Had an awesome experience today, thanks to the crew at Discount Tire. Special thanks to Darryal for being so knowledgable, helpful and kind. I came in with a limited budget, not knowing if I'd have the resources I needed to get the services my car so desperately needed, but they were able to help me figure out what would work best for me, my budget and my safety on the road. Free tite air check everyday, they're open, smiling, courteous employees, convenient, my 1st choice outside of what I do with my car maintenance needed. Great service! I called and were able to book my appointment for 20 minutes from the time I called. They got me in quickly. I was able to do some work on my laptop while I waited. It only took 30 minutes and they fixed my flat tire free of charge. I will definitely buy my next set of tires from this store. Thank you for the great service!!

I show up at 8am when they open on Christmas Eve and needed four new tires. They sent a courier to Grand Prairie to pick them up and the car was done by 10:30am. Also took off $14 per tire for a price match ( I found the same tires cheaper elsewhere). The sales rep, Cruz called me when the tires arrived, approximately when my car would be finished and when it was ready. All around a great experience!

I’ve been at this store several times and this is the first time nobody cares about me standing in the lobby for about 20 minutes it’s frustrating and disappointing.

Victor was such a kind guy. And in this world that’s sadly a rare find. I was just there for a flat but he was personable and I didn’t feel “bleh” when I left like he was trying to get anything over on me. Sometimes you leave tire shops or mechanics and you’ve got that…..ick feeling. Not from here, and at least not from Victor. Thanks for being a decent human. Keep it up.

Mad props to the gentleman working at this site. I had an appt scheduled for later in the day, but without any questions asked they got me in right away. It wasn’t long until I had my vehicle returned to me like literally I couldn’t watch a 30 min video until my keys were brought back. Extremely knowledgeable of services they offer and dumbing it down for us regular folks to understand what they will do one your car and very friendly environment. Nothing against other locations as they offer superior service, but this one is one the best.

Brought my car in because of a flat. Got told it was fixable because it’s right in the middle. 20 min waiting, got told it’s recommended to place all 2 rear tires. Mind you I just got the tire less than 2 months ago. This store always trying to sell you stuff you don’t need for anything and everything. Went to another place waited it 20 min and got it fix for 10 dollars. I would rather not visit again after coming to discount tire all these years

Fast, friendly and affordable. Only thing that beats their price, is their service. Management and staff alike always strive to provide top tier customer care. Been my go to tire shop for 16+ years.

Great guys. Son had a blowout at 5:00 on 635 with no spare. Hubs drove and took the tire off. At 5:30, even though they closed at 6, made sure they had a new tire and kiddo could get back on the road. Recommend this location.

I came to this Discount Tire location for a tire rotation and for them to check a tire I suspected of having a slow leak. When I arrived, I mentioned the slow leak issue to the service adviser and he said he would take a look at it and that I should be done in about 45 minutes. An hour later, he told me he didn’t find anything wrong with the tire and they were halfway through with the rotation service. Another 30’ish minutes and they were “finished” I paid for the extra services I’d asked them to perform and left. When I stopped about 15 minutes later, I noticed a small nail in the tire they claimed was fine even though they added the “free patching” to the invoice. I ended up going to an NTB ~3 hours later where they actually fixed the issue and pointed out some other issues with the tire balancing from Discount Tire. Moral to the story, the discount in their name isn’t discounted prices, it’s discounted service quality.

I changed my tire month ago, then I just found that I miss my anti theft lock key on the wheel rim. I came back and ask if I can find my special lock key. They just bring a basket of anti-theft key. In the end, I find one exactly fitting on my wheel screw.

I had a great experience. They didn't have the tire I needed but we're able to find a alternative. The manager was polite and handled all my other issues professionally. I'll be bringing all my vehicles here when I'm in town.

I was here few months back because a small nail like thing was in my tire. The guy over there, I forgot his name ,though I tried best to remember told me that you have to change the tire, though the punctured test was negative which mean nail was only on the surface and did not hamper my tire at all. And, I asked him If I can use my tire repaired warranty and he was like we do not accept and insisted me to change the tire, and when I refused to change his face expression was like he was mocking me. These people are just to rob you, and its been 6 months, my car tire is still good. Thank god, I did not hear him.

I’m giving 2 stars because they were quick BUT that isn’t always a good thing. I recently got 2 tires put on by them few weeks back and they got me in and out in 7 minutes which I thought was fast for 2 new tires and new wipers. They left my tire cap on hood of car when I left and my friend who is a tech was looking at car this evening and said they forgot to take old weights off so caused a improper balance which caused a bad vibration. Not good to rush because as you see mistakes happen! I knew was too fast for it to be right! Be careful this is my car they’re dealing with and I spent $440 for that to be wrong and dangerous!

This last weekend, my wife went in to have our Honda's tires rotated and balanced. She mentioned the TPMS light still being on and I didn't think anything of it. The next day, we go for a drive and the TPMS light is still on. Not only that, but it was driving terribly. Pulling to left and making weird helicopter-like noises. Sure enough one of the tires that was moved from back to front was completely scalloped all the way around and should not have been put back on the car. I took the tire off and inspected it myself scratching my head, thinking, how could this not be noticed? The cherry on top was that the tires weren't even filled up to the manufacturers spec despite the receipt showing they were. I went in today to have both the scalloped tire and the other on the front end replaced. When they were finished, there was a lot of brownish greasy residue left on my rims on both front wheels. Not acceptable. Their response was nothing but attempting to avoid accountability. "We don't touch the face of the rims, we don't use grease, etc." Like dude, this is a tire shop, right? I have a problem with this location 9 out of the 10 times I visit. I will not be returning to this location in the future and advise others to go to another as well. Our family cannot put our trust in this location as they have failed us one too many times in one too many ways.

Three others & I queued to get our tires checked. Instead of preemptively closing this station one of the employees hand signaled to hold. Then instructed another employee to assist. Only to tell me five minutes later they're closed. The first employee should've told me this instead of being put under a false illusion of being helped which lead to my time being further wasted. I won't be going back to this location for these actions.

Flat Tire Scamming Customer Strategy The store doesn’t want to fix a flat instead pushing customer to buy a tire. My tire was 3-4 months old got nail in tire should be a easy to fix. Strategy here is oh your tire looks bad and we will check and guess what yes we need order new tire for you. Not happy at ll what can i do now they cant put my old tire in. I am stuck to buy new one.
