Discount Tire is always a great place to go, but this location is better than just about any that I've been to. Their staff is always so helpful, especially their manager. He really helped me get through a problem last time I was there. Their store is always clean and super fast.

I was charged $20 to replace a tire that I supplied at the discount tire on the other side of Denton. This one charged me $58 for one tire and claims to be giving me a good deal. All the while doing it with a smirk on his face. Absolutely despicable. Not all discounts are the same

My minivan got a flat on 35W during this year's snow storm. Everywhere else was closed. Rolled in on the spare and they changed it out with a brand new tire in about 15 minutes. Cost me $30 because the tires were covered and only 2 years old. They even packed away my spare for me (unlike Firestone that I went to 4 months earlier) Couldn't be happier with the service.

Go anywhere else! 3 cracked rims in 1yr, same tire and location. Then they can't order the right wheel and have to come back multiple times. $400 a wheel and $400 a tire. Over and over...charger me 300 three months ago now it's 400. Quality, product support and knowledge is always lacking for performance vehicles. Don't take a Mercedes or other luxury performance vehicles here.

Ordered wheels and tires in advance only to show up and find out they didn't have the wheels. They let me choose another set and matched price which was the only reason I'm not leaving 1 star.... I leave and my tire pressure light comes on one mile down the road. All tires were at 34 PSI except the front right which was at 23 PSI! Had to go back to have them check.. definitely won't be back.

Tires are great, but they said they would replace my rear window wiper. I specifically asked if they had the necessary supplies. It rained heavily and when the setting is high enough I cannot turn off my rear wiper. I could hear the scratching on the window. Now my rearwindow is scratched. 2 stars because they replaced the tires.

Dylan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process of getting my family's tires replaced on our Ford Transit 350. I had an 8:30am appointment. I arrived at 8:15am to be greeted with kindness and genuine Texas-like hospitality. There were some revisions I needed to make to my original tire choices, but it showed that they also had the ones I needed in stock online. Discount Tire Company has grown into a great business that can accommodate their customer's needs nationwide, so it makes purchasing the tire warranty certificates the obvious choice to give my family peace of mind when we are driving out of town to visit family. I'm definitely a life-long customer for as long as they maintain their reasonable prices and always great customer service. You won't be disappointed with Discount Tire Company, and if you ever are, someone there will do their best to make it right. One cool add-on would be an Armor All tire shine for $2.50 per tire. It'd be worth it to me at that price and manageable if they buy in bulk, and put trays temporarily under each tire to catch any excess drips.👍🏼 Keep growing the business DTC, because it's a great one that more people need to experience.

I had an unpleasant experience, initially after seeking replacement tires. The leadership was made aware of this issue, and contacted me, and I was asked to visit the store again. The managers were compassionate, concerned, and attentive to my experience and determined to meet my expectation!!

Utra refined sales process. I felt like I didn't have a choice but to buy tires or I'd be sorry. I didn't buy tires drove around a couple days then bought them somewhere else with less preasure. Nothing bad happened.

Cody was amazing, and took care of me quickly. 5 stars for him. Separate from Cody though, another worker - I apologize, I didn't get the other person's name - I would advise a little more tact and grace when people are on an important phone call, and you need to ask them to leave. Kind of crass and ill-mannered.

I had my tire shred on the way from Eustace TX to Lake Ray Roberts. I stopped in Sanger and found the shop here. My sister called ahead for me. Ben answered and was waiting for me when I arrived. They took excellent care and replaced the tires as the other tire on the front also had was near shredding as well. The evidence was clear. Everyone there was enthusiastic and took good care of anyone who came in while I was there. I highly recommend this shop and thanks so much to Ben and the crew.

Needed to have after-market tire pressure sensors set up on my Prius. They had been installed by another garage because i don't live in Denton but they couldn't program them so went to the Denton shop. Service was prompt but associate reported one sensor was faulty and they would have to be removed and all of them reset to the tune of $160+ . That seemed strange after speaking with the sensor manufacturer so I went to the Sherman Discount Tire store. I did NOT share my Denton experience. The associate there went through the same steps as the Denton shop. All sensors set up properly. He callibrated the car settings to the proper pressures too and then smiled and said "Have a nice day!" He charged me nothing and they work perfectly! I hesitate to accuse Denton of trying to cheat me but be careful and do your homework before accepting high priced service from these guys. The Sherman store is great!

They had two tires I needed in stock. The two-hour wait on a Saturday afternoon wasn’t totally unexpected. Benjamin was very professional and helpful. I’ve had to replace three tires in the last six months and they’ve been helpful every time.

Went there for a flat tire, turns out only takes them about 15-20 minutes to fix it when they’re relatively busy. And it was free too. I would highly recommend it

Huge waste of time brought my vehicle in at 530 for what I perceived to be a slow leak in my tire and spoke to Cameron and was told to be back at 630 so it could be examined on my way back someone named Akin called me trying to sell me 4 rims and tires of his personally and not what the store offered seemed like a genuine gesture. Also paid $50 to have my wipers replaced and they weren't. After getting my vehicle and being told it was safe to drive on I blew a tire and was stuck in Roanoke overnight dealing with this issue that was supposedly safe. End of story I paid $50 for wipers I didn't get replaced and was approached to buy something that was not company product and don't even actually know if I have a rim crack or not and wasted time for bad advice This place took my money then didnt give me what I purchased then lied to me and this morning was offered 50% off something by Chris and then I asked if I could buy 4 rims to solve my problem and was quoted $1070 original cost then the discount was to $870 something isn't adding up here Garbage Liars and robbers don't do business here!

Went in with a tire that was getting low every 2 days. The repair was on the outside of the tire. Couldn't repair. They knew I was in a pickle, because the tire was flat by then and didn't have a spare! and gave me a free tire! As long as I come back and get 3 my other ones done! Lol..Thank you so much guys! Y'all rock! What a blessing 🙏
