So thankful for Discount Tire! The fact that they offer the free air/tire pressure checks is my favorite thing. It's a free service that goes a long way. Because everyone there is so nice and helpful, I made sure to specifically come back and buy my tires from there after receiving the free air in my tires. I am always recommending Discount Tire!

Got new tires and rims and an alignment. They did great, my only complaint is I thought they would call me when it's done but I waited like 2 hours and no one called, so I had to call them and they said it was done. Kind of annoying because I was waiting around for no reason, who knows how long it was done. I guess I should've asked if they would call me when I dropped it off but I just assumed they would. update: I've been busy so it took me a few days to get to updating this but first off they stole my valve caps that i got on amazon from my old wheels, secondly they left a random box of lug-nuts in my car with a lincoln cap thingy?? (I drive a chevy). Lastly, they also took my old tires of the wheels even though I wanted them to be left together and I feel like there was no reason to even do that because I was wanting my new tires on my new wheels so they did extra work to take off my old tires off my old wheels and never gave back my tire valve caps. I will go out of my way to go to the discount tire in blue springs next time I need tires.

I scheduled a morning appointment to have tires replaced. I showed up early, and the sales associate said it should be around 45 minutes. They didn’t even start work on my car until I chased down someone else wondering why my car was still in the parking lot after it had already been 45 minutes. My car should have been completed by then. The second associate offered up a lame excuse as to why they were already 45 minutes behind so early in the morning. On scheduled appointments. But I suspect that the first associate, who couldn’t find my keys, and then couldn’t find my tires, was the one who actually didn’t get me properly entered into the system. Especially since I got no updates via text or the “journey tracker”. Very interesting that all kinds of cars were going in and out of the bays getting tires put on. Even people that showed up after me. After I complained though, they apparently wanted to make it up to me, not by apologizing or making it right, but by giving me progress updates in person. This nice associate came over and told me my car would be done in 10 minutes. Fantastic, I thought. I could finally get out of here! Except I was there over a half hour after that, waiting on them to finish my car. I cannot recommend enough that people steer clear of this place. I get that the people actually working on your car aren’t the people exhibiting such extreme incompetence in the front office. But would you really trust a place like this to perform work on your car that is critical to safety?

This place was fantastic. I highly recommend discount tires. I won't go anywhere else. They got me in and out and they got me in within 15 minutes of them closing and they still took care of me and got me to brand new back tires. I highly recommend them

I've been here four times in the past year and each visit is a different experience. Sometimes it's excellent and sometimes it's 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment to replace 4 tires. Customer service is hit and miss. Waiting in front of a person for 10 minutes and then having the phone ring and they answer it and spend 5 minutes with that customer instead of me standing right in front of you is weird. I've had no problems with the actual work, just some issues getting in and out. Maybe ask them the best time of day/week to come in?

Absolutely awful! Julian was the salesman who waited on me and he told me that they had the exact same tires in stock that I wanted and it turns out they didn’t. They had a tire that was close but not the exact same tire. Now I have three brand new tires that do not match the fourth tire, which is just a year old. Then he wanted to put the old tire on front and I said no I wanted it on the back. He explained some gibberish about why you put the old tires on front and I said I have front wheel drive the new tires need to go on the front. So what did they do? They put the new tires on the back and one new tire on the front with the other old tire on the front. It was an absolutely aggravating experience. Julian lied to me, he did not listen to me and I am never ever ever going back to that store. Why even a lady who was there before me came back in after she drove her car and she told them that the engine light was on and the brakes were working and they weren’t doing that before she brought the car in. So maybe they got some new help and they’re just a bunch of slackers I don’t know, but I do know I will never go back to discount tire ever.

Discount Tire has not disappointed me in several years. And I've gone to several different locations in a couple of states. They have my tire within a day. They receive my orders from Tire Rack. Easy to make an appointment, or call and walk in with a road hazard flat. They do great communication. They're professional. They do a good job. They get the service done fairly quickly. They don't charge an arm and a leg. I'd recommend them. I use them regularly.

