I arrived at the shop just three minutes before closing time with a flat tire on my back passenger side. The team was very accommodating, and Michael went above and beyond by pointing out my car’s unusual wear due to alignment issues. He and Adan crushed the service — even helped report the problems to the Tesla Service Center. Overall a 10/10 experience. I appreciate it.

I've been here a few times - from tire replacement - to TPMS replacement! Service here has been great every single time! Kind and efficient customer service is what brought me back, even though there are locations closer to me! Thank you, guys!

My car had a low tire pressure warning light that was malfunctioning. Michael was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem. He had a diagnostic tool that did it very easily and he was very helpful in getting this problem repaired with only a short wait. I’ve been to this location many times over the years and they always do a great job!

I thought everyone was nice and did good service. One of my tires lug nuts was giving hard time for that reason I could not get one of my tires replaced. I was not fully understanding. I called back to go over it and confirm. Axel was talking to me like I was stupid. That’s a no go for me. I’m just a girl trying to get tires no need for that.

Kudos to Calvin for providing amazing service! I showed up with 15 minutes to spare before closing time… the time that is the most frustrating because everyone wants to go home. He made great recommendations on replacement tires in terms of value and price. Calvin worked to get the tires put on my car as quick as possible, and I was on my way. Please award Calvin the Employee of the Day Award! He is very deserving!

Came to this place for a tire change they told me it will be a hour wait, They left my tire outside for a full hour.. Said they forgot Took my tire to the back and still was waiting another thirty five minutes. They make You pay ahead of time so you can’t leave... Then didn't give me No apology on why it took so long but I watched Ten different cars pull up and get a tire and leave within ten to fifteen minutes..

Worst Discount Tire I have ever done business with. They basically are not able to balance a tire if it’s wet or cold……the manager Axel, refused to balance tires on my raptor because the adhesive weights……have you guys ever heard of a heat gun and a towel!!! Most inept answer I’ve ever received. Discount tire in Colorado and the location on Inwood had no problem balancing in the cold and rain. So basically they can’t sell a new tire to anyone at this location if it’s cold because they are too ignorant to figure out how to dry and heat a rim to get the weights to stick….Take your business anywhere but here.

I went to this location for air in my tires (along with a LOT of other Dallasites)! The line was fairly long and wait time was about 20 minutes. Calvin was extremely energetic and serviced the customers ahead of me thoroughly and as quickly as possible. When it was my turn, he took time to explain what pressure should be in each tire, and how Discount Tire could build me a spare tire since my car didn't have one. I had no knowledge of this service but will definitely return to Discount Tire for a new spare. Thanks for the great customer service, Calvin!

Ben W was a life saver at my discount tire shop! He found me a great deal and his efforts were much appreciated. Literally almost walked away because of the price I was quoted up front but when he saw me he really helped me out. Meant a lot to me during these times. He has no idea what he did for me. The world needs more people like him. I would write more if I could. Definitely coming back here in the future! Highly recommend this place. Service and quality goes a long way here and you won't be disappointed! Long wait times are a good thing! The boys in the back know how to have a good attitude when dealing with massive crowds like the holiday rush I saw this past Thursday. This is to be expected but don't worry, they got your back here.

I bought tires at another tire shop, but they didn't offer free tire rotations. I booked an appointment at said place and they wanted to charge $76 for a one-time rotation. I thought that was too much, so I left and stopped in at Discount Tire (where I've always bought tires). Mind you, it was 15 minutes to closing time, but the young man behind the counter helped me like it was 8AM (it was 5:45PM). He said they could do lifetime rotation/balance for $100 because I didn't buy the tires from them. I scoffed at the price, then he said he'd cut me a deal because my truck reminded him of his dad's. Out the door for $88 and lifetime rotation/balance. I'll never stray again. Discount just offers the best deals.

I went in for tire replacement - they didn't have my tire size in stock and ordered it to arrive a couple days later. No problem, I made an appt for the only time that worked for me. Showed up and they had ordered the wrong size. Didn't offer any help to make it right.

Amazing service. Fast, kind, knowledgeable, and . Staff is always cheerful and fast to greet me upon entry. The waiting area is comfortable and they even play worship music as you wait which is AWESOME. There’s truly nowhere else I’d take rather my business!

I come to ask for the air for my tires. I know I came late so I don't expect I have the tires repair services. There're 8 guests in the lobby waiting for their services and 3 cars in work, but Michael ( red shirt ) refused my request. Instead of helping me, he decided to stand inside doing nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. It does not take too long for the air. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Wow this was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at any business! Way to go discount tires! I won’t take my car anywhere else to replace or repair tires. From the moment I got out of my car I had someone waiting to greet me and help me with my car. They even came to tell me when my repairs were at the half way point. Before I knew it my car was ready. Door to door the time was 35 mins.

Friendly, honest, and quick service! I feel comfortable coming here as a woman - never been pressured to do/buy more than necessary; they always take the time to explain the issues with my car and the corresponding suggestions; overall just great service! Also, a lot faster than other discount tire locations - you’ll be in and out within 1~1.5 hours.

The wait time Just to get to the service desk is way too long. They're obviously way understaffed for the amount of work coming in the door this is a serious problem. For the first time in the 23 years. I have been going there. I am seriously looking to go find another place for my tire needs.
