After getting two tires replaced on the car, the mechanic tightened one of the lug nuts so hard he cracked my rim Which caused me having to buy a new rim the staff looked at the warranty for the tire then just stared at the car and said well there’s gotta be an alignment issue without driving the car. You cannot know if there’s an alignment issue without even driving the car, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I always come here and love them but today Lina helped me with just an air check and she fixed my tire sensors that were registering wrong, updated my info in the system and let me know I need at least 2 tires and to replace my sensors and prepared me for the cost associated with that. She is amazing. Give her a raise and keep her! Please!

Went to Discount Tire for some BF Goodrich KO3s for my 2023 Tacoma at the recommendation of a buddy. Ordered online, the size I wanted (265/75/16, load rating E, white lettering) was in stock, and I was able to book an installation appt that same evening. Was there only about 45 minutes for the install, balance, and alignment. Matthew and Justin helped me out and were stellar humans. I'll definitely be back for future tire needs!

Aaron & team are always so friendly. Their quotes are right on. They don’t take long to put 4 new tires on. Prices are fair. Definitely recommend the Garden of the Gods store.

I was in a bind and Jay was so so helpful and understanding, he listened to my problems and addressed they with care. I highly recommend this place for all your tire needs and also get insurance on your tires you never know when you’ll run over something and need it replaced for free

I really appreciate Discount Tire and they're excellent customer service. They are helpful and they are courteous and I feel like I can really rely on them and trust them for help finding the right tire as well as maintaining the really good tires I purchased from them

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT risk the wellbeing of your vehicle here. For context, I’ve been using Discount Tires since I started driving and I’ve never had an issue in any other state. My husband brought my vehicle here after I had a 32 hour drive in which my tire pressure light came on. Within my drive, I was assured that my tires would last the trip but I’d need to go to a tire shop when I arrive in CO. My husband was told that it would take several hours for all tires to be checked which was no problem; within 30 minutes, I received a text my car was ready. Skeptical, I called and the tech told me only one of my tires was checked and when I questioned him because we’d asked for all tires to be checked he changed his answer. I arrived at the shop where one of my tires had obviously been hit on a curb of some sort because there was paint on it… I checked the pressure myself and all of the tires were sitting at different psi (37, 33, 30, and 28). When I told the manager he assured it was checked properly but had me pull up to check himself. I watched as he and a tech checked them and they were all at different psi like I had told him. He tried to tell me they were similar when I clearly watched what the machines had produced. He then puts all of my tired at 37 psi when the suggestion is 32. He took the vehicle to check the wheels again and assured they were fine. How were all the tires checked the first time but sitting at such different psi? I don’t appreciate being lied to. And why would you put my tires at 37 psi? Honestly, DO NOT waste your time here.

They know tires and have great warranties! I'll go there so long as they don't change. Love it. Update: Had quite the queue to get tires checked. No one helping for 15min. I hope this isn't a new norm. The tire check is nice because it's quick and easy, it's the main perk. If I need to do this myself I can get tires anywhere...

Apparently you have to wait 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge that you need your tires filled with air. And then wait another 15 minutes for someone to actually do it.

I would suggest using any other tire shop. This place is a complete joke. You will wait in line every single visit for 30 minutes behind a teenager who the employees have convinced into signing up for their Discount Tire credit card. It should not take 30 minutes to simply drop off or pick up a car or tire. If you manage to talk to someone, you can then expect the slowest service in all of CO. They were unable to put a new sensor and stem on a wheel (one wheel! - and off the vehicle!) in 6 hours time - with an appointment. Gotta be fake reviews.

It's hard to believe this is a chain store as the level of service provided is amazing. Every time I've visited the Garden of the Gods location, each staff member has gone oit of their way to be kind, genuine, personable, & extremely professional. They're up front and fair about their pricing & will always go the extra mile. Sales and service anywhere, in any industry, could learn a thing or two from these guys. I truly can't gush enough. Thanks for always making me feel truly valued, Discount Tire!

These guy's have repaired (for free) several tires for me over the years, when I needed wheels/tires I bought online mounted, they did it fast and for a great price 👍. The ONLY place to go for all things "tire related" 😀 .

Have been here for 25 mins and no acknowledgement I'm here or that I would be helped soon. Not crazy busy and 7 employees have seen me ... just here for a tire check .. but when I purchase more tires it will be somewhere else. Pretty sad cause I'm scared to drive away but I might cause it's now going on 30 mins ... wow it would take 5 min to help me!! Good jobs guys!

Jay was AMAZING! He was friendly and knowledgeable about all my questions. Additionally, we expected to wait over an hour to check my tire before I left for a 19+hr trip and Jay was able to get us in less than 5min. He made it the best experience!

Literally the only vendor or anybody on this entire planet that I deal with who doesn't already assume that they should have deliveries ready to go if they want things delivered. They will literally call us to come pick up a delivery and then expect us to wait in line behind six or eight different people for 20 minutes before they will even look up the delivery for us or go get the tires that they called us to come deliver to another store. Absolute insanity. After 15 minutes I'm supposed to get paid $4 inconvenience fee but that doesn't EVER happen.

This should be zero stars. Do not take your vehicles to Discount Tire as you're putting your life at risk. They cut my break line rotating tires on my jeep and sheared the lug bolts mounting my daughter's tires. Update: After posting a negative review, I've been contacted by multiple Discount Tire associates, none of which were interested in addressing the issues, rather with addressing negative reviews. They even showed up at my auto shop, unannounced and without any request, bullying their way into the shop and taking unauthorized photos in an effort to cover their mistakes and intimidating the shop workers. This behavior is akin to organized crime. Take my advice and have nothing to do with this corrupt organization that can literally threaten your life with their lack of skilled workmanship.

We were in town from Kansas and had a nail pop a hole in our brand new tire. They were dealing with an exceptionally busy day and not only got us in ahead of what was scheduled, but gave us a loner tire in order to get home the next day. They were absolutely lifesavers and so communicative and kind. Could not recommend them enough!

Very fast! They did a check on my tires tread and a quick diagnostics on my tires. I always expect the worst and was anticipating to pay for a new set of tires to be installed but didn't need to. Had a flat they fixed after identifying the issues. Thanks everyone that works here.
