Called the day before for a rough estimate and Tony took the time to explain my options and offer the estimate, and beat times they would be available. Went in the next day, and Leo and the crew took care of all my service and the cost was the same as the estimate with full tire service. I have always had a great experience when using this location and when I've needed to use my warranty. I highly recommend this shop.

Leo and his team had to deal with me on a bad day. I was very frustrated with the fact a previous technician at a different shop installed stud/ lug nut onto a shitty stud. Today I was informed by discount tires and by another mechanic that Subaru studs are made of cheese. 😄 Leo graciously offered to pay for the repair as my stud needed to be damaged to have my tire removed, and I was under the impression that Discount Tire installed the tire last. I am an idiot and I, the customer, am in fact, not always right. They did not install the tire last. I contacted that company and they are taking care of the repair. This team at discount tires runs like a well oiled machine. Even with that pretty big problem, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and they did a great job dealing with my horrible reaction to a little problem. 10/10

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I visited Discount Tire to have my tires checked because the weather is getting colder, and I’ve had two flat tires in the past two weeks. When I arrived, I saw cars waiting in line and wondered why. Soon, I was told they were waiting to have their tires checked for free. The mechanic, who was handling many cars despite the long line, was nice and reliable. Even though he had been working outside in the cold for a long time, he was very kind and patiently answered all of my questions.

Another great discount tire experience at West Barker location. They repair punctures for free in a day and age where nothing is for free anymore...if I have a tire problem I will come here for free

I have a mixed experience here. This store has been usually great, but i recently got a pretty bad experience. The staff tried to sell more tires and showed me an inflated price for the case if I replaced only one tire (the other tires were completely finr). I immediately found that this was a scam after checking the price online. This store has a pretty good online system, accept walk-in, and fast in service. However, simply some staff are bad....

I have been coming to this location for years and today was the last time I’ll be taking my vehicle there. I took my Camry there today for a tire rotation and balance. I have chrome Toyota valve caps that I bought elsewhere and for the past year or two, I’ve been having to check them anytime I leave there because they NEVER tighten them…ever. Today I forgot to check right after I left and when I got home, two of them were missing. I shouldn’t even have to check them but I have been, and the one time I didn’t check they are missing. The other two were barely hanging on, maybe half a twist when they were carelessly put back on. I’m surprised they weren’t all missing. My rims are also scratched up, the center part where the lug nuts are. Scratches and chips in the paint. Clear as day. They have become extremely careless and indifferent to whether my rims are being damaged and blatantly not tightening the valve caps which I have a hard time understanding since they will obviously fall off if not tightened properly! I noticed scratches on the rims the last time I was there a few months ago, when I was tightening my valve caps, but I didn’t say anything and continued to go back there. This time I’m done.

I've used this location for 25 years. I've tried others, and alas, not all Discount Tire locations are equal. This location has never disappointed. Even when there was an occassional irreguarlarity, mangement has been quick to address it to my satisfaction. I've also found their storebrand tires - 4 sets now - as good if not better than the namebands. Why 4 stars and not 5? They are marketing windshield wipers now. I don't reacall being asked before. The attendants was polite and helpful, and I'm sure he is made to ask about them, but I would rather he didn't. If wanted to be asked about my wipers, I'd just wait to have my car inspected at any number of locations. They are BIG on wiper replacement.

I was very low on tire pressure cause the Exxon across them didn’t have the machine working and that led to my pressure reducing to 10psi when I tried to fill it. So I came to them and they helped me so quickly and they were so nice about it. I was extremely stressed, and I genuinely appreciate their help. I would come here from now on to fill my tyre pressure.

It’s one of the fantastic locations in Austin, Tx The customer service is outstanding The wait time is acceptable The communications between the technician and the customer, is reasonable and the guys will a make sure you’re satisfied.. Great team at this location. They greet everyone very high customer service. Always tell me when my car will be ready by text and deliver on their expected times. They fully explain what is going on and why. They even took the time after to explain issues and things they found. Honestly wish my doctor's office was this efficient, on time and proficient. Highly recommend, and I will return.

Had flat. Had insurance on tire. Guy says they don't have matching tire and tried to up-sell tires to me ($700 worth). I refused. After refusing, he ended up finding the tire I needed anyway. Sneaky sneaky. Watch yourself.

These guys lied to my daughter by saying they only had two different tires in her KIA's size. When confronted with the website indicating 8 different tires in stock, at this location, the price dropped from $377 for two tires to about $100 for one tire mounted and balanced. (They refused to make a repair on a nail puncture.. of course) I used discount tire for 40yrs. Now only if there's no alternative.

These guys are theeeee best. They always do right by me and take great care of me. I don't even live super close to this location anymore, but I still come here for everything tire related, including getting air in my tires. They are awesome, kind and friendly and the management is top notch. Very consistent and trustworthy. As long as I live in this area, this is my go to tire shop.
