Matt got my car in and out literally in like a half hour. The guys got the tires off and the new ones on so quick. Super helpful group of guys. They got me all fixed up. A month before this they filled my tires and that group was also helpful.

I ordered 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires online. Set up an appointment for 0915 on a Friday morning. Showed up at 0900. The crew went ahead and immediately started on installation of new tires. I was ready go in 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it, the crew literally worked like a professional race car pit crew. In and out in 20 minutes .. never in my life have I had this kind of service during a new tire install. Outstanding is all I can say.

The staff were very quick to attend to my car. They were friendly and explained how tires are assessed based on safety. Inside the store, the waiting area was very clean, and tidy. Overall, I was really happy with the service and will go back.

I came in for what I thought was just a flat tire, but it turned out I had a cracked wheel rim—a much bigger issue than I expected. While the situation was unfortunate and set me back $900, the service I received from Devren made the experience much better than I could have hoped for. Devren was exceptionally professional and efficient throughout the entire process. He explained the issue clearly and made sure the repair was handled quickly and thoroughly. I am very impressed with the quality of service and the dedication to customer satisfaction. If you’re dealing with a flat tire, wheel damage, or any similar issue, I highly recommend their team.

I would like to say that I am very pleased with the service I received at the Edmond Road DT store. Will and Adam did a phenomenal job on my truck! I am a hotshot driver and when you get your tires rotated and balanced correctly it is a game changer when you’re in the truck for 10-11 hours a day! I haven’t always been happy with Discount Tire but if they keep doing the job like today I won’t go anywhere else!

Stopped in to check tire pressure & found out it had been 5 years since purchasing my tires from Discount on Memorial and MacArthur. I left less than an hour later, on four new tires, feeling safer & more confident in driving my grandchildren to and from school & activities. Thank you Jered and Discount Tire!!

Was pleasantly surprised at how professional and attentive all of the staff was. Matt was especially helpful. The location is extremely clean and they were able to fix my tire in about 30 min. Highly recommend.

I bought new tires because one of my tire had a problem. And the staff refused me help me with my tires so I went to the manager Tyler Welborn he helped me immediately and replaced my tire on spot. The manager was very cooperative and helpful throughout my entire visit.

Stopped in to get a flat fixed. The guy that checked me in was great. He got my car in and I was done in about 30 minutes. So glad I bought my last set of tires from here. I won't buy elsewhere in the future.

Came here for a free tire repair. According to his own words the tires (on a 2022 ford which were around 2 years old) were indeed repairable and they said they’d fix the flat I had. Jared decided later that it couldn’t be fixed and started waffling and then just decided I would need brand new tires. I went down the street to Big O Tires and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. No questions asked. I had left my fleet card there and he ignored me when I came back in. Had to ask another employee to just hand me the card who was nice about it. None of this is a big deal, but I went from coming in to fix a flat before a long trip and planning your buy tires here to leaving frustrated and getting substantially better service elsewhere. Hope they work on this and maybe bs people a little less.

Professional and great service. Always come here for tire needs. I am very appreciative of my visit on 9-21-24 when I came by to air my tires since they seemed low. They noticed one tire was lower than the other and proceeded to find and fix the issue. After inspecting, the tire needed to be replaced. I originally bought the tires and warranty with them. Thanks to their warranty the new tire was covered. Thank you to Skylar and Alan for the attentive work.

Jered was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I had a screw in my tire and came after work, they were busy, however, Jered was super helpful and extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly.
