Every time I make a delivery at this place a guy named Bill is absolutely rude and refuses to sign the paperwork to complete my delivery. He is absolutely rude to me and gives me problems and threatening to report me every time over a signature. This is unacceptable and needs to change I'm tired of being threatened by this guy. He pushed my hand and device away when I tried getting a signature from another guy Location 1607 Nelms

I was in dire need of new tires for my vehicle. I limped my Honda in using a doughnut spare. I was quickly greeted in the parking lot. Johvani got all the necessary information, went over my options and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. The new tires were installed faster than I could have imagined! Customer service is a big part of what my job consists of, and the display shown at this store was beyond exceptional! Best place to get new rubber for your ride!!

We needed new tires on one vehicle and a tire check and rotation on the other one. We made an appointment. Always do that. So, we get there and Jeremy an employee came right up to us as we got out of our vehicles. He says our name and already knows what we need. He was on top of it. Better than Ted Lorenz. Lol. Seriously though, great and swift customer service. He was a pleasant young man. Also his coworker Benny was replacing the tires and checked the other tires in the other vehicle. Both young men were on top of it. They even both told us bye with some friendly conversation, it was a great experience that I never would have expected at a tire place. Thanks for making our Saturday even better.

They did a great job until they inflated the new tires over the recommended pressure. 3 at 39 and 1 at 49 😜 Nelms Drive store Austin TX 1/6/25 Paul inv# 8061143. The store made this right after I went back by the store. I later received a call about the problem and I will do my business there again.

I just wanted to mention that after not being able to drive for around 4 months, today I had a flat tire and went to the store cause I live pretty near and a staff member, David was very nice and he found out another tire was flat. He was very nice and friendly, also gave me few options. It is a busy store, they are very organized and knowledgeable. David is the best! Thanks.

Fair prices but at times feels like I’m at Autozone trying to get an air freshener and being asked 2w or 4x4. Travis the manager is great to work with, straight to the point no BS. Would definitely becoming back due to his help.

I’ve been coming to Discount for years and service has always been solid but Bill and team recently took exceptional care of me. It’s been a very tough few weeks and you never know how much going above and beyond can be a blessing to people in a time of need. Preciate y’all.

They deliberately mislead you to waste your time and money. I arrived around 5 and was told I could have my tires replaced by 6. I said I would wait at home if they could call me when they were done but they insisted I be there at 6 so I stayed and waited. They did not start work on my car until 6:28. Instead, they helped another customer who arrived 10 minutes after me and who they gave an estimate of 7:00 and put me in line behind her. When they started work, they told me it would take about 10 minutes. It took over 20. So I ended up spending over an hour and 45 minutes waiting for a service I was told would take ten minutes and be done in under an hour. They also quoted me low prices for several services only to charge me more and then correct themselves when I questioned it.

A complete 180 experience compared to the ben white location who lied to my face about checking my wheel balance and doing my tire rotation. I knew something was wrong with my wheels which is why I brought it to discount, hoping it was just a balancing issue. And again unlike Ben white location, they actually did the work and found 3 of my 4 wheels were bent. They showed me the issues, and of course offered me wheels for replacement but this gives me an excuse to get my unplugged performance wheels with track warranty .... Thank you to the team here, and corporate you need to investigate Ben white location! They told me nothing was wrong and all checked out!!!!!

Everyone I interacted with today was so very courteous, beginning with compassion for the challenge that damaged my tires, and continuing with such polite communication. Jeremy took me through the tire replacement process, and spoke in such a lovely manner, was so patient with me as I contacted my husband at times. He even remembered my name as I left, and he was helping another customer. Just spectacular service!

I've visited this location three times in the past couple of weeks, and I must say, the customer service has been outstanding. Each visit, the staff has been friendly, and the wait times have been the quickest I've encountered. Today, Luis S. assisted me, and he was fantastic, providing excellent service. I would definitely return here for any tire needs. Thanks, guys!

If you’re thinking of going in for a tire air pressure check, go somewhere else or learn to do it yourself. Lesson learned for me, as they ripped me off! lol I should’ve left earlier before my car went in for service after hearing again and again how the reps kept telling people they couldn’t repair their tires, etc. and proceeded to sell them new tires. Not once after almost waiting two hours did I hear one of them say their tire was repairable.. I just went to get my tires air pressure checked/ topped off, because I work in the area, but live far (which my bad for over communicating this). Long story short, I ended up being forced to buy a new tire, because one was “un repairable due to driving at low pressure tire for too long” (which crazy because just that day the light came on and psi was 25). They claimed they couldn’t put that tire back so they left me with two choices.. to either purchase a new tire or they can put my spare tire on. I ended up given in and buying the cheapest tire they had just to get home safe. SMH

Place sucks should be shut down and everyone should be fired or re-trained at another store probably at the ben white store they can't fix a flat or even find a flat be rolling on a tire with a leak for a month after them telling my mother they checked and nothing wrong with it, that it's just the weather now I gotta waste more time go to the ben white store to get it looked at and fixed when we already took in to get fixed. But now my mom's and everyone knows never make the mistake of going to this exact store again. On nelms drive
