These guys are great. Had a puncture on my tire that was too close to the side wall so I had to get my tires replaced. Fast and ez process. Only thing is I curbed the heck out of my side fender on the parking lot. Skill issue on my end. Amazing service. Great customer support. Was in and out within 30 mins and it was a relatively busy day.

3 separate times I tried to get a simple tire inspection. Over an hour wait before they would even see me each time, even with an appointment. I understand they have construction, but why bother making an appointment if it means I have an ~hour wait?

I got lucky to go on a day when there weren’t many cars to get my air pressure checked however they have cones set up blocking the easy entrance to the air. They make you go out into a busy street in traffic thru a stoplight and then pull a U-turn to go down this narrow unmarked street and around the damn building - ridiculous!!!! And if your going to have a sign - use it

This location is the worst, horrible customer service! If you drive an older car they treat you like your nobody important, if you pull up in a high end care they go to the front of the line. Absolutely will discriminate depending on what yiu drive.

Bought a set of 4 and ask that when they removed the old balance weights that they remove the old weights mastic tape from the barrel. They failed. The crew in the front sales office are very thorough, they just don’t have full support of the shop guys.

Get a roll away awning to cover the guys doing free tire checks/air when it rains!!! Not right for the company to make this much money and leave their employees out in the rain willing. Surely there is a better solution. Which is the companies responsibility to figure out.

My mom had a flat tire that she tasked me with repairing. By the time I got to this location, the tire was ripped to shreds and falling off of the rim. Henry came out before I could even get to the front door and greeted me. He helped me figure out just the right tire & the entire team had me sorted and back on the road and under an hour. This location has been recently remodeled, and I highly recommend it to anyone. It’s truly an exception to the usual west road retail experience.

Once I found the legitimate Discount Tire in downtown Dallas I was thankful for the quick and professional service provided. Having an unexpected flat tire did not ruin my day as I got back on the road in record time.

Terrible experience. They’re working on the lobby so patrons have to sit outside. While I was waiting in my car an employee walked into my side view mirror and didn’t even say sorry or acknowledge what he did. Another customer was leaning on my vehicle as he spoke to an employee about his service and the employee didn’t say anything. I don’t want to get started on how rude the employee cashing out my bill was. Overall a terrible experience at this location.

Very happy with their services. My right rear tire had an air issue so I initially ordered new tires online with them to replace my tires even if they were not outdated. But they checked the defective tire, eventually just fixed it and cancelled my order of new tires. And the fix was free. I'll go back for sure when I need them.

went there unscheduled because i suddenly had a flat and they were doing free tire pressure checks, the worker told me its better to replace the tire and said they can get it done now if i had the time, so they had an inspector come check out my tires and they replaced 3 tires of my tires under 2 hours despite having a long line, by far the fastest and effective tire shop ive been to.

11/11 worst customer experience by team specially Adrian @ 1PM. I went to change a tire and they said the rim was broken/bent so they couldn’t change it. Makes sense, no problem. I said I’d pick it up and come back another time when they had the tire and rim. Picked it up and they put a new tire on the broken wheel. I said, we agreed to not do that. They forced me to buy a new tire that was installed on a broken rim. Yall lost a long time client for a quick buck.

The Dallas Inwood Discount Tire store executes by far the best service I have ever experienced time and time again simply because John the Store Director leads his team of young guys by example. Just look at the photos from today when I took my wife's Highlander in for a flat repair.

I used to love this place. We have been getting tire care here for years. Today we waiting 21 minutes at the tire for what normally takes 5 min as the attendant tended to the GMC truck.

This place treated me like a longtime customer even though I did not end up eventually using their services due to a missing part in my vehicle that I needed to deal with first. Jon was the advisor who worked with me and he was very helpful and also patient in explaining the problem to me. I would trust this place to find a solution that works for each customer's unique tire/wheel problem.

Huge shoutout to Alejandro & Ruben (and the rest of the crew at Inwood). I pulled in 15 mins before closing for a repair. Alejandro was so kind and professional and pointed out a few other issues. They had me all fixed up and back on the road in 30. So pleased!!! Thank you!!

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I own a Subaru and needed to replace 1 tire. Well the guy helping me told a bs story saying how only changing 1 tire can affect my transmission.... well that's not what Subaru said! Don't come here, they just want your money and as much as they can get out of you. Also was told my tire light would turn off and it never did! Dropped over $400 here because of some bs guy who wanted to scam someone because of their gender. Not only that but then was also told that I had a nail and needed to replace my tire.. not once was patching the tire mentioned. They wanted me to REPLACE my tire because of a NAIL. Complete BS

Took my g/f here for many reasons. One, because it's literally around the corner, and two, despite so many negative reviews, I believed in the 5 star ratings. My gf had just parked and while reversing, she caught a flat. Not even 5 minutes later, I'm outside swapping the tire for the spare. We drive again literally around the corner to Discount Tire. The nail is literally in on the flat surface dead centered, they said it was an easy fix and free to patch up. They said that her tires are due, and she said she can't afford new tires just yet, and they took the car in. 10 minutes later, they come back and say "oh you guys drove it for too long, because it's torn from the inside. That only happens when you drive on it too long." I immediately told him that made no sense. Even after I explained to him the situation, he cut me off and said "No! You drove on it too long!". So, I strait up told him he's full of it. Go to Commercial tire and brakes (Maple Ave and Inwood). We stopped there right after Discount Liars. We didn't tell them our situation or what their competitor said to us. They fixed it without question for $15. And guess what, we will buy tires from them and they will have our business for a lifetime. Don't waste your time with Discount Liars.
