I would’ve said the service was great, until I looked at my receipt and realized i got charged almost $200 for warranties I didn’t ask Eduardo for nor was told about.

This place will lie to get you to buy new tires. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. I just needed air in one tire and the guy automatically started saying I needed a new tire because of a small line on the outside wall, blah blah, blah. The tire is only 6 months old and the tread is in mint condition. There was no visible hole on the outside. It did need a plug but I didn’t have time to wait at that moment. I had planned on taking it back in the morning. BUT NOT ANYMORE. I called BS and told him I bought the tires at that location. He then started to back peddle. I will be taking my car elsewhere.

After heaving a bad service experience at the Arapaho store I drove about 10 miles to the store on Spring Valley and N Central Expy where I got the best and fast service that I was looking for, it took about 35 minutes and I was on my way to work, thanks to all the employees and staff for such a friendly and fast job well done.

I made an appointment by phone to have all four tires changed. Checked in immediately on arrival and within 45 minutes I was in and out. Both employees I dealt with were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I have been a client for several years, and have never been disappointed.

I've always appreciated the good customer service here. Today, I scheduled an appointment for rotating balance, which I paid for with the tires. Tread depth is at 4/32", and the sales guy said that they would not rotate and balance the tires. Very disappointed. May or may not ever come back here for tires.

I am really satisfied with their customer friendly behavior. I had to live the texas within 6 hours of time. They took my request into care and made my two tire change within 3 hours of requested time. I recommend them for your service.

I had a blow out this morning, and when I made it to discount tire Andres was very polite, professional and helpful. He gave me all my options because my rim was slightly bent. The ppl there are always very polite and helpful as in any Discount Tire stores. That's why I use them. Yesterday I went there for tire rotation and replacing all TPMS sensors. Before I sent in the car, I checked the threads on all four tires. The front two have obvious more wear as I have put near 30k miles on them without rotation. When they finished the work, the guy drove the car to the front door and gave me the key. I checked the tires, the driver side ones aren't rotated. The guy first said he did, but had to admit he mixed up after I showed him the obvious tire differences. He took back the car and finished the work in another ten minutes. I don't feel too bad about it, but it would be a good practice to mark the tires before the rotation so that one can be sure it's done correctly.

I arrived close to closing time—just 20 minutes before they were set to shut down for the day—but the team still welcomed me warmly and handled everything with professionalism and care. Despite the late hour, they didn’t rush through the job; instead, they completed it quickly yet thoroughly, making sure everything was done right. A special shoutout to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt taken care of. The entire staff’s dedication and positive attitude really made a difference. I highly recommend this location!

Received terrible service this past weekend. I was FORCED to pay full price for two tires even though I recently purchased some a few months back. The warranty I thought I had, was null and void. They broke my emblem and didn’t replace all of my tire valve caps. I was told I they would order a new one and they would give me a call when it’s in. No one has called me yet. Will NOT be returning!
