think that was his name) helped me with everything and he was very informative, efficient, and polite. The tech was efficient and got the work done quickly so I didn’t wait anywhere near as long as I thought. This is my second time to this location so we will likely be back in the future. I also suggest the discount tire credit card as you can use this for gas as well and there is no interest if you pay it off by a certain time period. Thanks for the help guys!
