Scratched my wheel paint when removing my lug nuts. Just noticed this 2 weeks later though. These tire techs are to rough on wheels and don't respect our wheels.

Very disappointed after I spent my entire morning here and was given the bare minimum. My sales person was pretty much to begin with, I order 4 new tires, and was told they would be delivered within 2 hours. The guy asked before he hung up, “are you sure sure?” I wanna assume he was told yes, since he told me it was okay to come back in 2 hours, i specifically asked the guy who was helping me “so i can come back in 2 hours and pull in to have my tires changed” he said yes!.. I pay almost $700 for the tires and I leave…. Come back in 2 hours, I walk in & get absolutely no assistance for a good 10 minutes… mind you no other customer is in front of me, the phone is ringing tho… so in this matter the customer in person mattered none! So he finished taking about 3 calls then finally asks me what I need help with. Very rude,, I told him I was instructed to come back in 2 hours ,, he asked my name then says “oh your tires aren’t here you can just come back later, or I’ll call you when they get here?” ,, I’m exhausted, I did it even have 2 hours to wait, let alone extra time…. So I said that’s not acceptable I would like an ETA! Can you call the delivery person and get an ETA at least??? He does, and tells me 30-45 minutes … me and my daughter walk across the way to McDonald’s and when I come back it looks as if they’re done with my truck …. Still , I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to attend me to give me my keys back. I was a little baffled when he gave me my keys and my car was still at the end of their parking lot… every customer before me had their car driven up to the door… yet me , a woman with her young child, had to walk all the way across the parking lot to get my car on my own.. I left today with a very distasteful experience..

I've used discount tires for years but recently moved and needed to find something closer. I tried going to the Northwest Highway location, but they were always slammed. I was excited to find that not only was this location had more openings but that the staff was the best I have ever dealt with. I ask a million questions a million different ways, so when Jarelle answered every one of them patiently and honestly, I knew I was in good hands. I appreciate that the staff really seems to get along and enjoys each others company. After getting new tires we did run into one issue, but the manager Billy stepped in and immediately corrected the problem. I hate when places try to skirt responsibility but he apologized, made it right and I've purchased from them again. I couldn't ask for more from a tire location! Pro Tip schedule around lunch so you can walk next door and have your choose of restaurant.

Been a long time returning customer for years, but am feeling very dissatisfied with how I was handled recently. Long story short I caught a flat and they told me I was going to need to replace that tire. Fine, it’s covered so I get it done and renew my warranty. Now he comes back and shows me a picture on his device displaying the four tires, their tread grade and which ones need to be replaced. Mind you I’m very on top of maintenance on my car, keep all my receipts and dates so I know my car. He tells me my back two tires are low on tread and need to be replaced. But then the make and model of the car were completely different from my car. I was confused and pointed it out to him to which he replies “which car did you have?” And I replied with the make and model of my car. He says he’s going to scan it and comes back and then shows me the same picture. Mind you the back left tire was brand new cause I had that one replaced a month prior. And the back right was the one they just replaced through warranty. So that wasn’t adding up at all. The staff was VERY persistent to the point where I had to put my foot down and let them know I wasn’t getting any further work done on my car. He then hands me my keys and I leave. I will not be bringing my car back to this location, and do not trust the staff here.

On Monday November 18th 2024 (11:55am)I went into this place and was very welcomed I needed to change new tires and the guy came out to check my tires he was a very nice black guy and very friendly he did a great job he checked my tires and presented me with different grades and prices until I was satisfied and I agreed to change all 4 tires I paid and waited a short while everything was done even though it was a busy day I got a great tire change and great service I was very impressed thank you guys you guys are awesome.

Both Alejandros were super helpful, as soon as I drove up for my appointment they came and assisted me. Helped me explain what I needed for my tires and made sure I was comfortable with their process and answers. Super awesome location!

Have come to this location several times attempting to give them business/have tires installed over the last few years. On 3 separate occasions they have damaged wheels (some brand new in box) and claimed it wasn't them. Took 0 responsibility and seemed to not care that they damaged them. We also have to ask for valve stem caps every-time we bring anything in, which is really frustrating since its most of the time new wheels... on 1 occasion they replaced my stem caps with mismatched caps, which is just careless and speaks volumes about the quality of work being performed. Also, one of their techs attempted to drive my car into the bay and had 0 idea how to drive a manual but didn't say anything or ask for help, instead he just grinded gears around until I had to run outside and ask him to please get out and drove it in myself. Been so long I forgot that also this person (cant drive a stick guy) cross threaded one of the lug bolts on my vehicle because they didn't take the time to thread it in or were unaware of how lug bolts work. Luckily, I was able to save the hub myself and tap it, but from other reviews it seems this is still occurring. Plenty of other places to go to get quality work done from folks that care.

I went and bought 2 new back tires from them. I asked them to check my front right tire for it was low. When I went to pick up my car I asked if it was okay and they said yeah they checked the air pressure. The next morning it was still low and I thought huh. Went back to a different discount tire who were way nicer, they said it just showed they replaced your tires they did not check your front one. Sure enough there was a nail in my front right tire. Thanks for lying to me and being lazy at your job.

I went to check my tire pressure and there was a truck unloading at the area,so I wasn't able to, and an employee named Abel was yelling at me instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of not being able to check my tire pressure and was very disrespectful. He told me to leave the area and this was very unprofessional. This is not a way to treat any customers and there should not be any discrimination occurring. Customers should be treated with respect and kindness. I am a business owner and always make sure to be helpful and empathize with customers. Me and my entire are frequent customers of this location, but because of his uncooperativeness and disrespect, we will not be returning to this location and will not refer any family and friends to this location. I hope that this will not occur in other locations, and I was not expecting this from the location that we went to. We are going to share this experience on social media platforms. If you need a specific time that this occurred, look at your cameras on the day of 08/09/2024 at 11:05-11:08 AM.

I am honestly shocked at how quick and professional these guys were. I came in with a screw in my tire and they got it diagnosed and fixed so fast I was in disbelief. And that too for free?? It felt like I won some kind of lottery or something. I highly recommend going here if you need something tire-related. I know I will be in the future. A huge thanks to the team!

Kelvin helps us out. We have been having trouble with two different tires. Kelvin found the issue and helped show many options to fix the problem. He was absolutely fabulous!