My son took his car up for alignment and had appointment 12/13/24 at 1:30 pm. Got a message the car was complete after 2 1/2 hrs. Went to pick up car and found it out it was not complete.was told they person doing the alignments did not know how drive stick. After some time of talking they finally got the car aligned at 5:30 pm. Started To drive away and the car was making a noise that it did not make when dropped off the car. Took it back back again found out when they put up to align it they damaged (knicking noise only when it moving) something on rear of the car and they not claiming they did anything wrong. If the car was not making a noise before it dropped off and now making a noise after they did something and need take ownership of what’s wrong the rear of the car.

I called Discount 8 minutes before they closed this evening, completely panicked because my tire’s PSI had dropped to 12 and wouldn’t take air. They let me come in a few minutes after close, took care of me immediately, and got me back on the road within 20 minutes. SO appreciative. (Also have to note, there were a ton of guys working, all singing their hearts out to 90’s jams while they worked. Which was entertaining while I waited.) Thank you Dustin and team!!

As a woman, it can be a stressor when you have to deal with vehicle maintenance. Yet, everytime I've visited Discount Tire I am given the rationale for the suggested services. I also love the warranty on the tires and it has saved me a few times prior to today's visit. This was the first time I've gotten an alignment from them but the explanation of the print out after was eye opening and helpful. I definitely drive with confidence knowing the Discount tire crew is there to help me if anything arises with my tires.

I brought my car in for the 2nd time today. I told the guy behind the counter exactly what I told the last guy. My tire PSI sensors aren’t reading the correct tires. My back passenger tire PSI shows it’s low, so I put air in it and my front driver side PSI goes up. The first time they worked on my passenger back tire. After you guys tried to sell me 2 new tires for both my back tires, the guy behind the counter assured me my sensors were reset and that they found a small nail in my back right tire. Maybe they did, but that tire wasn’t leaking. So today I go in and tell another guy what I told you guys the first time and of course now you try to sell me 2 new front tires because the tread is low, but 2 weeks ago it was the 2 back tires that were bad and needed replaced, but 2 weeks ago my 2 front were good but they're bad. The kid also told me that the tread was too low and to just buy new tires. What a joke man. Lol

Stopped by to get what ended up being a simple valve stem core replacement. The little kid they had working informed me that the rear tire edge was rolled. Which I knew but was not going to change them yet. Real world we live in here. He informed they would not repair the front tire unless I bought a new tire for the rear. I will eventually buy a new set, just not in the cards yet. He told me that it was unsafe to drive with that tire. I think the tire that is going flat was definitely more of a concern. Discount you have lost a customer for good! I run operations for a local construction company and have had many trailer and truck tires installed. More than your typical car owner. We will not be giving you any more business. You high pressure sales did not work on me. Be cautious when doing buisness with these guys. Absolutely Rediculous!!! KC Rim Shop fixed me up definitely check them out.

4 years ago I took my truck to get 35x12.50r18's put on 7.5 inch rims. No problem, mounted balanced looked great! Today, needed a tire patched, 37x13.50r18's on a 9 inch wide rim. Nope! Can't do it, can't touch it! I made an appt online, put in the tire size I have. Showed up on time, and got sent out for a very silly, and apparently new BS rule.

I came in for a rotation rebalance, employees were very rude and not well educated. They left old wheel weight on my wheels, didn’t set my tire pressure to what I told them to, counterbalanced one of them, and didn’t tighten 2 of my center caps. I came in the next morning to have it resolved and the employees were very rude about the whole situation. Your a tire shop there’s no excuse to half ass stuff. Don’t go to the Belton location, take your business to the blue springs store.

I was told it would be 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later they send me out supposedly balanced and repaired leaking tire. Get on the highway and it bounces all over the road and the steering wheel wobbles back-and-forth. Had to come back and now I’m waiting again. Would not come here if you paid me again.

Tire showed low while traveling on 49, pulled in and they changed the bad one and put on our spare as we couldn't get the lug nut loose. Thanks so much Andrew! You were such a blessing!!!
