Friendly service without the upselling. I appreciate that. These guys need raises. They are clearly overworked and overwhelmed at this particular location. But they power through without complaining. Great team work is what I experienced.

We went here to get our tire plug it took a hour but it definitely could of happen faster the workers was playing, dancing, going back and forth to cars that pull up like it was their friend's or family it's just to much going on they play more then my child

My experience with Discount Tire. I previously went to this location and had no issues. I purchased a tire and rim warranty. They were able to handle my tire issue with no hassle. The Discount Tire employee contacted the warranty company and was able to effectively communicate my issue and had it taken care of. Super easy and great service. Fast-foward a few months later. Here I am again having another tire issue. I informed Ty there was an issue with a tire and I also wanted to a balancing after the tire was fixed. He informed me they didnt have the tires in stock. I told them no problem. Im completely confused on why the technicians still balanced a Vehicle that has a leaking tire. The balance is completely pointless. Clear communication and effective service are crucial in these situations, and it seems that was lacking during this visit.

was recommended to discount tire by a family member, sent my wife there to get a flat tire checked out. While walking towards the front door to go into the office, which apparently is now under construction, an employee named Donald or some D name was extremely rude to her, yelling at her and making a innapropriate remark as she walked back across the street to their new office. My wife ended up leaving and calling me in tears.

Walked in 2 minutes before they close with a leaking tire. They registered me and treated me with respect and professionalism despite the time of my arrival. This place is always consistently great and they’re very helpful.

I made an appointment and told the man I had to leave at a certain time to pick up my grandkids. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they couldn't get me out on time. No apologies, just said they were being "up front with me." I asked why make appointments if you don't honor them. I was told they don't know how busy they are going to be. And again they are trying to be up front with me. However that's not helping or explaining why they won't honor my appointment. Service at this location has gone downhill since I bought my tires. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISCOUNT TIRES, if you want service.

The interaction I had was ok, but being there and overhearing how other employees handled interactions was appalling; I sat through overhearing an interaction with an older gentleman and another employee(could of been a manager) about tires, and the employee literally flat out said "no what, you guys literally get discounts at mchdonalds for coffee, we don't do military discounts for people you dont deserve it just cause you served," I couldn't handle what he was saying, I almost lost it, on top of knowing that they literally do, do military discounts, cause I got one. I'd like to give only one star, but the interaction I had with the person helping me made the whole interaction more worthwhile. Not to take away from what had happened prior, but the new interaction had was tremendously different prior. They definitely earned stars back, but only time will tell if it ever will be 5 stars. Definitely never getting the five stars back; being made to look like an idiot after they're screw up, trying to play me like a fool, thinking I wouldn't know what I'm talking about, that scratches can't happen on the rims after they replaced the tires. They used the wheel key. It fits perfectly, so there is no way it could happen. It's just normal wear and tear. Breaking a stud in the first place, yes, they paid to get it replaced for free, but they scratched the rims when they broke it. They tried to blame another shop for the scratches, in fact the same shop they sent me to, but how the hell do all rims have scratches? They only took off one tire.

I was there to get tire air pressure checked. I actually had to get some air added. The technician was friendly, and the air was free! What a great experience!

They scratched both my front rims on my Tesla Model X. Attached a photo of one of the two which got the worst. It also takes two hours to get tires. Really disappointed because customer service is pretty decent but it’s an entirely different story in the back.

I made an appointment to rotate my tires and to plug a slow leak in my right front tire. My appointment was at 12:15pm. And they didn't pull my car into the bay until 1:10pm! Then told me there was no leak but I needed 2 tires on the front. I used to get my tires for ALL my cars at Discount tire because of the service and professionalism. But unfortunately they LACKED that ALL the way around this visit.
