I was going in for air twice a week for my right rear tire. No nail, new set of tires and rims on my car. George checked the valve stem, found the problem, and fixed it in under ten minutes without an appointment. Thank you George! You are awesome! Thanks for taking the time!

First visit, for a tire puncture. Shop was immaculate. The workers treated me like I had a VIP badge around my neck. I was out the door in 20 minutes tops. These guys rock. I'll be back.

Had an appointment for new tires at Discount Tires and they drove my car over to Brakes Plus for an alignment once the tires were done. So convenient! Jacob was great and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

A few months ago, someone from this place removed bolts they had no business touching on my car (not on my tire) and acted like they did not. I let it go and fast forward to today they were trying to make me buy a brand new tire saying it's not their fault and the alignment is off. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. go elsewhere. I haven't even had my set of tires I got from them a full two years yet and now they're telling me I have to get new ones! I will be filing a complaint and a lawsuit if I don't get a refund or my tires fully replaced.

All I wanted to do is get my tires rotated. Apparently they corporate policy has changed and the tires I bought in 2015 (vehicle in storage for 5 yrs) only warranted a last rotation. The man that helped me was very condescending and told me he was doing me a favor after making a big deal of if the tires were manufactured in 2014 he could not help me. Meaning if Discount sold me a tire that was a year old, they will now only warranty it for 9 years. The tires were manufactured in 2015, however, this was the last service they could do for us and would I like to see about buying some new tires. I told him he has lost a 25 + year customer because he made such a big deal about the date on the tires Discount sold us. He said he was doing me a favor, for a service they offer??? After having an appointment and having us wait an hour to get our tires rotated. It was my daughters first time experience at a tire shop as the vehicle is now hers. After buying more than 14 sets of tires from discount, we will no longer purchase from your company.

Edit 10/22. The manager of the store Frank is a good man. He called me before the store opened the next day and made it right. While it was a frustrating experience I understand that people make mistakes and he deserved a chance to make it right. Original 10/21. I left my car here all day (from 10:45am to 6pm) they said they would be here till 7pm. I can at 6:45 and no one was here and my car had no tires. I am beyond livid. No one called me at all to notify me. Extremely poor service.

Horrible experience! They reserved the wrong tires. No apologies. Went the next day and dropped off in the morning. Went to pickup at closing and still wasn't done. I've been with Discount Tire for 15+ years. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I buy all sets of my tires here. Frank and his team always go above and beyond, and if anything is overlooked, they always make it right. Would give this place a higher rating if I could.

I got a sudden flat tire exiting an event at Norris Penrose, with my whole family in tow. I pulled in for a tire pressure check and they found a nail - got me right on the list for service. The time estimate was 4-5 hrs…but got it done in 2 hours at no cost. We were so grateful and appreciate the service and care given to us so that we could get back on the road for a long drive back to Denver. Highly recommend Discount Tire! They are great!

If I could I’d give more than 5 stars for my today’s experience. It started this morning with me calling Discount Tires 1-800 number and a very nice lady efficiently helping me to price-match Costco’s price of the total cost of four winter tires including installation and taxes. She also sent me a link to complete my purchase with a new price-matched cost. It took a couple of minutes to complete including scheduling an installation appointment for the same day. A couple of hours later I showed up at the Abbot Ln. location for my installation appointment. Was greeted promptly by a courteous young man who proceeded with checking me in for my appointment. I was given an estimate of 1 hour for the installation to be completed (I decided to wait in their spacious, clean waiting room) yet to my surprise, the installation was completed within 30 minutes!! So incredible! Also, the gentleman who helped me to check out (Frank, if I remember correctly) was very caring, knowledgeable and professional and helped me to ensure I have the certificate for my tires (price-matching made it all more affordable, thank you SO much!) and necessary knowledge, given it was my first time to buy winter tires. Literally, this entire process of purchasing and installing by the Discount Tires on Abbot Ln. took about 40 minutes (on Saturday), absolutely exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend Discount Tires on Abbot Ln. and recommend their 1-800 customer care line!

This store does not deserve any kind of stars. Read the reviews. This store takes advantage of women. My daughter took in her car in perfect condition other than needing tires. They removed/broke/lost the lug nut covers. Prior to leaving the car with them she specifically told the salesman 2x not to lose or break the logos and covers. They denied everything and then tried to call me and tell me that my daughter was wrong. Manager said he would call back. Never did. Think twice people

I had the spare tire(with good tread) on the van and the flat in the back. The sales guy knew this because we did a walk around before putting new tires on. The tech didn't know so he put the new tire on the spare and left the worn out flat one in the back. I go out see what happened and am told sorry about that. So I ask to have the spare mounted back on the rim with the flat tire on it. They say they can't mount a tire that is old but I can buy another tire for the spare. No way am giving them 250$ to fix there mistake. He did unmount the flat and put the old spare in the truck." No charge!" Thanks 3 stars because they are friendly and mistakes happen. I just didn't like paying for other people's mistakes. Not sure I'll be back.

My tire had a nail and they repaired it at no cost. Employees there are professional, polite and just really nice. They also have a free air station where they put air in your tires. Great service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They broke off every single one of my plastic hubcap pieces, just snapped them off, then the boy walks out and says we broke these sorry. Handed me my keys and said you're all ready to go have a good day then walked away. Then I stayed on hold for over an hour just trying to talk to somebody about it. I know Walmart sucks but they're sure looking better than you guys right now and I've been a customer in my whole life. There is no real link I can click.

I came in after getting a nail in my tire. Finding out it was unrepairable and me being in a situation Nick came to the rescue. He went above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful and will recommend this particular discount and Nick to anyone. It's more just than product but it's the customer service. 100 stars

I would not go back to this discount tire.Even if I had no air in any of my tires. They put my donut on my car. I went to a nether tire store where they told me they could fix am I tire. That you guys said I could not be fixed. When I got to the other tire store, I realized you guys did not give me my old tire and rim back. So I had to go back up to your store to retrieve it. After I went to the other tire storm, they told me that you guys did not return my hub cap. So please really watch going to this store. Because they sure didn't care about me at all.
