Discount tire has fixed tires of mine for years and I’ve been happy with them. Today I was particularly impressed with them because they repaired a tire of mine a few months ago. It has had a very slow leak and I have had to refill it two or three times. I took it in today and they took responsibility for a flawed repair. They gave me a new tire at no charge. You guys are awesome!

Brought in a wheel with screw in tire tread, repairable, and fixed to my satisfaction. CSR was courteous, prompt, and on the ball. Good prices on tires and services too!

Went to get tires checked. Never greeted. People are just looking down and it attempting to check on me at all. Called in to see what was going on and was given no eta or attempt to make anything better. I went to this location because it’s on my path to get home but I’ll probably go to other locations in the future.

Awesome tire shop! The people who work at the store are very friendly and knowledgeable. Went in with a slow leak in one of my tires and expected to leave with 4 new tires. Instead, they were able to remove the nail, patch up the tire and even rotated them for me. I walked out paying $0.00. Thank you for the awesome service and honest business, will be back for future tire needs.

Brought my car in at 10am and the promise time to be finished was 2:02. Called at 1:30 was told it will be done at 2:02. Came back at 1:42 and the car wasn’t even started. Very annoyed that the honesty was not there after it was already paid for.

Discount tire is the best place to buy tires hands down! I was here recently because I got my 7th nail/screw this year and decided it was time to buy new tires. Andrew helped me and he was great! They had the exact tires I wanted in stock. Even though they were extremely busy they were able to help me and have never turned me away. I bought my last tires with them so I was able to get some money back towards these new tires because I didn't get all the miles listed in the warranty. The warranty here is amazing, they patched every nail/screw free of charge and could get me in same day. Also I had one tire that had to be replaced after a year because of a tear in the wall and they charged me such a small amount. Discount takes care of you! I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone!

Have always had exceptional customer service and in this day and age that is hard to find. Always friendly get the job done. I possibly could’ve gotten cheaper tires through Costco but their customer service is terrible Much rather pick better customer service over a few dollars.

This location is amazing! I changed my service to the woodman location (near my house) after having issues with the Abbot location near my work. Everyone at the woodman location was so happy and so helpful, as soon s I walked in I got greeted by multiple people with no wait! The turnaround time was so fast too! Definitely will be going here moving forward!

Always been happy with the service and location. Only reason they don't get a 5 star, has more to do with the website. Bottom line is the Discount Tire site would not let me choose anything else but track tires. However the Tire Rack site said otherwise. So the sites weren't talking to each other very well making decisions cumbersome. Other than that, no issues with the store, location, or the people working there.

Outstanding customer service. Went in this morning to purchase tire. Purchased BF Goodrich KO 2 tires since they were on sale and in stock. Once work was started there was an a problem with one of the tires. They installed the new BF Goodrich KO 3 tires on the truck at now upcharge since they only had 3, KO 2 tires on hand.

I usually do not enjoy coming to this location as I am usually treated with disrespect and the employees treating me like I am incompetent and have no idea what I’m talking about, and usually my concerns go unaddressed. Today I received assistance from Grayden and he was phenomenal! He helped me really understand my issues without me feeling like I was being talked down upon, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me everything thoroughly so I wasn’t left in the dark. He was very knowledgeable and I left happy for the first time! I definitely recommend still trying a different location, but this has been a rare positive experience.
