Wow!! I haven't had that experience at a business in many years. Years! All I can say is --super impressed and thankful. I've had some issue with my tires the last few months--drive pretty hard around Edmond lugging kiddos and work. I had several issues with this store itself-- in regards to appointments and trying to honor my time. Have purchased my tires here the last four years. Today that changed. I went in for my appointment to have them checked--have had to put air in one of them every few days. Anyway, the manager Heath went above and beyond to provide one of the best customer service experienced I have truly ever had. He honored our most valuable asset--my time. Honestly, it makes me want to cry. I am a single mom with several jobs--one of those in the ER and the last few years have been rough. Business is about people and today it shined so bright. Thank you for the experience jtoday--on every level.

I came in to get air and the staff informed me that I needed a tire patched, so I did that and while speaking with Andrew about my tires he told me that I also needed a replacement tire, so of course I was not prepared for that’s expense so, he asked how much I did have, he then went to speak with his manager, and came back to me and told me they were willing to give me a new tire at the price I could afford to pay. I am so thankful to Discount Tires for their service and generosity, as a first time customer I will definitely be a longtime customer.

Daniel (salesperson 337) Daniel was such a great help. He was very sweet and understanding.. Came into discount with a tired flat to the rim. And short of funds. He went ahead and got me a tire with what I had and replaced my windshield wipers as well. He just gave me a huge break. I’m so grateful. I definitely recommend this location. They were so nice. I will be back!

Getting my tires rotated without issues. They don't charge for rotation even if you haven't bought their tires. Great service at this location.

I have been taking my car here to this location for ten years. Always the best prices and great staff! Even without an appt I've never waited more than an hour for any service. Highly recommend! Won't take my car anywhere else!!!

Fantastic service. I’ve bought tires here in the past, and they have even ordered tires for me that weren’t in stock. Lately I’ve had vibration issues in my truck at highway speeds. I’m ashamed to admit that they were mounted and balanced by Wally. I made an appointment with this place, came in and in less than an hour they had all four balanced out. The truck rides better than when I bought it. When they were finished I asked what I owed, no charge. Next time I need new tires, I know exactly where I’m going.

I bought a full set of new tires for my Tesla. Less than a month later, I encountered road debris and ruined one of the tires. Discount replaced the tire (I did purchase the repair/replacement policy) and helped me get an extra so I now have a spare. Cameron is always very helpful and kind.

I have a 2017 Ford Explorer with Hankook tires from the factory. The car only has 32k miles on it but they are already wore out. I went to Ford dealer and was told the tires have a 50k mile warranty but since the tire wasn’t a Ford product they wouldn’t honor any warranty and stated they had failed to get any claims approved through Hankook and couldn’t help me. I instantly called Discount Tire in Edmond from the service counter at the dealership and spoke with Joshua Combs and he explained that most dealerships do not always honor tire warranties. He instantly gave me better options and friendlier advice. I left the dealership upset but was greeted by Joshua with a smile in the parking lot at Discount Tire before I could take 10 steps from my car. Thanks I am totally satisfied with Joshua and Discount tire in Edmond on Comfort Dr. Such a fitting street name. 9-16-2024: I’m back again 4 years later to get new tires for my 2017 Ford Explorer. A couple months now my wife has been complaining about tire shimmy. We have taken it to the same Ford dealership and they’ve not been able to determine what it is. I pull into this Discount Tire store because I’ve gotten my 61k plus miles out of these Yokohama tires and first thing Andrew says needs an alignment. So sad the dealership can’t even notice that because I probably could have gotten a few more miles out of them. Either way I’m still satisfied with this store and thanks to Andrew I already have an appointment with Discount Tire to get that alignment done.

These guys are so friendly! I see why everyone goes to discount tire. The only thing that kept me from using them is because they are more expensive on tires than other places but honestly I wouldn’t mind spending a little extra here because they are so helpful and friendly. They did me a huge favor today and rotated my tires (no balancing because they didn’t need it) for free and got me right in to take care of it unlike Firestone, who I’ve been begging for weeks to do this for me. (Firestone originally rotated and balanced them and all I wanted was them to put the tires back the way they were because it was causing noise. They also charged me $70 to do this) Discount absolutely fixed the tire noise issue for me and I am grateful. I will definitely be back!

Been taking my trucks there for several years now. Have always been very easy to deal with and communicate well. Today they were slammed when I came in and still made sure I was taken care of and both managers went above and beyond!
