These guys are amazing!!! They always take care of me with short notice. You can even just sore up and I guarantee you that these guys will hook you up with the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Added bonus: Their honesty is impeccable. They have actually saved me money more than once. I’ve never been disappointed. Give them a try They definitely deserve it.

I have been going to Discount Tire Center for decades and would not go anywhere else. In a desperate need I went to other places and did not get the expedient service Discount Tire Center gives and paid more money. They are fast, reliable, and better priced than anywhere else.

Efficient and honest - I was fourth in line and out of there in approximately 20 minutes. They replaced my valve stem for $25 rather than selling me a new set of tires. I didn’t have to leave my vehicle the entire time either.

Got my truck towed there after I got a flat and the tow truck driver couldn't get my spare wheel put from under the bed of my truck. The guys at discount had me out of there in an hour and saved my spare for me so I didn't even have to use it. Great work and FAST!

I was recommended by three people to go to discount tire. I called the day before to see if my tires were in stock. They were in stock and I asked for the price. I was told two prices, I took the second price quoted & they were held for me. I showed up the next day. The men showed exceptional service. I was in and out of there in what felt like seconds. Awesome service I will definitely be returning.

Extremely polite super professional and the fact that I was 2 weeks late with my appointment they took me in kindly and I walked out of my car and then I just walked right in because they were done that fast I have used these guys before and I have nothing but good things to tell you about them oh by the way it was 6:55 and because they saw me pulling they open the doors for me talk about customer service that's how it's done

I have been going to Discount Tire Center on Ohio River Blvd since the early 2000's. Their service is always outstanding! You won't find a better tire shop in Allegheny County. Their prices are very reasonable and they have top notch customer service!

Absolutely fantastic! I had a an issue with my tires holding pressure. They did a full analysis and found that my screen display showing tire pressure had 2 sensors switched. They recalibrate the pressure sensors. They pulled 2 tires to inspect the air connection and replaced connection. Determined later that this was not the problem and did not charge me for it. My rear tire showed significant wear, and I had them put on 2 new rear tires. 3 weeks later, and all tires are holding pressure. All the work was done with me sitting in my car and took only 20 minutes. I will be back!!

My fiancé went in around 330 on a weekday to get a tire chance. He had 2 cars in front of him, but once he got in to get serviced, he was out within 10 minutes. The employees were very helpful, efficient, and friendly! Be careful when you're in line that you're not sticking onto route 65. I would recommend this place as it was cheap and quick with friendly employees. Also recommend calling beforehand to make sure they have your your size in stock before just showing up.

My tires were less expensive than at the dealer, and installation was very quick and easy. It’s a little unclear when you arrive at the garage where to pull in, how to get back out. Other than that, it’s a smooth process.

I have a specialized vehicle (Rivian R1T EV truck) and had a blowout on I-79 South. Called up Discount Tire Center and they were able to order tires that same day. Got a tow to their shop and they put new tires on in under an hour. Very thankful for their expertise on my truck as well! Overall a very positive experience.

The place is on Ohio Blvd so it’s kinda hard getting to it when having to turn left into the place crossing two really busy lanes. It was hard to figure out if I should park or wait. There weren’t any directions given to me when I called. A man finally came up to me and said to wait behind the yellow line till another car is done. The man on the phone was very nice though and gave me a price right up front and took all my info down. When I got there though, none of the workers knew about me and what I needed done. I had to tell them what I was coming in for and my price even though I told the guy over the phone I needed two specific tires done and the cost was already determined. Not sure about it, it just felt like a little weird, like I was talking to a different place. You also have to wait in the garage with all the stuff going on and it’s also cold so that was kinda weird (thought there might be a place inside to wait).They did the tires though in under 15 minutes so I can’t really complain. Honest pricing which is nice and everyone was nice.

They are so fast and efficient. I feel like a NASCAR driver pulling into the PIT when my wheels are pulled the moment I arrive.
