Excellent customer service, timely installation and fair pricing. Highly recommend the store manager, Nathan, and his team for their help obtaining a set of new tires for my SUV in early December '24. Those new Michelins proved invaluable during a recent 800+ mile roadtrip in very heavy snow and ice conditions. Now both my wife's car and mine have tires bought and serviced at the Colerain location in Cincinnati. We will be back!

A waste of time. I have purchased many sets of tires from this location in the past. The tire pressure light let me know that pressure was low on my spare tire again. I asked to have the tire checked. After sitting for 45 minutes, I decided I needed the time and I could put air in the tire, got my keys and left. I came back as the tire or the valve stem must be bad. This time the gentleman behind the counter went out with me looked at the tire and told me they would not touch the tire as it was old. If the same person had done that check the first time I would have waited and had the tire replaced. However, they were too busy to take the time to do that simple check. Now I have to decide if I want to waste another hour or go somewhere else. I will most likely go somewhere else as the standard of service at this location seems inconsistent.

Wouldn't recommend visiting this location, lets start that i waited 45 minutes before my vehicle was even pulled into the shop and that is with an online appointment, went in to have 2 new tires put on that I supplied. Also wanted my rear tires rebalanced and rotated to the front. They mounted the new tires and did the rotation, told me the rebalanced the old tires but they didn't as I see my old weights and another shop confirmed they were out of balance. Then after mounting the 2 new tires and doing the rotation they didn't even bother checking my tire pressure, the 2 new tires were inflated to 27 and 28 psi which should of been 35. My other tires were still low at 30 psi.. they didn't relearn my tpms sensor locations so now they are reading improperly on my dash. I also requested an alignment and was told they wouldn't be able to do it because my car is to new and it wouldn't be accurate in the end, my car is a 2022 kia forte.. wasn't very friendly and they didn't even have sugar for the coffee lol. Wouldn't recommend to anyone regardless of their review ratings which is what made me choose them and definitely won't be back for my next need of service.

I had low air pressure on my new truck. I called ahead and spoke with Nathan. He said we'll take a look at it. I'm glad he did. They found a small nail in the tire! They patched it and checked the air pressure in all my tires, too! Nathan, Chris, Logan, and the staff at Discount Tires are professional, courteous, and always smiling!!! They. Know. Tires. I definitely will be back when I need a new set of tires! Thank you for helping me. I will recommend Discount Tires to my friends.

Ordered a new set of tires from TireRack.com (an affiliate of Discount Tire) and had them shipped to the Colerain location for installation. I scheduled my installation appointment quickly and easily on Discount Tire's website. Once I arrived and checked in, the whole process was seamless. They had my new tires ready to go and the entire process only took around 30-45 minutes. I also had them do a free alignment check on my car, which revealed just a slight mis-alignment on the back tires. Since it was only a small adjustment to be made, they did the alignment for half price without any prompting or haggling on my part. I will definitely go back to Discount Tire whenever I need tire services in the future!

I needed a valve stem replaced. I just walked in without an appointment to the Colerain Discount Tire. They were friendly and quick. They replaced the valve stem and rebalanced the tire free of charge.

I was shopping around for a good tire shop that wouldn't overfill my tires like the last shop I went to and I place that doesn't rip me off there prices are good for the mount and balance and a alignment they are cheeper then the competition they got the alignment spot on don't mess around go with them first I appreciate the hard work and time they put In I'm going to discount tire for now on

The manger Nathaniel is racist. I do not live in Ohio and have never been to this location once however the manager claims that a random Latin man came in and use my phone number and because he “didn’t speak English “he assumed it was me. I have called Customer Service to complain about this individual because when he was called out about it, he had no spine or backbone to be helid accountable. I don’t appreciate the racism in 2024 and this review will stay up until you either change your ways or learn to be an adult and be accountable Nathaniel. How did I go to your store when my foot is broken and I live in a whole different state? How is it that your store manager and I use a few choice words with you because I’m upset and you have no integrity to sit there and take it after you’ve made a mistake and you hang up the phone and cry? I was a manager for years and I’ve had many things happen to me and I never folded maybe you should look into a different job.

I had an appointment scheduled last week and it was my first time here. When I came in initially for my first appointment they didn't have the specific tires I needed for my car so I had to come back. When I came back a couple days later they were able to not only get me in early they accommodated me for having to make another trip back and I REALLY appreciated that . The staff was very nice and efficient. For someone who has been in the sales industry for over 10+ years good customer service goes a long way for me. Thank you guys I will be a returning customer ! :)

Great first experience. I went to the Colerain shop to get my summer tires mounted on my Tesla and replace a bad/punctured tire too. I was in and out within 60+/- minutes. The team was fast, efficient, courteous, and professional. I'll be going back to buy my All Season tires this fall. Thanks DT Team!
