First time at this location and their service has been the best I’ve encountered in my years of being a patron of Discount Tire. Considering they are the smallest location I’ve been to as well, they have me in and out faster than any other location I’ve been to that had triple the staff and stalls. Impressive team!

*Posting on behalf of a friend who does not have an google account and is not tech savvy. Here’s her complaint. I purchased one new tire with warranty in May of 2023. I also purchased 3 new tires with warranty in July of 2023. I was told that the length of time did not matter when purchasing the warranty but the tread depth and / or mileage of 6000. On January 7th, 2025, I visited the store because both rear tires had screw but they stated that they could not honor the warranty because they were to thin and proceeded to show me a picture of the tread depth poster they had posted in store. On the chart, the tread was categorized by color from green to red. My tread depth was between green and yellow not quite yellow and they still would not honor the warranty. My warranty says “tire mileage 6,000” and my current mileage is at 58215. I’ve tried speaking amiacably with the store and they are no help. I have to continue to use my vehicle to drive to work and take my son to school which puts both of us in danger because they refuse to honor the warranty that should be honored and I cannot afford to purchase all brand new tires in this economy as a single mother. I purchased this warranty to avoid a situation like this and look, I’m the one that’s cheated. After looking into this location, I have found that this location is known for bad customer service. It is disappointing to know that customers get treated this way after spending their hard earned money.

I want to recognize and give a special thank you to Jonathan Q., Jonathan V., ACY, and Jesus R., for their outstanding performance. I had a blowout that happened shortly after they closed and without any hesitation, these guys went above and beyond to stay and help get me on my way safely so that way I wasn't stranded with my child. They demonstrated the highest professionalism and customer service. I am very thankful for them. You rarely see this type of service these days. Discount Tire is lucky to have these men on their team and they deserve a promotion. All the times I have gone to this store specifically the staff is always so kind and makes me feel valued. They are efficient, thorough, quick, reliable, courteous, and provide excellent service. I can't say enough great things. I recommend this store for all your tire needs. THANK YOU!

I came here for a tire check and have been waiting for over 45 minutes. Store is fully staffed, but not very busy, . This is not the usual prompt service I’ve experienced at other locations.

I sent my mother-in-law here after she received a flat tire. She arrived at 1:51pm and didn't leave until after 4:00pm. Upon her arrival, only two customers were waiting to be served. So logical, she wasn't expecting to be waiting for hours for simple tire repair services. However, she watched as multiple new customers came in for services (some of which were flat repairs) and were prioritized before her. At no point did they properly communicate WHY this was happening or try to EXPLAIN the reason her repairs were being delayed. COMMUNICATION is Very Very Important, But IF YOU FAIL to EXPLAIN why services are being delayed, customers do NOT feel Vauled. The tire was repaired. I only wish her experience would have been better.

This place is small compared to some of the other locations. Be prepared to wait in your car as you wait for them to get to you. They are also a lot slower in service compared to the other locations. Unless you have 2 to 3 hours to waste; try one of the other locations.

Took my old corvette to have my rims swapped in the morning; for a place with such limited parking and space, these guys put in the work to get things done, they jacked up the car correctly and carefully swapped the rims and addressed any concerns i had. Thank you Oak Cliff Discount Tire Crew!

Been going there for many years. Always such great service. Love the free checkups and air! Never feel like they try to sell me something if it's not really necessary. They stay busy - best to call first, but walk-ins are taken care of as quickly as possible. My go-to tire shop.

Good customer service, fast, and will work with you on pricing of tires. HOWEVER, there is a huge sacrifice in the quality of work you will receive. I purchased tires from this location and the balancing was bad. Shaking in the steering wheel. Went to another Discount and had it rebalanced. Yesterday evening I stopped by because like I said the customer service is legit but mainly because I had a flat and this location is 2 minutes away. I had the tire patched, rotated and "balanced". Well this morning I am driving and as soon as I hit 60MPH the shaking starts. Heavy vibration in steering that I cannot even accelerate past 60 MPH. I stop at the Discount Tire off of PGBT for rebalancing and I am informed the tires were never balanced!!!. The associate informs me the tire that was patched is missing weights and the others have old weights. Wowzer!!!! So dangerous and detrimental to the vehicle . Take heed for those who come here , they are nice and fast but your safety is at jeopardy!

Muy malo si eres mujer no vayas a este lugar al parecer atienden a los hombres extremadamente bien y yo que tenia mas de media hora en linea no me ivan a atender pero yo no me deje le dije que yo habia llegado antes que el hombre yo estaba cansada por que acababa de salir de trabajar y tenia que ir a recojer a mis hijos de la escuela no me parecio justo que me trataran como si mi tiempo no importara si es muy dificil para ellos tal vez deverian dar numeros para ser atendidos correctamente y haci no tener preferencia de a quien quieren atender y si me atendio pero de muy mala gana la llanta de mi carro tenia un clavo y el dijo o no esto no s3 puede arreglar aqui 😡como no se va a poder penso que no tenia dinero para pagarle tal vez penso que tendria que pagar de su bolsa o que le pediria prestado dinero pero me senti sumamente ofendida por el trato que me dieron despues llego otro muchacho y fue muy amable pero tengo que escribir esto para que traten de tener respeto hacia las mujeres no creo que les gustaria que su mama tia hermana fuera tratada mal por ser mujer 😡

The staff is so nice, friendly and professional. They explain everything to you in detail about what you came in for. No cheating. The place is very clean. But it does need a bigger and better location. Parking is limited.

