Edit. Rick (the general manager) went above and beyond to rectify the situation. His professionalism and strong character showed through our interaction. My faith and trust in Discount Tire has been fully restored. Mistakes happen but when taking accountability, Rick immediately took charge of the situation and did everything in his power to ensure that I was taken care of fully and ensured that safe practices at Discount Tire continue to be the standard. ******* Came in last week for a new tire, as i had a blowout. I dropped the tire (pictured) off and the new tire was installed and i was sent on my way. I noticed immediately it was still losing air, but due to a busy work schedule i just kept refilling it and told myself id check it out once i had free time, assuming i hit a nail shortly after reinstalling the tire. Fast forward to today, i removed my wheel to find a very noticeable crack. I assume i cracked the wheel, causing the blowout a week prior. I really wish that discount tire would have been more thorough with their inspection. Had they called me the day i brought the tire in, explained it was cracked, i would have bought two new wheels and tires that day without hesitation. Instead, its a week later, ive paid 109.00$ for the original tire and now 292.00 for the new wheels and tires. Why a tech would let a wheel leave their shop with a crack this large, im not sure, but it definitely disappoints me. Ive been a long time customer of discount tire, everywhere ive went, but after this, i doubt i can trust them with mine or my wives vehicle.

I'm on a half country wide road trip from MN to CA and stopped by this location to get serviced. The gentleman that greeted me promptly and helped me was James. He is a true professional and knows his stuff about tires and safety. A very courteous and polite employee, James is one of the reason by Discount Tire El Paso, TX is one of the best the area!!! AAA+++

My #1 tire place!!! I went in to get a flat fixed and yes taken care off in a timely manner. They don't push customers into getting other unwanted things such as breaks shocks fixing suspension issues. Other places do and it's annoying for to try and push it special when one knows it's not needed!!!

We always have pleasant experience at this shop. Staff are friendly and professional. There’s lots of room in the waiting area and it’s clean. The staff are really hardworking and we would specifically like to praise Isaac and Alek for taking care of us. We will definitely come back again!

I’ve always done business with Discount Tire, either the Montana location or this one. Never had an issue until now. On 09/21/2024, I went in to have a tire repaired/ replaced since I had purchase the certificates when I bought my vehicle. I noticed the tire had a big screw in it, and the tire pressure was dropping. I waited for more than two hours and the service guys did not even told me what they did to my vehicle! And guess what?, today 09/22/2024, the tire was totally flat because they did not even removed the screw nor even fixed or replaced the tire! So what did they even do to my vehicle then!?Unbelievable! The only thing they did was put air in the tire since it came out with 39 psi!

They were the only place within 200 miles that could mount 38 mud tires on 22 inch wheels. They did a great job too.

Worst experience ever. I got a wheel rotation on my truck, and then all of a sudden the manager called me where the wheels were being replaced. He told me that the rear wheels didn't belong in that truck and a result of a broken rim, which the employee did. I told him I had just got the truck and he said that I shouldn't drive it. The workers forced the rim out of the truck and resulted in being cracked. I thought about that when I left. Now I have to replace it. To top it off the manager tried to sell me a new set of rims and tires which thank God I didn't get. I took the wheels off myself and found out they are specifically for that truck. So since the lousy employee couldn't take it off, he told the manager it didn't fit. So that makes 2 dummies. The employees and that short little manager.

Had to reschedule twice s One no ture on hand came back @4pm put the tire on new he said ther was not enough time to rotate tires went back the next day he had to many cars told me to come back next day at 330pm 🙄 we will see🤷‍♂️
