Stefan and David got my Shelby squared away, they will continue to earn my business because when you get a flat the internet companies aren't there to help replace a odd ball tire on a Shelby. David went out of his way to bring the tire to my job at S Point Hyundai where I also help people get new wheels, and a vehicle for them to roll away on. A Plus service all the way!!

Service was top notch!! The minute we walked in the door we were acknowledged which is more than I can see for majority of businesses these days. We were quickly taken care of but what made it 5 stars was not just the efficiency but hands down the customer service!! This is what makes the difference! Been a discount tire customer for about a decade now, however I had a horrible experience at this location. They lied to me and tried to cheat me out of my warranty. I bought a new tire from them for about $280, 20k miles ago, that had a 55k miles warranty. They said since it went bad so fast, they’d give me $125 credit for it. But then gave me an increased price for tires above market rate when finding out one of my tires was under warranty and price came out to be the same amount if I hadn’t used the warranty. Went down the street to Costco for 4 tires, where I had to buy all 4 tires out of pocket, and the price came out to be the exact same. Then the sales person at discount tire claimed that Costco was lying about the tires they quoted me and they were not the same tires I wanted. My family has 6 cars in our household and discount was our go to tire shop. This blatant dishonesty and bad faith towards a customer has honestly shaken me up pretty bad. Would recommend everyone get a second opinion from Costco or Sam’s club. Update: I went to a different discount tire and they gave me a lower price than both Costco and this location of discount tire did. They even lowered the price $50 lower than the price this discount tire claimed was absolutely impossible for them to do. Conclusion is this place is just dishonest and not a good location to go to.

4.6 rounded up to 5. Chunk of metal went through sidewall of my 9-year old tire when I was about 5 miles from this store. After I replaced the flat with my spare, called this place. They had the tires I needed for about $100 each all expenses (tax, labor, warranty, disposal of the old tire, etc.) included. I made an appt and got there about 5 mins late. I don't think appointments really matter, but in all events, I was in and out within about 50 mins with two new tires even though the place was packed and I had to stand in line just to get to the counter. Staff were professional and worked quickly. Only down side was the hard upsell. The dude wanted me to buy 4 tires instead of just 2. I said no but he kept pushing. I get that they are on commission, but if I say "No" three times to the same question I would think their sales person would stop instead of coming at me yet again. I trust Discount Tire to stock good tires (like I said, my last ones from them were over 9 years and they were also their lowest cost at the time), and they have always worked quickly, but stop with the relentless upsell.

Discount Tire is my go-to place for all things tires. They are consistently reliable. However, they did not quite make the projected completion time by about 5 minutes. They forgot to reset my low air pressure indicator after filling the tires with air, and they forgot again a few days later after I let them know when I returned to purchase tires. So, my indicator is still on.

Came in today (day before Christmas Eve), so busiest it’s ever been when visiting Discount Tire unexpectedly. I had a tire under warranty that needed replacement - all info was explained easily. Person checking my car in was pleasant to talk to. Time estimate provided was accurate (done 5 minutes early even!).

Solid team here, worked with me to find the best fitment even when they had to completely change the wheels they literally just installed. They very patiently put up with a lot of disrespect from customers. Not sure why people like to freak out about nothing in the lobby, but Discount Tires has the best deals and they do quick work.

Went in today at 9:00 am to check my tire pressure, and the gentleman at the tire pressure station was extremely courteous and had the BEST customer service. I would highly recommend this location for all your tire needs.

Got a flat tire right after work, and when I arrived at the shop I was quite nervous, not sure if the tire could be fixed. The people in the store helped set up everything quickly and checked the tires and gave me a quick estimate of time to have everything done. They patiently explained the conditions of all tires in great detail very professionally and fixed the flat tire within 30 minutes. I was able to drive home safely. I cannot be more thankful and appreciate the warm-hearted help. Just found they even went above and beyond, filled up the spare tire and cleaned the trunk after putting back the tire

This place is great. The employees are always really friendly and helpful even when this location gets really really busy. It seems like they're very used to working under pressure from customers who don't want to wait or don't know anything about tires, and are really awesome about explaining wait times and the lifecycle of a tire. Make an appointment, there's always a line out the door, and bring something to do, because there's not too much to walk to and their lobby is small. I'm happy to come back here just because of how solid the customer service is, even if the wait times are long as a walk in.

Usually this place is ok as far as service times. Today was a different story. It’s currently 1.25 hrs past my original appointment time and my vehicle isn’t even in the bay yet. When I hear sales associates tell other customers the techs are fast, that’s not the case. I get estimated times of completion are estimates but this is ridiculous. Appointments are worthless. Edit: Currently in the bay. Good lord. Update: Completed at 1:54 pm, the tracker was open on my phone and self refreshed. An hour and 39 minutes later.
