JT and the guys did a great job. Were able to diagnose my problem when no one else could, now my Truck rides smoother then it has in years. The whole team was very courtesy and friendly and got me in and out in about an hour. Throughly impressed with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

What a horrible experience, I do not recommend this place at all, my first and last time buying with them, make me wait doe over 2 hrs having appointment and when they finished with my truck didn't let me know anything till I found our my truck was parked outside and me waiting inside still and more stuff happened, just my honest review

Have had the pleasure of using them a few times, was no different this round, Josh got me the tires I wanted same day and at a discount. Tech's installed my difficult wheels as I requested without hesitating. Have been a customer for over a decade in all different states while active duty, this discount tire is just as amazing as the rest, will 100% recommend and repeat for my next set. Thanks again Josh, JT and everyone else there.

I bought a set of Michelin All Sport 4's here at the 280 store five months ago. Service was excellent and fast. Last night, I ran over a huge nail that ruined the left rear tire. They assessed the damage and offered to replace at the extremely discounted prorated rate given the low mileage on the tire. They didn't have to do this, since the damage was caused by a road hazard. I really appreciate their great service and customer friendly approach. I felt like they were looking out for me and trying to get me back on the road, not squeeze every last dollar out of me. And this time, I learned my lesson and bought the optional coverage certificates! I'll be back to Discount Tire 280 for future tire needs.

March, 2022: I found the tires I wanted cheaper, and they price matched them for me. Very helpful and friendly people, and fast. Couldn't have been better. Edit: I stopped by again 11/4/24. My tires now have 50k miles on them, and I needed 2 replaced. I didn't have an appointment, I was just going to see if they had my tires in stock. But before I could even walk inside, an employee came out to me to see if I needed help. They had the tires, got me right in and gave me a great deal on the tires I needed. I won't buy tires anywhere else, they are great.

Had an issue with my tires on my tires and was instructed by Discount Tire to have them inspected to have them replaced. My visit was on 09/30/24. Two tires ended up being bad and had to be ordered. The guys at the store, Chris, JT, Josh, and Jesus were nothing short of great and did everything they could to make things simple for me. My tires ended up were replaced by Pirelli through a warranty for being defective. Although I did not have my replacements installed at the store, JT offered to rotate my tires around so the new ones were on the same axle to make things even. Overall I had a good experience. Thank you.

I had such a positive experience at this location, I decided to write a review. I was a few minutes early to my appointment and the staff came out to my car to greet me and check me in. I handed them my keys and they did the rest! Everyone was courteous, professional, and serviced my car in exactly 1 hour. I highly recommend this place for customer service alone. Highly impressed!

Ordered tires & made appointment online. Went in, waited for about an hour , got in my car & left. Didn’t have to talk to anybody, just let them know when I walked in the building. Easy peasy!

The tires are affordable, the customer service was excellent, and the wait time was only 45 mins. The waiting area is very comfortable and has free wifi, there's access to public restrooms as well. You also get free tire rotation and balance, and the website makes it easy to purchase and pay for everything before you get there.

I was traveling through found this place on my gps . I liked the name thought they would help . I went inside told gentleman I thought my tire was too low. He showed where to pull up and they would check it for free. I pulled in the spot and a young man came and aired up my all my tires. The one was really low and probably wouldn’t had made it home. It was extremely hot and humid making it hard on tires. This is one place I highly recommend. They are there to serve the customers not rip them off. I will definitely go there again. Thanks guys for making this ole lady feel safe traveling.

Today I was in desperate need of new tires bc of the safety of my newborn nephew. I started at a competitor where they were "unable to put tires on my car bc the lugs were stripped, and they suggested I go back to the last people who handled my tires. So I did, I was a little upset and frustrated but knew I needed new tires. I met Josh at the front counter, where I explained my frustration. In a very professional manner, he alongside one of his other coworkers, then walked out to my car to assess my concerns... even though they closed at 6pm and I was walking in the door at 537pm on a Saturday. He quickly pulled up my information, quoted me on three new tires and explained the importance or why I should get 3 instead of the 2 I expected to buy. He insured me that they had time to conduct the work, even if he had to go out there and help the guys himself...of which he did..I was in and out of there in less than 25mins with new lugs on all tires and 3 new tires before 6pm. The trust, communication and teamwork has definitely become more topnotch and I would trust them with my car/ family anyday! Thanks again Josh for everything today, you and your team are a blessing!
