Was leaving work & noticed I had a flat tire. After several places turned me away because I had an EV (with padding inside the tires), I called Logan at Discount Tire. He told me they could take care of it ... and asked me to come quickly (as it was past their closing time). As soon as I arrived, he & the team fixed up my flat quickly. Appreciate the speedy service & going above & beyond. Thank you!

Great service and good prices. Had a nail in my tire, they patched it, rotated and balanced my tires, no charge. Even offered to check my alignment for free. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Thank the good lord above! I blew out a tire on a lovely pothole on the highway and slow rolled it to the nearest discount tire around 5 this morning knowing unfortunately this location didn’t open until 8 am. The manager and the crew got in between 6-7 am. The manager and one of the crew members came out to my car and asked if I needed help. They replaced my tire, and did a 4 wheel alignment, got me cashed out and still had their team meeting before 8 am!! This world needs more of these kinds of people! I will never forget this and I will forever be grateful!

This place was fantastic to me today. Today (1/21/2025) my tire shredded in 5 degree temperature. This location was only a couple of miles from me. After changing my wheel in 5 degrees to the donut I was able to get to the store. I was over an hour from home in NKY and they hooked me immediately with 4 new tires, mounted, balanced and a 4 wheel alignment. They saved the day. Two and half hours later I was back on the road. The staff was super nice, friendly and understood my predicament. Couldn't ask for a better place to stop. Thx Discount Tire.

As soon as we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The price quoted was the lowest in the area. Plenty of parking in a high traffic area. Complimentary coffee and water. Restroom was reasonably clean.

I highly recommend this tire shop over Tire Discounters. Much friendlier customer service and free tire service while Tire Discounters charge $40 for each tire service!

I'm leaving a review after several years of getting serviced at this location. Every staff members are kind, friendly, informative, prompt with lots of patience. It's not just sometimes, it's every single time my car gets serviced I leave very satisfied. There are several other auto tire shops near this location but don't bother. Just go to this location and you will be glad you did. Not only their service is great, their tire prices are very compatible if not better than others near by. Thank you for your great service and I would highly recommend this place. S.P.

Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and they gave me an estimated time of 30-45 minutes. At 45 mins my vehicle wasn’t even in the bay and total service took twice as long as the estimate.

Honestly and excellence are not common in the automotive industry these days. It is even less common in big chain companies. However, I have had multiple sets of tires for multiple vehicles out on here, and I have been pleased every time. The waiting area is clean and nice, and the staff are always helpful and honest. The service is quick and timely. And they have some of the busy prices around. Costco does have a few advantages, but they never seen to carry the tires that I really want, and they are often a bit more for comparable ones at least in this area. I highly recommend this location. A special shout out to the great techs and Josh up front.

I recently visited Discount Tire for service on my 2017 Ram Promaster 3500 Winnebago Travato, and I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the team. This was one of the easiest, quickest tire buying experiences I have had. I came here after growing entirely frustrated with Performance Lexus, who couldn't put tires on my cwr inside of 4 days. Discount Tire, to my surprise, had 5 tire options to choose from and got me in and out, inside of 2 hours, with 4 new tires and alignment. Would recommend.

I don’t usually post reviews but I truly experienced great customer service here, everyone was super friendly. My friends and I got a flat (on a Saturday morning) the day we were supposed to drive back to Chicago. I called this Discount Tire and they told me I could come in as a walk in and they can look at my tire. I was in and out in an hour, my tire patched up for free and ready for my 4.5 hour drive. Would recommend!

I got new tires about 8,000 miles ago. Called ahead for a tire rotation today. I asked what kind of wait there would be. They said a "short wait". So, I drove over to get my tires rotated. Well, I've watched 5 cars get new tires which has taken over an hour to do and the car hasn't been serviced. If I had known that "short wait" is 90+ minutes, I would have done it myself in a shorter amount of time. I remember waiting quite a while to get the tires put on back in November, but I thought this time would be different. I think I am done shopping at this location and will take my business elsewhere. "Free" tire rotation isn't as attractive when you have to wait 1.5 hours. Time is money too.
