We have been to three other locations in town and they would just add air to our tire. They never took the time as the young man Irvin took to check all tire and check the sensors. Manger was also very kind and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended this location for their stellar service. I commend you all for truly caring for your customers.

Store manager Mr lopez David I just want to commend Mr Andres for his great customer service and attention to detail. 01-09-2025 I had and issue with my rims hub caps and he took care of my issues and concerns in a timely manner. This shows sir that you lead as example to your staff. Again I hope you and your staff a happy new year and for always serving with pride. I Highly recommend your store for taking care of our needs, caring and treating us like family ☺️

I have attempted to go get service here on multiple occasions over the last few decades. And every time it's an absolute disappointment, with wait times of over 2 hours for a simple nail in the tire repair, with less than mediocre customer service. Go to the Discount Tire on Mountwood and Zaragosa.and you'll see the biggest difference in wait times and what actual good customer service should be!

I don’t like this specific discount tire. It’s somehow always busy and the people who work here are always rude. These complaints aside my dad and I always get our tires here. From my first car to my newest car discount tire is fine- catty attitude from Joey and the guys here we can handle as long as they can help us out at the end of the day. This last time I went in because I had a nail in my tire after driving home 300+ miles from university. They swore up and down they could repair it and after about half an hour of waiting for someone to get back to us and get the car keys I just went up and got in line to talk to anyone. I waited another 20 and when the customer in front of me was done I approached the counter and was ignored very pointedly. I finally asked the man if he still wanted my keys and he took them from me. Another while later and they say my car is done and the light should turn off in some time. Lo and behold the light never went away and finally went back today December 26 after waiting far too long they found another leak in the same tire! The shop guys don’t know how they missed it the first time but what I can’t get over is if I had driven another 300+ miles back to school I would’ve been stranded on the side of the road or worse. Please go somewhere else if you need to make sure your tires can handle another drive back to school.

On December 12, 2024, Andy assisted me with getting original (Honda factory) rims back on my car before I sold it. He also e-mailed the most recent tire purchase and rotation to me. It was busy in the lobby, and I had been misinformed about the cost, but he asked all the right questions and it turned out to be much less expensive because I had bought tires and insurance from Discount. That made getting everything ready for the sale less stressful, especially during the holiday season. I apologize for the delay in recognizing you! Thank you, Andy!!

Been to the location on the Eastside on I10 and Lee Trevino. They REALLY need to step up their customer service! No direction, no assistance nothing! When you visit this location you will be confused, will not know what's going and no one to help you. Like WHERES THE FREE TIRE CHECK SERVICE?? There's a sign but no one looking out. Please step up your customer service game. Smh . Waste of time, Discount Tire on I10 and Lee Trevino. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I suppose because the air check is free, the service doesn't matter, right? If I could I would leave NO STAR.

I wanted to share that I dealt with Adrian at the Lee Trevino and he did a awesome job he made things right for me after a rim of mine was damaged while getting new tires. This is why I do business with Discount tire because they are honest and take accountability. Kudos to Adrian from the Lee Trevino he's a great employee and someone that I will continue to do business with. Thanks again!

Made an appointment just so that I have to stand waiting for 20 minutes to be attend. The red shirts see me but act busy. I can see the working crew standing around and just talking. Two cars on the rack. Poor management. I’ve have bad experiences with this store. Looks like nothing has changed. I hope they don’t mess up my studs like before. They had used impact gun to torque the nuts.

This store is grossly understaffed. I counted about 7 computer terminals but only 2 associates were helping people. I arrived for my 1:30 tire rotation appointment at 1:25pm. I was waited on at 1:38. The associate told me it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. I asked him why I had to wait so long since I had been previously told that if I made an appointment they would get me in and out in about 20 minutes. He told me that there were several appointments ahead of me. That tells me that the company has poor processes in place to take care of appointments. I decided to wait anyway even though the waiting area was full. While waiting, I counted 8 people in line waiting to be helped. The line was all the way out the door. Also, while I was waiting, a lady came in for a tire rotation, as well. She was told it would take about 30-45 minutes! My truck was ready at 3pm. Only me and one other person were left in the waiting area. Definitely I will not recommend this store.

Discount tire was one of the first options when tires needed replacement. But recently quality has gone downhill. Most recent, we got a full set not even a month old and since first week the tire pressure kept going down. So basically went there three times before supposedly they replaced it for a new one. I say supposedly because honestly the tire looks used. Prices have gone up and quality is a joke. Service can be tricky because as a woman I feel like you are gaslighted into getting new tires when probably the ones we have can last another year.

I clock in as a walk-in at 9;15 a.m., to purchase 4 new tures. They take my $$$ and give me a ticket say 2hr wait approximately. I schedule an appointment for following day for 2 new tires on another car. After 2hrs later I ask about car and they say realistically it might be 4hrs cause they have alotta customers!! I wait n wait n 4hrs later get my car back. No inconvenience apology n hey will take off 10% of a $1000 tab!! Nothing!! I canceled appointment fir other car, requested a refund back for other car!! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS DSCOUNT TIRE ON GATEWAY N LEE TREVINO. ITS A SAND PIT!!!

I got a flat on a Friday afternoon and once I had the spare on I rushed to the discount off the gateway. I thought it would be horrible but they had me in and out of the shop in under an hour. It was the best! Thank you Discount Tire

I received excellent customer service from Angel at this location. I picked up a nail over the weekend and had a tire shop do a temp repair. I came to discount next day in early am. I got no hassle over repair..infact techs discovered I had a nail in another tire that was unrepairable. Those 2 tires would have cost me close to 600.00. I always purchase the damage certificates. They renewed the certificates on new tires 50.00 each..a bargain compared to replacing at full cost. I was out the door in 40 minutes. It's hard to get this kind of customer service today.
