Fantastic! First time Discount Tire customer and I could not have been more impressed. I was traveling through El Paso and spoke Bernie (I think). He was honest, fair pricing and efficient. Seriously, I can't think of anything else they could have done better. They fixed my problem and I was on my way. I would highly recommend them and if Bernie happens to see this review, thank you again for your help!

I had a bad experience at dyer tire and gave discount tire a call. Spoke to Daniel who reassured me id be in good hands. I showed up and he gave me a few options and helped me with what suited me and not himself, at least thats how it felt at the other location. They were super busy AND I still was able to get a full set of tires and out in less than an hour. Vic helped get the rest situated and still called after I left to make sure my air pressure was where it was supposed to be. Since im THAT woman that knows nothing other than how to detect a flat lol they made me feel like they actually cared. thanks again for the wonderful experience! Definitely will go back.

Bernie provided excellent customer service. He listened to my concerns and along with Santiago's input...provided solutions to dealing with a new tire purchased from another company. I was then able to buy 4 tires from them. The purchase was smooth and replacement of tires was fast. Their employees are very professional. I'm a new customer and would recommend them!!

Good products. However, I have gotten a bunch of flats the last couple of months (4 and counting) and every time I go to have it repaired it’s always a 1 hour minimum wait. I have the warranty but find it hard to use! Beware; I was told that patching the tires elsewhere can void warranty on the tire. If time= money I wouldn’t bother buying the certificates since they will sell them to you for a good amount of money!

When my tires have low pressure, the guys that work there are always willing to help! Updating to add that they are very efficient! I had two flat tires and the team was able to get me rolling in and out of their establishment in less than an hour on a very busy Monday morning! Thank you!

dropped off a tire for repair at 3pm was told id get a call if they cant fix and have to order by 5 pm . 11:30 the next day no call so i called and asked whats taking so long and why i didnt get a call . got additude and said hed find out . said its done and only needed a patch so i asked what took so long and with additude he said well its done come pick it up . so i asked what i owed and he hung up on me. called back told them who i was and ask why he hung up when i asked how much and all i got was its free so you can come pick it up . As a shop owner i usually dont do reviews but that was messed up.

Went to get a flat tire replace and end up purchasing 2 (needed a whole new set anyways)My wife returned and when I went outside a couple hours later i saw one of the new tires was flat. Called them and spoke to Santiago who told me to come back in and they would take care of it. Turned out to be a faulty stem on the new tire. Santiago said they would refund the installation cost and I said covering the install of one of the two tires i was gonna buy when I got paid again would work . He went to speak with his manager. The manager came out and they ended up replacing the faulty tire and giving me a third free of charge. Very friendly staff, super apologetic about something not really their fault, and more than made up for the inconvenience.

I have come here for tires before and it was excellent, but today was an exceptionally great visit. The store manager Robert helped my husband and I out after our brand new truck (3 days old) got a nail in it too close to the side wall. Robert worked his magic with us and got our tire replaced at a price that we were incredibly grateful for and he put a warranty on all of our tires! Thank you so much for being an angel in disguise when we needed it most. We will be going back to this location for all of our tires needs. Thank you so much Robert!

I've always loved Discount Tire they are wonderful! They are not sexist they treat women just as well as they treat men and if they have a better deal than you are asking for they will suggest it. They have never tried to upsell me and they have done exactly what I asked for. 6/20 Still great service!

Outstanding customer service!!💯 Before I could even walk in the building,Andres was there to greet me. They took care of everything I needed. Horrible customer service … The guy that assisted me was very rude and not helpful at all ! Looked overwhelmed and looked miserable…I Was told that my size tire was not in stock and I asked him if he could put air in my one tire so this way I could make it to another location safely and told me he couldn’t and walked away I’m like wow ok so I went to circle k across the street to put air so this way I could drive safely to another location down dyer which I found one called Texas Rolling Tires they have great customer service and showed concern for my safety ! Highly recommended
