The tire selection I was looking for was not available that day, I ended up going with a less expensive set they did have in stock. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to get me in fairly quickly! I don't think i was there for much longer then 45min to an 1 hour. All together the service was great. Note: (Specifically if they are branded or Oem.) They don't always give you back your original valve stem caps, so be sure to mention you want the original ones put back on, or they might end up giving you just the basic caps.

I had a disappointing experience at this Discount Tire location. Sam, the representative I dealt with, was extremely rude and unhelpful when I inquired about my tire warranty. He was unclear about the warranty details and initially refused to reach out to the manufacturer to clarify why my warranty claim wasn’t covered. It took persistent effort on my part just to get him to consider contacting them. Customer service should be about transparency and helping customers navigate warranty concerns, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I expected better service and professionalism, especially from a reputable company like Discount Tire. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for clear and courteous assistance.

Booked an appointment on line to have the tires on my F350 Dually rotated and reset to the proper air pressure for the winter. Their on-line system asks for the vehicle type when you make the appointment. After checking in, I'm told that they can't honor my appointment because they didn't know it was a Dually and they need to take all the tires off to rotate them. They recommended I make another appointment and leave it with them as it would take about 2 hours. I don't have another vehicle so leaving it with them isn't an option and you have to take all the tires off of every vehicle to rotate them. So apparently taking off 2 extra tires takes an hour. I should have bought my tires at CostCo. UPDATE 11/17/2024 Store Manager reached out to apologize for the confusion and indicated that my appointment should have been honored even if it would have taken a little longer and he asked that I given them another chance. Went in today after booking my appointment over the phone (so they knew it was a Dually). I was in and out in a little over 90 min. No muss no fuss. If I had gotten this service the first time it would be a 5 Star review so I'm averaging it out to 3. :-)

The man I spoke with was very helpful. I went in and wanted to get a new set of custom wheels for my car. Not only did he get the wheels I want for a better price then want other places quoted me, but he was also able to get them in three days. Overall one of the easiest experiences buying tire and wheels

The scheduled appointment process was quick and easy. Forty minutes turnaround time. Helpful and friendly staff, and the facilities are clean and well maintained.

Customer service is awful just needed air in my tire and no one asked if I needed help I had to ask them this place just open and I will never come here again manager you need to talk to your guys on handling customers better.

Terrible customer service. I went in to ask about the wait time to get my tires filled, and the man at the front desk just stared at me—no greeting, no response, nothing. The interaction was extremely awkward and dismissive. I decided to take my car elsewhere.

I came here for a Saturday appointment but was free on the day prior. Took my car here to see if it could be done and they couldn’t be any more nicer, professional and to the point. Even though they were busy my car was in and out after 40 minutes with 4 brand new tires. Great place.

I was pleased with my experience. I had a bolt in my tire on a Saturday morning. I came here and they ordered the tire and said it would be in Monday. I called several times on Monday and the tire hadn’t come in yet. Matt was super helpful and understood I had to travel for work the next day so he gave me another new tire to use in the interim since mine hadn’t come in yet. Super grateful for his help!

Shop seems to be understaffed... Logan and Andrew are the best! I feel bad because it seems they are swamped alone. They work their hardest and always deliver great customer service.

Although this place is new, please be aware that they do not provide all tire services. They will not align your tires AND will not let YOU know that those services are needed. This place could do so much better without deceptive business practices. I will also report them to Discount Tire Corporate offices since this will only turn away customers and business alike hurting their bottom line. It’s as simple as letting the customer know that alignments are part of the tire purchasing process. Totally disappointed.

Came here and spoke to Ke’andre to replace an entire set of tires last Saturday and already spent an hour. They failed to put the wheel weights back on the wheels and now I'm waiting another hour+ for them to fix this issue. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location. They obviously have no sense of customer service, quality, or pride in workmanship. I also see dishonest practices. I see a LOT of frustrated customers here.

Bad customer service and scammers, I have been a customer for 16 years, my car just passed inspection , and i bought tires from them a year ago. Today took my car for rotation and balancing, and they said that front tires thread was more weary than the back tires, and they try to sell me new tires, and refused to do rotation and balancing. Isn’t the point of rotating to get all tires thread at the same level!? They just scamming people, i wont be doing business with discount tire anymore.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I took my car here on Wednesday morning to get air in my rear passenger side tire because my dashboard showed my tire was at 26PSI. Wednesday evening after work, that same tire went back down to 25PSI, I took it back to Discount tire and they supposedly “repaired the tire/patched it” I asked what was wrong with the tire, and a bald guy said they found “something” in it. But didn’t show me what they found in my tire. Friday morning (2 days later) my tire read 22PSI, I took it back to Discount tire that morning and they only put air in it. I drove it to work then after I got off work the tire read 25PSI so here I am back up here AGAIN, the guy takes my tire off of the rim and asked me have I previously had any work done on my tire, I said No why, he then proceeded to show me the tire where they patched it on Wednesday and also showed me where supposedly some place had plugged the tire TWICE in one spot. The guy told me the tire wasn’t repairable, well why didn’t they say this in the beginning with on Wednesday when I first brought it up there? He then asked if I wanted to purchase a replacement tire, I said No, just put my tire back on and I’ll drive away. He told me that they aren’t allowed to put my tire back on my car since I don’t want to get a new one. I politely said, sir you will put my tire back on so I can leave, I didn’t trust them to do anymore work to my tire. I’d rather go to some place that’s honest at the beginning. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They just want money that’s all! Greedy, liars, not trustworthy people.

This new place opened less than a week ago so I switched my appointment from a different location to this one on my way home from work. I showed up, was greeted at the door by another Logan who was super friendly and professional. He checked out my tires and got me checked in, they wheeled back my car a minute or so later and it took them only 25 mins to swap out all 4 of my tires. I basically walked to the Wayback burger a building over for a quick bite to eat and then when I was walking back they had finished my car. Super fast and efficient. Not only that but the discount tires online agents got me a quote that price matched deals provided by other vendors. Overall great experience
