I came here for a rotation and balance. I got here at 11:32 with two cars in the Bay only and I’m still sitting waiting for a bay. I think this is ridiculous.

Jeremy was fantasic. I booked a time online, however, I was still delayed due to volume. Jeremy was apologetic and friendly. I would definitely go back and I understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. I appreciated his acknowledging the delay and the way he handled it. If you are looking for a good tire store with plenty of in stock tires that can get you in and out quickly in a clean environment with real people with real customer service skills, go here.

Excellent service at this discount tire. Went in to get my tire patched. Staff were friendly and polite. Said it would take an hour or less and had me out of there in about 45 minutes.

I went to get a tire pressure check. One of my tires was a little low. Not damaged or completely flat. The guy working there refused to fill it with air because he said it was flat and if he filled it, it could explode. This is not true because how was I able to drive to this location if the tire was that flat. He didn’t even try to check for damages to the tire. I ended up going to another tire shop and they said it wasn’t damaged. That guy was rude and not helpful at all!

Major props to this location. Had a bad leak after hitting road debris that caused tire to go flat in 10 min. I called them at 5:35...they had my tire..told me to come on even though they close at 6:00. Because they stuck around for me...I get to drive home safe tonight.

Dylan was very helpful and friendly! I could tell he was working hard to keep everyone informed and get the cars serviced. I would not say they’re competitive on price though, ended up being very expensive. I also don’t think the appointments have value, I had one scheduled and many other cars took priority

The Service is great. However, a second person is needed to assist with Air. I waited 30 minutes for air which made me late for work and I left home an hour early to allow time to get air is my tire.

My point of contact Ernesto treated me great. He stood at his computer for a whole hour helping me choose my rims and was able to answer my questions about rim offset and all the other stuff that I didn't know buying big rims and tires for a truck. And when I went back to get my tires put on I noticed that employees there treated all the customers with respect and individual attention Even though it's a really busy location.

Sam checked/aired my tires, provided missing valve caps, all with a smile, great attitude and so friendly! My only complaint is for the employee..... Dear management.... Hey these boys better uniforms for the summer. Long sleeve and long paints ALL IN BLACK is cruel! They are so hot! Thank you discount tire or all of your service.

Still better than their typical upsell / sales-driven competition. But this DT has lost its edge. After 20 years of meticulous service, good follow-up and reasonable sales pitches, my last 3 visits have been poor to average. They don't do what's asked (I asked that they check all 4 tires; they sent me home with 2 low-pressure indicators waiting to happen), they don't follow-up (I had a car there overnight because no one called me when it was done), and they certainly don't go above and beyond as they once did. I'd still use them, but you need to watch and double-check their work. * Edited 8-13 to add on comment. The "owner" responded and sent me a link "for more info." It was just a link to start the review all over. What's the point?

Wonderful Experience. Set an appointment early as they open. The guys were very fast and efficient. Very detailed on informing me on things that needed replacing for my safety. Highly Recommend coming to get car serviced here.
