This was my first experience with Discount Tire and I highly recommend them. Their website, order and appointment communication, and customer service both in-person and over the phone is outstanding. It is hard to find a company that delivers well in all areas.

Walk in customer, no appointment to mount 35" tires. They had me done in a couple of hours when very busy. Did it for half of what Tire discounters wanted. Great staff. Very professional.

Wow! I had a tricky tire situation that required thought and research. Dylan, the store manager, jumped right in and helped me figure it out. Amazing. Jacking my car to put the tires on is also not straight forward (it's an EV with Rock Sliders) and once again the, tech, Payton, dug in and figured out how to do it safely. The installation was precise, cost very reasonable, and communication all the way through ... top notch! I don't know about you, but these days if I can find thoughtful, creative thinkers to solve my challenges ... those are my folks for life. At least at this Discount Tire on Ohio Pike, those are the type of people I found. Highly recommended!

Bartend downtown and came out here because many regulars recommended. Straight forward, itemized quotes made the whole experience a lot less intimidating for a woman like me who knows nothing of what to expect and fears being taken advantage of. Robert has the cadence and demeanor of Mr. Rogers. I walked in without an appointment and they finished earlier than estimated. Will absolutely return even though it’ll hopefully take a few years to need their services again. I’ll be recommending them in the mean time!

Don't waste your time or money. I've been using these guys for multiple cars for over a year. Issues every single time. These guys can't seat a valve stem to save their lives. This last time (after waiting to get in for over an hour after my appointment time) the tech handed me the keys and told me "dont worry about the tire light. It'll go out after driving for a bit". Tire was flat and air was gushing out of the end of the valve stem.

I decided to give this place another chance and they came through. I had a tire giving me trouble. They got me right in and did the repair and was back on the road. You really can’t beat their prices. Service is friendly and professional.

Unbeatable prices, and it’s easy to make an appointment online. When I showed up there was a spot out front with my name and I pulled right up. Asked the team there to mount my tires on a secondary set of wheels and the experience was seamless; I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I’d recommend this store to anyone looking to get a new set of tires for a great price.

Always friendly with very fair prices and very professional and trustworthy. Helped my Dad out with repairing a tire for free a few years ago without charging him or taking advantage of an elderly person and selling him a new tire that was not needed . Since then I have been taking care of tire needs here as well as sending other family members. Don’t get this company mixed up with that other place called tire discounters. There is no comparison. Remember Discount tire Beechmont have. I do not work there nor paid for advertising. This is based off true consistent experiences.

Don't think for a min a scheduled appt will get you in a reasonable time. I had a 12:30, 40 min they said it was being pulled in. Truck is still out there 1:40. It's not right, my time is too valuable to sit around. Suggestion, drop the vech off

George was very efficient and helpful with the purchase of my daughter’s car tires. I use the app to order tires and stupidly ordered the wrong size. George immediately fix the problem and now I have better tires on her vehicle than originally purchased. Highly recommend discount tire in the Beechmont area.

Great service. Quick. I was having tire pressure sensor alarms. They diagnosed the batteries were dead or dying. Replaced them at the same time as tire replacement. Saved me time and money. Highly recommend.

I went in to see if they could patch a hole in one of my tires, unfortunately due to there being two holes in my tire they were unable to do so. However they did have my tire in stock and were able to replace it, they helped me on the price as well as when they were replacing the one they noticed another tire of mine had a bubble in it. They went ahead and replaced that tire at no cost to me!! Evan was a great help and would recommend going to him for all your tire needs.

Literally, what's the point of scheduling an appointment for a Fleet account vehicle... Appointment at 130 got here just before 1. Paid almost 1200 upfront. The current time is 3:05 p.m., and my truck is still sitting in the same spot. I have to work tonight. This was the whole point of making the appointment in advance. All I keep hearing is your staff telling everyone, oh there's 19 cars in line, but you keep packing people in like sardines. You can't even get to your scheduled appointments on time. Obviously your customers time is not valued, but hey, greed will ruin a business quicker than anything 🤙 Carry on. Edit update. After getting 4 new tires I get in my truck to drive off and the tire pressure sensors were off alot. I was told just drive on them awhile it'll even out. well I'm over 100 miles in since getting the tires and my front left is sitting at 85lbs left rear 84lbs right front 64 lbs and RR 66lbs. I'm no tire expert, but that's not correct, and the fact that I called back to the store to explain what was going on, i was told I probably haven't driven for enough on them..... SMH $1,200 for tires, and I can't even get my air pressure right..... I tow cars, and to have uneven tire pressures is very unsafe. But it's currently 3am and no air pumps open that have enough pressure to fill the tires where they need to be. Again. For 1200, I would have assumed Discount tire would've made sure of that 😅

Went in for a tire patch on a car I got this year, but the tires ended up being way too old to patch. They were affordable enough that I was able to get their midline tires, which they had in stock and were able to get on within 45 minutes. I was so impressed with the service here, I’ll be a lifelong customer from now on.

What a "Cluster F__ K" - 4 hours!!!!! I had an appointment to install 4 tires, two hours later the tires were installed. Oh.....you want an alignment.... another 2 hours They don't seem to have a handle on this operation. They admitted to having a "Bottle Neck" with Alignment. Mgt really owes the customer upfront, how long service will take. Never, Ever, going back to Discount Tire.

Great experience! Brought my son's car in for a nail in the tire. Not only did they patch it at no cost, but they did a complete vehicle inspection. They helped identity an issue that was easily fixed and most likely saved us a major problem down the road! They are were friendly, listened, and are now my go-to for all things tires on all of my cars! Highly recommend!

I went to this specific Discount Tire to get a piece replaced on my car. When I arrived, there were a few people in line and I decided I didn’t have the time to wait and I would just try again the following week. As I was walking back to my car, the manager chased me down and apologized profusely about the wait and assured me that they could get me in and complete the job in little to no time. I was a bit skeptical but I agreed and gave him the keys. Less than 15 minutes later, the work on my car was finished they were sending me on my way, free of charge. I’d like to thank Mark for his extreme efficiency and consideration. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a quicker, easier car appointment. Thank you Discount Tire for all you do, I’d recommend this location to anyone!

Would recommend this team at Discount Tire. Got a nail in one of my tires a few weeks ago. A few days later my low tire warning comes on again. The original tire repair did not hold, so instead of trying to repair it again they replaced the tire. Great customer service!
