At this location, which is a location I’ve been going to for years, I normally have very good service. But today, I waited an hour and a half for my tire to be plugged. I saw people going in front of me, that came after me. So I asked the attendant if it was because I didn’t have an appointment. He said “ no, my car would be next.” I continue to wait and I saw another car pull in before mine. I was very dissatisfied with my service today. I will not be back!

A tire change should not take 2 hours. Never coming back here. Don't tell customers the car will be done at a certain time and then miss that time by an hour. It's a TIRE CHANGE, not neurosurgery.

Great shop. Had 3 cars done here. Staff is very accomodating and safe. Makes good recommendations. Offers solutions. Most recently worked with Damian to get some better All Season Tires on my car. We talked cars and he seemed really passionate and knowledgable. The guys in the bay very were clean and bagged up my wheels for me and stacked them neatly back in the car. I don’t know about other DTs but this one is the best.

Just scammed my wife out of a new tire! Claiming sidewall damage. Knowing the screw in her tire came out and screw hole in the tread was the actual problem. They claimed she drove on it while the tire was low. I have pics and messages to prove they are full of b.s. then charge a recycle fee on a damn near new tire!!! We all know they will resale it for another $60 profit.

My husband went here to have his rim changed. They said it would be done by 430 (they close at 5). Well 435 came around and they said they may not get to it but they will call if they do. They got done around 530. My husband asked if he could make it in time to come get the car. They said they have two more cars to finish up and then they are leaving. Kind of rude. ANYWAYS he gets the car and starts driving home. They left the tire at 9 PSI. Not only is that completely unacceptable because it could damage the new rim but extremely dangerous. I will be heading over there Monday for a refund. Seems like they just want to make a quick buck and don’t care about the customer.

Terrible service, wait time over 2 hours they did the job when you leave make sure you have all your lug nuts on your tires they even broke a lug nut on me. I gave them another chance with my second car the wait time was the same over two hours. I didn't wait the two hours I left at the time I should have arrived. Honestly I don't know why you make an appointment. If you're not going to respect your appointment time two hours seems like too much for just a rotation and balance. I will not be going back to this place.

Friendly staff, helpful, and fast install. Got the wheels+tires that I wanted delivered which took just a couple days, then install probably 30 minutes. Very happy and love the wheels!

I have been going here for 20ish years now, never a bad experience. They pretty much always exceed my expectations even though my expectations are pretty high for them as they always do a fantastic job! Quick as can be, friendly and great pricing (get the lifetime warranty!) If you go anywhere else, you messed up. 10/10 recommend Discount Tire!

I've been coming to this location for nearly a decade for all my tire needs across four cars. They've always been quick and courteous, and I've never left feeling scammed. It's a great relief to know that if my wife or I have any tire issue, we can get it resolved without headache or heartbreak. Would absolutely recommend this location for tire concerns.

Never come to this store. I got all my tires replaced for winter and have had to go back every 3 months for my rear to be replaced under warranty. Come to find out they ruined my wheel when they first put on the tire and that's why I've needed to come back 3x, but it took me pointing out the fact that it's always the same tire and that it never happened in the 3 years I've had the car and gotten the tires replaced before. Seriously, they will ruin your car and on purpose. Do no trust them to change your tires or you'll end up needing to change the whole wheel. Follow Up: I immediately went to a mom and pop tire place near my house. They took the tire off and couldn't see any air bubbles. Took the rubber off the wheel and couldn't see any cracks or air bubbles. Placed a black sealant on the wheel to suck the rubber in and filled it back up with air. 3 weeks later and the tire still has a 41 PSI. So if I would have trusted discount tire I would've been out $650 for seemingly NO REASON.

Terrible poor service. I was told I could get a replacement for my tire. I asked if i needed more than one due to my type of car and was told NO. After going all the way through another worker came over and said that they would HAVE to do 4 all new tires. I asked if I got a replacement if the same tire at a similar tread depth as mine if that would work instead of replacing FOUR WHEELS they said YES!! But tried to dissuade me from looking for that option as they said “it’s a unicorn” to find that. Yeah right Parker. You’re a lying liar. Money hungry. Rude service all around. Don’t trust them!!! Very Very offended and shocked with their attitude !!!! Im very disappointed with their service

I worked at this store in high school, it was good then and still is. This store does good work, had an unrepairable tire replaced via a cert and only paid $30 for the new one. The staff was friendly, helpful, kind. I would highly recommend this discount tire if you're in need of tires, wheels, flat repairs, or rotate balance. The store does get very busy though. So, Make. An. Appointment. And show up a little early.

I had a flat tire called them at 5pm to see if they could take me they told me to come on in. Came in they repaired/plugged my tire for me in 45mins with no charge. They turned my stressful moment into a grateful one was so thankful!!! 😌

I orderd my tires online, with a promo code, and went in a couple days later. I was seen before I even made it through the parking lot and was in and out quickly. Everyone was very friendly and made recommendations without being pushy.

Hit something on the road and tire immediately started going flat and had to get to the nearest tire store I could find. Thanks be to Jesus I found Discount Tire. They had it patched up in less than a half an hour and didn’t even charge me. They turned my sad face into a happy face 🙂

I've had great experiences at this location. I had new tires out on my last car and recently they patched a tire I didn't even buy from them for free! Friendly people and quick turnaround.
