Went there on Wednesday because I had a tire that kept losing pressure. They said I had a nail and it couldn't be repaired. They sold me two tires that weren't my usual go-to's saying they were the same brand and price but better in the snow. No mention of a bent wheel at all. The tires ended up not being better in the snow so I go back the next day and ask for my usual preferred ones. They order them and say they'll be in the next day (Friday). So I'm driving around Thursday-Friday with no issues with my tire pressure. I show up Friday evening to have my new tires put on. While I'm waiting, the techs in the bay start screaming and yelling at each other for all of us in the lobby to hear. Right after that I'm told my wheel is bent to hell and can't be fixed, and they try to sell me 4 new cheap crappy wheels (My OEM wheels are $500+ each). So I think maybe I had the bent wheel but it wasn't affecting my tire pressure. Nope. An hour after leaving I've lost pressure, and 8 hours after leaving I have a flat. There is no way in hell my wheel was bent that badly and they didn't say anything the first time, and I drove around for two days without issue. One of their pissed off techs bent my wheel (The one who was laying into Caleb just for asking a question) and lied about it.

The communication was great, the service was quick, the staff friendly. I was able to leave my camping trailer there and go home. Got a text saying it was complete. Super fan of DC Dillion and Caleb are rocks stars. Stopped over with my snowblower tire (small) They attempted to fill it and it didn’t hold, the next thing is they added a new valve stem. That valve stem didn’t work so they ordered me a new tube. Actually adding a tube. I went to Harbor Freight and got a similar tire but was told it is dangerous and a tube would be the better fix. Thank you Dillion and Caleb!!

I can’t say enough about how helpful the people at discount tire are. At the Dublin location I was helped by Anthony and Morgan to exchange a set of tires that I had on my Tesla model Y that I previously purchased from discount tire.They made the process very simple and recommended a great set of tires for The purpose that I needed. I highly recommend you purchase your tires from discount tire and do not hesitate coming into the Dublin location.

I normally don’t do reviews but I really wanted to shoutout the team at this location. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I came in nervous and overwhelmed because I hate car issues but Jesse was amazing explained everything to me about my tires 🛞 & made sure I was getting everything I needed for my car. I also wanna shoutout Chandler for being so awesome and explaining those fine details to me. & MJ total bad ass. She was getting down to business. Ladies if you’re like me and hate car places and stuff if you’re having any issues this is the place to go!! Oh! & I wasn’t there longer than 2 hours. Amazing establishment. See you all in 6k miles for my tires rotation !!💛

Went on a lunch break at work only to find I had a flat tire because of a screw. I contacted discount tire and I recieved incredible customer service and they were able to get it patched same day. Wait time was short and the staff was extremely helpful

I got in my car ready to go to work and one of my tires was suuuuuper low. Luckily enough, I live 3 mins from Discount Tire and was able to stop by before heading to work. MJ came out and met me in the parking lot to see what was wrong. She was able to find that I had picked up a nail immediately and got me checked in within 5 mins of getting there. No appointment and they had me going on my way to work super fast. I am BEYOND grateful for their customer service and quick response!!

To make a longer story short After getting my first new pair of rims here I had a LOT of trouble with them no one could figure out the issue.. I brought it to literally ALL the discount tires in town and they all failed me multiple times with more issues then just the rims.. once I finally got a hold of the manager at this discount tire he was determined to make things right and he did.. he finally figured out the issue and I was finally able to drive my car again. I have a vw and needed special rings for the rims that no one else could figure out apparently and I didn't know because this was my first pair of rims. I even took it to get a second opinion multiple times. I have bad luck with car places all over town all the time for multiple issues.. not sure if it's just because I'm a woman and they think they can scam me or what but after a long period of issues with my tires this will be the only discount tire I come to now. Thank you to the manager for everything.

Been waiting for 10 mins in line BEHIND someone with someone else behind me, for air in our tires. The lady in front of me hasn’t even been acknowledged. Talk about poor customer service. Seriously. A manager walked in & out multiple times & looked over. Multiple employees were just looking at us all over here not doing anything. 3 bays are now empty. Yall suck. Like really bad. Woodmen location is WAY better. Avoid this one if you can.

Caleb was instrumental in the handling of my damaged tire road hazard warranty repair. Everything went well, he is very smart. Other associates assisted me when I asked for status and updates. All were very professional and the techs completed the difficult repairs in time. I would recommend this tire facility for your next tire business.

I have used this and various locations for years. The service is always great, today was no exception. I went in worried about the state of my tires. Kevin was such a kind and helpful face. He was patient with my special needs daughter and all of her questions. He explained things to me so well and I felt no pressure when it came times to pick the new tires. He made this whole experience so much easier than I was expecting at the end of the days with a cranky kid and how busy they were. Very thankful for Kevin, the rest of the team and their hard work.

Closed at 6pm and they still took my car’s flat tire in at 8pm in the middle of a cold snow storm after finding out I was scheduled to leave out of town early the next morning. They made my emergency their business. Thanks guys.

Do not go here to get your tire repaired. They had my vehicle the entire day. Went to get it and my sensor was still on I drove for 30 minutes pulled over and you can hear air leaking from my tire. They literally put air in the tire and called it good. For the entire day I could have just bought a brand new tire. Now I’m having to pay for a tow and wait with my two year old. Terrible location.

Had a tire replaced here. On Thanksgiving day there was a very strong vibration while driving. These guys didn't tighten the lug nuts properly. My wheel almost came off while driving. This is insane. Totally unacceptable. I could have been killed by this negligence.

I stopped by to have my tires checked because of a low tire indicator on my dashboard. The young man was courteous and filled all my tires. He also offered to check the spare tire which badly needed air. He also asked if the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. He provided excellent service with a smile and I felt safer as I drove away.

This is how they parked my car after servicing it. Scraped the entire way off, surprised I didn't rip my bumper off. Not to mention they parked it in 1st gear with the e-brake off.

We have 4 cars and the team at Discount takes care of them all. Even when it is just filling air or doing a rotation and balance (ie no revenue), the team does it with a smile. Kevin was especially great helping us get all four cars in this week- some with new tires and some with rotation and balance. Thanks for making it easy for us.

Lied to my grandma, telling her, the needed to fill the tire 5 pounds over pressure, for the weather change. When she told them to remove the pressure, so her tire pressure sensors would stop going off,he told her she's be back. And upon my inspection later, it turns out he slightly unscrewed the valve stem to cause it to leak. 0 out of 10 scummy sales people

This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever received at Discount Tire throughout all my years of owning my vehicles. I was originally being helped by a young lady named Madison (MJ) she had the best attitude, even though when I got there I had a shitty attitude and she maintain her professionalism and it made me change my attitude, and I greatly appreciate that. By the end of everything I was dealing with a young man name Micah he brought a discrepancy up to my attention about my Lugnuts, I didn’t think it was that important so I declined the offer to upgrade. He ended up helping me out by strongly, advising the safety behind upgrading. I took his advice and it actually looks better on my vehicle, he also helped reattach my spare tire to the bed of my truck, which I was not expecting that service. I was so thrilled with their customer service. I had to make sure the entire team had their morning donuts. Thank you for all your help made my day.
