Five Stars! I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire (3081 Longtown Commons Dr) on 01/27/25. I stopped by to get air in my tires, and Damian promptly noticed a nail in one of them. He kindly directed me into the store, where Mike quickly located my account and provided helpful recommendations for replacements. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with care—I was in and out in just an hour! The team at this location is incredibly kind and professional. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for tire service. Thank you, Damian and Mike, for your outstanding service!

I want to shout out Anthony, Josh, Liam, Cameron, and Jadiah. I took my zed 4 here and I wouldn't want anyone else touching my car other than them. Very professional! I went to this location on Saturday December 7, 2024 to get 4 new tires. The entire experience was perfect. From the spontaneous call to see if they had the tires in stock as their online inventory suggested to walking out of the door with the keys and new tires installed less than two hours later. The entire staff that I interacted with was very professional and performed their job exceptionally. This was a great experience and I will definitely return for any further tire needs. Thank you!

My customer service experience for the past 2 days have been horrible. First, when I took my car in there to get my car tire repaired for a full leak, one of the workers told me that my car would be able to be repaired with no charge etc etc. Due to buying a new set of car tires and having a warranty on it. So after sitting there for about 2 hours to get my slow leak repaired, the same worker came out to me and told me that my car would was finished and that they were able to repair my slow leak and there was no charge. Then another worker with dreads came out to me and told me that I will be charged for getting a new tire and having it replaced. Although the first guy told me that cat wouldn't need a replacement tire. So I end up paying the maintenance fee and service etc. before I drive off I noticed the flat tire signal is still on in my car and one of the workers said that it will go away eventually after riding around for 5 to 10 minutes. After riding around for 5 to 10 minutes then eventually when I arrived home my car tire that I just had replaced was completely FLAT. I was highly upset and I'll call them back and pretty much asked them to confirm if they had the tire replaced and they claimed that they did. I take the tire back for them to finish the job and then one of the workers came up to me and told me that The reason why the tire was flat was because they didn't fix the valve correctly inside of the tire and that is the reason why it went flat. So after waking up today and taking my car out for a ride, the flat tire symbol pops up once again and here I am writing this post. I am livid and upset and don't feel that the service is completed for my car was done. I am unsatisfied. I will be taking my car to them in the morning!! Hopefully they give me a new tire!!

My experience at the store on 10/18/2024 was frustrating. Although I scheduled an appointment I waited over 1 1/2 hours for service that was finally provided after it was brought to their attention. Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience I received excuses.

This is the only place that I buy my tires! Great customer service! Great tires! I never had any issues with any of my tires! If you order your tires online and make an appointment, you will be in and out within an hour! Highly recommend them!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I went to see if they could patch the hole in my tire for free with the replacement plan I know they provide. Turned out they couldn't patch the tire due to where the hole was. My boyfriend says looking at the tire it was patchable so he decided to just patch it himself and save some money. I asked them to just put the spare tire on so I could get home safely. When i got home i went to patch the tire, ONLY TO DISCOVER THEY DIDNT PUT THE TIRE BACK ON THE RIM. So instead of being able to come home and patch my tire I now also have to attempt to put the tire back on the rim MYSELF. NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE ALSO BEING SEXIST. I know this because they we're trying to tell why me I should replace it instead of patch it, but as soon as I mentioned it wasn't my car and I was just doing what my boyfriend has asked. They immediately stopped trying to change my mind and we're fine with doing what I asked.

I'm DISGUSTED with how they returned my vehicle. Dirty hand marks in every place that they touched! Really! I didn't bring my vehicle in filthy! Most of the guys hands were dirty and it's obvious they don't use gloves! This is unacceptable!!

I've been in Discount Tires in different states this Discount Tire location is extremely well run the staff is very well trained they're quick efficient they care they took great care of my truck and my chrome rims and of course the prices are great.

Needed some new tires for my GMC 2500. I went in a week ago, and I picked out what I wanted. Paid a deposit and made an appointment. When I returned, the store was ready for me. The staff was great and very professional. The tires look good and ride like a dream. If you're shopping for tires, stop in and see if they are right for you. I only gave 4 stars because I believe everyone has room for improvement. I really don't know what they could improve on. Should have been a 5 star review.

Super honest. They knew another tire shop had been unsuccessful in fixing the tire and that I was ready to buy a new tire. Yet they ended up fixing it and not charging anything. When I tipped the guy who fixed it he was not expecting a tip at all.

Good Morning, I am emailing to make a complaint against the Discount Tire on Longtown Commons Drive in Columbia, South Carolina. I am not looking to get anything for free but I do however want to bring to the attention of whoever is responsible for what happened and to all Discount Tire locations so nobody else runs into this issue. I took my vehicle to Discount Tire last week to get a tire replaced because my front passenger tire had a knot in it and I was told it could be replaced at no charge since I purchase the tires from there. After my car was pulled into the bay and replaced a young technician came to me to let me know my lug was stripped and it wasn’t fixable at this location so they referred me out to a auto shop that could repair it at no charge and that Discount Tire would be billed for it. This was an inconvenience to me because after leaving Discount I was told they couldn’t fit me in for hours and I would have to drop it off. My situation wasn’t resolved until this morning and I’m frustrated because all your technicians had to do is not rush the job they did because I wasn’t in a rush or hurry I just expect good customer service. Also I was told at time of when they changed my tires the last time and over the phone that it’s no fee but I was charged $20 which is a nominal fee but this should be something that is told to customers upfront. I won’t ever return to any Discount Tire again because of this situation and I will be leaving a review on Google about my experience.

Have not had any problems at this location since it was built. Went in on May 29 to get the tires rotated on my 2013 Ford Explorer. The last time I had my tires rotated I was sold lug nuts and had to be refunded because they weren't the right fit. This time I was told I needed new lug nuts to which I respond "Do you have the right size because last time they didn't fit because they wouldn't hold the wheel cover in place" The service guy, Cameron, said "yes I remember you from the last time. I'll double check." He checked, rang me up and they weren't the right ones again. Cameron said, we're placing the order and we will call you when they come in. On June 9 I lose a wheel cover and still had not received a call. I call today to see where's my order because now I have to purchase a wheel cover too. I explain the whole situation and The Assistant Manager, Anthony, says we can't order that particular lug nut. What???? He suggested I order from Amazon and they could put it on at no cost. That sounds good, but I told Anthony, "You all are the experts, you all told me you were ordering the lug nuts, I paid for them, but now you want to put the responsibility on me in case they don't fit. Wow!" His response was "I'm sorry." I did get a refund, but now I got to order lug nuts and a wheel cover from the dealership. More money, smh. I won't entertain the upsale in the future.

I purchased four tires on-line. Their website and the process was seamless and easy. I scheduled the installation for Saturday. On Tuesday morning the car's tire pressure was low. We pumped it up but that afternoon was low again. I called the store and asked if it was possible to pull my appointment forward. They said, if it's that important get here before we close at 6:00 and we'll install them tonight. I was able to get there at 5:55. They stayed late to work me in so my wife would be safe in her car. That sort of care and concern for their customers is all too rare today. Their pricing was great, and the service was a refreshing change from most places you do business these days.