This Discount Tire store has a small footprint but very busy. People return simply because the service is top notch. I have been going there for decades and always see the manager out working and helping to get the job done . This is at all locations I have been to. They also promote from within so all are very well trained at the job. Keep up the great job Discount Tire !

This place has wonderful customer service and Alfonso always takes great care of me! I had a flat a few months ago and ended up being time for me to just replace my tires. Came in now just a few months later with a screw in the tire, made an appointment, and was taken care of under warranty. Much appreciated! Very busy spot with a small footprint.

We stopped here to get a flat fixed. While waiting I watched the employees working their butts off. Once they got to working on my vehicle they kept me updated and let me know what the problem was with the tire. I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire needs!

Listen. This guy deserves a spot in the future Discount Tire Calendar. Him and my supervisor friend. I used my wait time wisely and just as they said, as soon as I got back I was being called to my rightful place getting my tire fixed. We have bad developer friends that leave nails all over our historic neighborhood. Which is what led me to Acy and his manager/supervisir. Thank y’all for being the neighborhood heroes we can call friend. ⚡️✊🏿

Popped a tire, was only able to make it across the street with no damage to the rim. Went inside to ask about getting a tire; said I would have to either tow or try making it across the st. Asked if I could borrow a jack, remove the tire myself, purchase one, and then change it myself; told me no. Crazy how they want business but so easily brush you off if you need help.

You know what I love? Making an appointment and having my appointment time recognized and valued. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were highly recommended and I see why!

Absolutely horrible service! I went there to get air in my tires and sat there in the parking lot for more than an hour and half, and nobody came over to my car to assist me. Even got out of my car to see why nobody would help me, and all the employees just walked by me like I wasn't even there, so I left in disgust. Lousy service, where nobody cares or bothers to help you. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I had an awesome experience at Discount Tires. Adrian assisted me with scheduling my service, and he was fantastic. I was so happy that my service could be taken care of at any Discount Tires location. This location was close to work, and they provided excellent service getting me back on the road in no time.

My check tire light came on all of a sudden, but Abraham and Jonathan were able to take care of me, add air to my tires, assured me the weather change was the culprit and encouraged me to return if I need anything!! Great experience!!

Not honest whit customers, took my 2020 gmc sierra to get new tire sensor's installed I’ve bought and reprogrammed , they told me they do not work and tried to charge me 1000$ for some tire sensors of there brand , went to other tire shop and got charged 250$ to install and tire sensors worked perfectly fine.

This Discount Tire location is the worst I've ever visited. Appointments mean nothing. Had an 8am and arrived at 7:55am standing outside waiting. At 8am they rolled 3 cars into the bays that weren't mine and told me to wait. Absolutely terrible management group.

This place is amazing! Called to check if they had a certain tire in stock, they ordered them that day, arrived next day, called me to confirm they arrived and scheduled an appointment same day! So painless. I was in and out in under an hour! Other DT locations had me waiting hours. Highly recommend!

Great customer service at this location!Guys are overworked but still have a great attitude. Management does everything they can to take care of customers. This location needs more bays and employees! Make an appointment before coming in, you won’t regret it.

I bought a set of tires from this store and one of the staff, Alfonso, was unprofessional and hostile. Details: I am a disabled veteran with a partial spinal cord injury. I drive a vehicle with disabled plates and I was walking on a crutch for this appointment. When my vehicle was complete, it was parked too close to another vehicle, making it difficult for me to get in and out of mine I wasn’t gonna worry about it, but when a employee came close, I asked him to please inform his coworkers that if it’s a disabled vehicle, they should be careful not to park close to another vehicle cause it makes it hard to get in and out Before he responded, I saw him look at my rearview mirror to see if I had a handicap placard Then he responded what? I repeat it myself and said could you please let your coworkers know and he said well I didn’t know you were disabled and I said there’s a disabled plate on the front of my vehicle. There’s a disabled plate on the back of my vehicle and I’m walking on crutches, he then laughed at me and ignored me. When I got upset, he tried to gaslight me IME this type of unprofessional behavior represents a problem that starts with mgmt. I regret spending $1300 at this location. I will not go back there.

I dropped my car off at 12:30 and they said maybe 2.5 hours then after calling 12+ times after 3 hours and getting no answer I went to go check at 4:45 and it was sitting there ready. Then it was parked on a grass curb right next to a busy road I had to stand halfway in the road to get into the car then back it off of a curb and try not to mess up another tire.. They remembered that I had been there earlier and was picking up when I walked in but couldn’t remember to call to tell me to pick up my car. If i hadn’t driven there to check they probably would’ve closed without calling me, and once I did drive I had to stand in a busy street and back my car off a curb just to leave. Oh and there’s plenty of parking not on a curb next to the road on grass!
