I’m so blown away by the service here!! I walked in and was helped immediately! Christina was so kind and helpful, she tested and explained my issue thoroughly and efficiently. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tires from now on!

GO TO DIFFERENT DISCOUNT TIRE LOCATION. My grandson is there and asked for the cheapest fire which should have been Article 89851. They have six in stock and convinced him he was getting cheapest tires at a cost double what he asked for. He's young and naive. They are JERKS for doing him like that. GO TO DIFFERENT DISCOUNT TIRE LOCATION. I know they lied about inventory cause another DISCOUNT TIRE store looked at their inventory for me and told me exactly what they were doing. Jerks!!!!

I went to Discount Tires today to have my tires aired. My day was already down. But when Christina came out to assist me. She brightened my day up with Joy, Peace and comfort. In knowing that all is well….Thank you Discount Tire for having such wonderful employee on your team.

Jason was awesome! He went above and beyond in assisting with finding my synchrony account after misplacing my card. He was friendly and provided some comic relief. He also promised to have me out in 30 mins w 3 tires and he delivered on that too w the help of Vinny who completed the job. I’ll most definitely be back to this location. Thanks again Jason

Stopped by to get my tire pressure checked out and the attendant was real nice. The line moves like it should. It only took less than 10 minutes per car at the most.

Really pleased with their efficiency when making appointments online - I was in and on my way quickly. I had purchased tires online and quoted a reasonable price of installation, which I was happy had no extra hidden costs upon entering the store.

Been here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The past two times I have worked with Christian and he is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He even taught my son how to use a pressure gauge and remembered him from the previous visit. As long as we are in Fort Worth, this is our store for tires!

I got my tires rotated a month ago and during the process of doing so whoever did my tire rotation lost my lug and also stripped it and never once mentioned it. I literally found out when I got my oil changed at the dealership I purchased my car from. Needless to say I was livid to see that my tire was missing a lug.
