Absolutely excellent service. Recently bought truck, and it needed all tpm sensors replaced. Found out I didn't have a key for the wheels. They came up with an idea, it worked great, and I was on my way. Thank you very much.

UPDATE, I FILLED OUT THE DUMP WE ARE CONCERNED AND NOTHING NOT SURPRISED. CAUTION! Insane! Brought my 2022 Bmw for new tires, they called me hours later to tell me they were able to change 3 of the 4 tires and stripped the lug on the 4th wheel, made me come get the car with 3 new tires and one old still on. I took it to my home garage took a socket and ratchet and removed it like nothing, then I go back to get the 4th wheel done and they did not order a new lug, gave me the car back with 1 lug missing, NO SAFE! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! INSANE what I went through!

I had an amazing experience at this Discount Tire, and I've been to a bunch all over the West Coast. Bryce was amazing to deal with and answered all of my questions. I talked to a few guys there and I'm sorry I don't remember all your names, but everyone was extremely nice and I feel like the techs looked after the truck very well. This is now my go to Boise location and would recommend them to anyone. Shop was clean inside and out also had a nice sized waiting area with a good amount of chairs. I was prepared to wait a little while (can't rush profection) but it seemed like they were able to get me in and out very fast!

Well waited 3 hours to have my tires installed and I was told 1.5 wait time and finally had to talk to the guy at the register because people just walked in and they ended up getting there cars and trucks done before me you have lost me a a customer .

Do not make an appointment unless you expect to wait 2 hours before they bring your car back. The appointment system is incredibly unreliable, and the managers do not care how long you've been waiting.

Eli is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I followed Eli from the store on State Street to the store on Overland. He and Discount have always taken care of me. I highly recommend this store and Eli.

I got a flat on the way to the airport at 6 am. Luckily I ended up at Discount Tire. I had to leave my car in order to catch my flight. I called them later to let them know it was my car that was left in their parking lot and that I'd be back for it in a couple days. They assured me it wasn't an issue. When I returned from my trip, I went in to ask if they could take a look at my tire. Tyler helped me and was also the same person I spoke to on the phone while on my trip. He told me they tried to see if they could fix it while I was away but the tire was shot. I thought it was so nice that they tried to help when I hadn't asked. I chose not to replace the tire at the moment so they put my spare tire on for me. Dakota was super quick and kind as well. If my tires weren't under a year old, I'd be buying tires from this location and crew. I wanted to at least leave a positive review expressing my gratitude for their kindness. We'll be back in the future though!

I have had service at this location once before, and it was good. Recently, I made an appointment online to get a couple of new tires. Everything was good until an employee backed my 2012 car out of the bay, then proceeded to punch the gas for a whole 5 feet, and hit the brakes suddenly and hard! That is completely the wrong way to drive, especially another person's vehicle. The brakes squeal now, even slowly stopping. I can not afford new brakes. They need to educate their employees better, as these vehicles are not theirs to drive or treat that way. Advising to check out other local tire companies before using this one.

I just want to give a big shout out to Eli. He went above and beyond to help me. My tire was completely flat and the closest place to take my tire was Walmart on Overland where they yielded no help and was quite rude. I walked over to Discount tire to find the kindest man (Eli). There are still good people in this world. Thanks for saving my day Eli! Also Christian was very helpful and kind. Discount Tire will be my go to from now on.

I use this location three times now for service in the last few months. Once for one of my Window Cleaning companies service vehicles, then I ordered wheels and tires for my personal truck. After that I got some trailer tires for my boat trailer. Every time they provide great service in a timely manner for very reasonable price. On one occasion we were unsure if the trailer tire is going to be a good fit because the current tires on it were discontinued. The technician took the time to mount the tire on a spare wheel and put it on the trailer just to ease my mind that it would fit properly. As a service business owner myself I was very pleased with their level of customer service. One shop said it would be about five weeks to get what I needed so I checked with discount and they said they would have it ready to install in five days. For me having things available fast is more important than price but they even did a price match without me asking which I was very pleased with. They have definitely earned my future business for my personal vehicles as well as our fleet vehicles for my company.

Stopped in because my right front tire was slowly losing air pressure, when I spoke with the guy at the counter he said I’d have to leave the vehicle and it could take two hours to get it looked at. Since I was traveling through I had no choice so I gave him the keys and began my wait. (The lady in front of me had left her vehicle to have the tires rotated and balanced and she had Idaho license plates) after about 10 minutes or so I noticed they moved her vehicle in and started working on it after about 30 minutes they pulled it out and parked it in the parking lot, I then thought my vehicle should be next because I was behind her at the counter but that was not the case. After waiting the 2 hours we approached the counter and asked how much longer, he looked surprised and said he would check about 30 minutes later he came and said the tire cannot be repaired due to where the nail is in the tread, he said he didn’t have a replacement tire in stock and would have to order one, I explained again I was traveling through and couldn’t wait a day or two. I asked if he would put the required air pressure in the tire and I would be on my way. The car was brought to me and I drove off noticing the tire light was still on, upon pulling into a gas station I checked the air pressure and it was low so I put air in it and drove the 6 hours home. Long story but the morale I guess is that I’ve been a discount tire customer for 40 plus years and never been treated like that. I definitely feel that if I would have lived in the area they would have looked at my vehicle sooner than 2 1/2 hours and then to send me on my way without putting air in the tire prior to bringing me the car. Terrible customer service! Going to find a tire business that has better customer service in the future!!!

Don’t come to this discount tire if you value your time. I had an appointment at 4:45 and by 5:30 my car was still not in the bay and I watched 2 vehicles that arrived after me get in before they did my car. The front desk was unstaffed for 15 minutes so I couldn’t even ask why my car wasn’t being worked on in a timely manner.

Shop forgot to place wheel center plug back in my Tesla, forcing me to make another trip to retrieve it. And they inadvertently cut through the wheel speed sensor, costing me over $250 in extra repairs at the Tesla shop. Poor attention to detail and bad training. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Fast service! I made an appointment to have 4 tires on my toy hauler trailer balanced this last weekend. When I got there it was very busy but the team at this store jumped on it in the parking lot like a Formula-1 pit stop! Thanks for getting me going so quickly!

I went in this morning to get new tires, before i had used a california duster on my car and was over looking and talking to my dad about the scratches and what not already on the car, which is perfect considering the fact that when i got my car back i had a 2 brand new deep scratches magically appear on the hood. Talked to the manager about it and he swore they didn't do it, but he also made a comment saying something about how my car already has scratches on it so it doesn’t matter( if it wasn’t for that comment i wouldn’t be making this review) I would 100% recommend this discount tire to anyone who enjoys magically appearing scratches and pee brained managers.

The staff is very nice and replaced both my wheels & tires in a little less than an hour. I've been using Les Schwab my for my current and previous 4 cars but I saved $600 by going here instead this time. I'll definitely be recommending Discount Tire and coming to this location in the future.

This location is my favorite Discount Tire. There are better specialty garages, but this place is cheap, relatively fast, and still deliver personalized services. Best value by far. They do an excellent job with my FJ and I finally trusted them with my Porsche. They didn’t disappoint. No, they’re not perfect. They’re an extremely busy shop who do everything they can to give you good service at a great price.
