Front desk and sales don’t pay attention to what you’re saying, Their active listening skill for customized request is zero. Keep it simple ONLY if you want great experience. But technician are fast and very helpful, they explain all details for you.

The problem I have is you pay extra money for the insurance on the tires just for them to rotate the tires to make it seem like they fixed the issue but in reality they never did and on top of that it’s Saturday night and they don’t open back up until Monday how do I supposed to get back and forth to work in peace with a tire that keeps going flat so I’m out of a car until Monday yet I work tonight and Sunday I will not be returning here after my problem is fixed a waste of time and money pissed AF right now and I’m making a complaint Monday thanks for nothing….

This time around they were much more quicker and the estimated wait time was accurate it was a bit disappointing that they did not have the ability to turn my flat tire warning light off. First I was told if I drive for a distance the light will go off. Then after I drove for 5 min then cam back, I was told they didn’t have the equipment to turn it off. Other than that it was a nice visit.

Discount Albemarle Road is Stellar! I was very apprehensive about going to this location after my experience at the Matthews location with Danny! It was a toss up between here and the dealership, I went here as the dealership i go to is in SC. When i tell you I was pleasantly surprised! From the moment I got out of my car i was greated by someone. I shared a little about my last experience and how I loved Matthews, but I felt disrespected. Both employees apologized for my experience. My appointment was at 9...i was checked in and done in less than two hours. I watched my car being worked on, they were efficient, I had a question, they stopped,answered it and made sure my needs were met. It was raining, they pulled my car to the front door! Thank you Albemarle Road for CHANGING my perspective about Discount Tire! This is my new home!

Always very professional and knowledgeable. They are now offering alignments, which is very convenient. One of the services they offer for free is checking the air in your tires and adding as necessary. They have an area set up for this, and you do not even have to get out of your car. I buy all my tires here and have been doing business with them for over ten years.

Came in for a patch and plug on my tire that had a nail in the mid section, not the shoulder of the tire. The rep I spoke with came to look at the tire, immediately said it is not serviceable and began dialogue on how I need a new tire. I mentioned I have places to be and he said the tire is not serviceable. I went 2 min down Albemarle to Ntb and they patched my tire no questions asked. Kind of a let down, discount tire used to be my go-to for patch and plug services, even if it is no longer free of charge.

No help at all!!! I had a nail in my tire on the driver side. The guy at the front desk went outside with me to look at the tire. He took a quick look at my tire and said he don't see a nail. I said don't you think you need to pull my car into the shop and jack the car up to see if the tire has a nail. Next, he said you need two new back tires because the tires thread are fours. I find that strange being that I just got an oil change at Hendricks Acura, and they said my tires are fine. Went to the dealership and had no problem getting my tire repair with no issues. Not sure if he was trying to get his little sells for the month and push new tires on me but not today.

There’s no need to make an appointment they never take my car in at the correct time. Instead I’m waiting for hours when on the tracker it says my car should be finished by then.

This will be the 3rd time coming to this place. Had a leak in tire. Before even checking it. He was trying to sell me new tires. Call, they say they will get me right in. Not a problem. Get here. Tell me 1hrs. Going back to Monroe Discount Tire.

Sometimes you just "have" to wait to get your tire pressures checked and air addded. The annoying part is watching everyone walk out of the bays and no one does anything to acknowledge that you're waiting.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5-star rating is their response to having an appointment. I arrived at 2:40 for my 2:45 appointment. It’s 3:25, and my car hasn’t moved from where I parked it. Why have an appointment if you can’t get to the car then? The same thing happened a few monthe back. Besides the wait they do a good job.

These guys are awesome. I came in for what I thought was a tire plug but they explained to me why I couldn't plug it in ways I understood. I ended up buying 4 tires and having them installed in less than 2 hours. I will recommend this location to other people.

Was having a hard time finding a place that would align my Tesla model x. These guys did a great job. It took a little over a hour, but $199 is a great price for an alignment. Seemed like they used the proper equipment and the staff at the front was more than helpful. I will be a customer in the future.

Amazing and honest service. Brought my car in for a flat repair, they diagnosed the issue and I was out the door in an hour with a repaired tire. They did not try to sell me on anything, just did what was necessary. I will definitely make this tire shop my go to from now on.

I went to Discount Tires to get air in my tires So I manager came by and said we are busy but someone will come out when we get a free handle and my reply was okay, then young came and said the same thing but I waited in my for 30 minutes and no one ever came out to help me, this where I would buy my tires from I will not give them my business anymore.
