Brought my truck in for Tire stims and TPS sensors, Had all stims and sensors replaced to avoid problems.Turns out they replaced all but one, a little over a month later the one that wasnt replaced started leaking. When I asked for them to make it right they said their hands were tied because I needed a tow truck and Brian (the Manager) said they didnt charge me for the tire stims in the first place. Now Im broken down and have no car until i can get a tow truck to take me to a shop. If going here please make sure you inpect the work you had completed, considering there was a lack of communication and they may be in a rush to get things done here. You dont want to end up without transportation and have to pay for an unnesecarry tow truck. Lambs Tire is across the street.

A++ all employees are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Always happy to assist however they can. It’s truly refreshing to see and experience this level of costumer service. I recommend this discount tire to all my friends when they are in the market for anything tires.

Chipped paint on brake caliper and overinflated front tires. Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m surprised anymore. If you have any respect for your car, stay far away from Discount Tire. This is the *third* time they’ve carelessly damaged my rims and calipers. Their complete disregard for quality and attention to detail is unacceptable.

Another successful visit to Four Points DT. Made an appt bc I felt a lil shimmy when braking. Was greeted with a smile, rec’d tracking text, car was in bay within 5mins. Tires balanced and rotated at no cost bc I purchased my tires at DT. Done in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location. Always best to make an appt but they take walk-ins. Thank guys!!

This is a fantastic business. In the parking lot, the salesman pulled out a small screw that I thought was a large nail. He told me to just keep an eye on it and directed me to the free tire inspection and air pressure check lane. Very friendly service and no charge for anything. I'll be back for new tires.

Been coming here both for purchasing/installing new tires and to get a puncture repaired. Each time the service is top notch and honest. Derek helped me with a puncture today. Brian really has a great team going on. Looking forward to continuing coming back.

This is easily the best tire shop I've been too. Daniel was amazing and beyond genuinely helpful, especially when it came to making sure I was safe. I don’t know why anyone would get their tires done anywhere other than Discount Tire. They are super fast, very reasonable prices, price match and hands down the best customer service. And they have locations everywhere. I’ve had to get my tires repaired and replaced countless times and never had any issue with them honoring their warranty. You’ll typically be in an out in an hour. I got a flat right before I went out of town and right when they were closing. They didn’t mind and fixed it up for me in less than 30 minutes.

So I bought tire still have 10k miles warranty on them, and the tires need replace, they so selfish I told them to replace the front tire but they replaced the rear tires.

Went in today for rotation and balance. I like this location (620/2222) and the guys there. Great service. Quick too. I've been a customer since the 90s and I'm glad they built this location sorta near my place. Great prices and free rotations and air is a great deal. Appreciate you guys!

Amazing service. Very quick too, Depending on the day and how many people though it could be longer. I had a tire go out the other day, And to my surprise, they were able to repair the flat tire for free!!!! They even helped out with some sensor questions. When I had the spare tire on, A bunch of my warning lights came on for ABS. They reassured me it was due to the spare tire, And the car was running great, thirty minutes later. Highly recommend

My wife was experiencing a vibration after having the two rear tires on her ‘22 Highlander with 23k miles repaired for leaks. I took the car to discount tire on 620. Derek rebalanced all four tires and fixed the issue for no charge. Very professional customer service!

Went strictly to getey tire aired up after spending $2 at three air stands. They did it for free but they didn't check the correct amount of pressure needed and assuming so, I drove off with needing more lbs. Of pressure. Thanks for the free air but a little disappointed considering. Thanks again though.

I came to this place because I had a hole in my tire, the person who attended was very friendly and I only waited 40 minutes, the repair of my tire was free
