By far the BEST Discount Tire I've been to, and I've been to a number. The two guys working the front were super courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The other 2 humans I interacted with for my standard rotation & balance were also friendly. The guys in the front were greeting people BY NAME >> unheard of nowadays! Thank you for great customer service.

I came in after with a bolt in my tire that I picked up in a Costco parking lot. The same Costco where I purchased my now 1y/o tires. Costco said it would be 3 weeks before I could book an appointment. Instead, I drove to Discount Tire, and they squeezed me in and out in less than an hour even though they were busy. Tire patch/plug was free of charge. I also learned that Discount Tire will price-match Costco sales. Vincent was very helpful. I'm a convert; Discount Tire from now on! Highly Recommended!!!

I think this is the best discount tire in town. I was very stressed and upset that my tire needed to be replaced. I called before I went in and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and efficient. When I went into the store Steve helped me. Steve was absolutely fantastic and really took his time to explain everything to me so I understood that why behind the why. I’m especially grateful that they took care of me at the end of the night and even though they were close to closing I didn’t feel rushed. Special thanks to Steve and the fast team that fixed my tire. Thanks for your professionalism and hard work.

*Update 11/19: I received a phone call from the manager, Steve, this morning, and I appreciate his effort and action in redeeming the initial experience I had at this location. Although it doesn't change the initial experience I had, I commend him for reaching out and doing his part to make it "right." That's the level of professionalism I expect from a company as large as Discount Tires. Thank you. *Original review: I made an appointment for a new tire/wheel consultation and was assisted by Vincent Lucero. It was confirmed that two of my tires were in pretty bad shape, so I decided to replace all 4 tires. I was on the fence between choosing Yokohama (which I already had) or paying a little more for Continental. Mr. Lucero said he would look into searching for any present discounts/specials, but he said he came across none. I ended up going with the Continental, as they have a longer warranty, and I also decided to pay extra for the Road Hazard Assistance. However, when I was waiting, I decided to look on their website and in large font at the top of the screen was an ad for $80 instant savings off a set of Yokohama tires, which was also expiring today. I immediately brought it up to Mr. Lucero's attention, as I wanted to switch to Yokohama to save money. I'm only giving 3 stars because I was disappointed in the misinformation, or lack thereof, Mr. Lucero extended to me upon his "search." He also mumbled quite a bit and was difficult to understand at times. I'm also giving 3 stars instead of less because he made an effort to speak with a technician to switch out the tires, and because the last set of Yokohama's already sold, he received approval to give me the $80 discount on the Continentals. It's simply unfortunate I had to find it myself, especially as a first time customer who was paying over $1000 for new tires, etc. It's challenging enough as a female to not feel like you're being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and I hope Mr. Lucero learns from this experience.

Always EXCELLENT service in a timely manner. If they're busy, they'll let you know when they can get to it and it's completed on time as promised. We've been buying tires - and using them serviced ONLY by them for about 15 years now and we haven't ever been given a reason to go elsewhere. Q!

I came in because I ran over a bolt, and needed my tire repaired! I was graciously helped by Hernan. He explained that my wipers should be replaced before we got more winter weather, and why. He explained the tire tread to me and where all of my tires were currently sitting. I appreciated that he explained things in a way that was polite and respectful. As a woman in these situations, I’ve been hustled before. I’ve previously been taken advantage of because my lack of knowledge in this industry— that was not the case here! I was simply educated and made appropriate recommendations. I ended up only needing wipers and my tire repaired, but I appreciated being explained the tread for future reference. It was so fun to watch them all work so quickly through the windows!! They were even done 25 minutes earlier than I expected. There was a female employee that had long red hair that came to tell me my car was finished— and she was so nice! I wish I caught her name. The tone I heard from associates on the phone was clear and professional. All interactions I saw between both employees to employees and employees between customers seemed upbeat, friendly, and professional. Frank stopped to make sure I was treated the way I ahould be— and that I was given a curate time quote—which is nice. I will absolutely be coming back.

Updating my review. After a lengthy conversation with management I feel like the concerns were heard and addressed. They do care about the actions going on at this store and are trying different methods to improve immediately. I truly felt heard and I encourage anyone with a bad experience to bring it to light as you will be heard and your experience will be turned around.

We ordered a tire. On the day it was supposed to arrive at the store, we called, because we didn't get a call from the store as they promised. The told me they had no record of the order and that maybe I ordered from another store. I hung up, and verified in my call log. I called back and after several minutes, they said that they had they tried to call me, but that my voice mail was full. This is B.S. my voice mail is never full. My wife then called me to verify, and of course my voicemail was not full. So, we drop of the car and they tell us they they'd call when it was done. Of course, they didn't call. We pick up the car and as we pull out of the parking lot, I see the email receipt only had 1 of the 4 insurance packages we paid for, listed. We turned around and had to wait in line again to get this straightened out. On the way home, the Tire Pressure Monitor for the tire we just got replaced went off. Did they forget to reset the TPS? Did they set up the tire improperly? Did they even put the new tire on? Why am I having to sort this out??? WTH... If you buy from Discount Tire, I strongly suggest you at least go to another location. These people don't do what they say they are going to do. They lied about calling me. They messed up the paperwork, and they forgot a basic thing as reseting the Tire Pressure Monitoring (at least I hope that is all it is).

I had a professional and excellent experience at this location. Ryan took the time to talk to me "like a person" and not just like "another transaction" taking place. Updated review. My concerns were addressed by management and handled it in a timely and respectful manner. This location is very busy and they take on a giant workload Bought brand new top of the line tires on a brand new truck that was riding great. They didn’t balance correctly the first time and had aggressive shaking. Took it back a second time same day they attempted to rebalance, weights literally fell off while i was driving again and starting vibrating aggressively again. I’m at a different discount tire for the 3rd time today and they noticed the weights that were gone weren’t cleaned before applying. Could’ve been done right the first time. I’m returning the tires. I wish I could get my bald tires back that I started the day with and get my money back to use somewhere else. There’s literally lug nuts and weights scattered along the curb for hundreds of feet as you leave this discount tire location.

I've been getting my tires here. Always find a good buy! Employees are very helpful on Juan Tabo. Just had a nail in one tire and it was covered by the warranty I had purchased. Yay! I return for free tire fill ups when my low tire pressure light comes on.. Recommend them highly.

Tegan Lucero forgot to put one of my Lugnuts on. No, I will not go back. You cannot make it right. This is a safety concern. I’ll make sure that everybody knows this establishment is not safe to use that employee on shift. They’re too busy hiding up top getting tires texting people then to worry about their darn job

The staff is nice and helpful, however the 3 stars are for how long a wait time can be for an air check. Having only one air check technician is not enough. They need to take their standard breaks for lunch, etc.. Unfortunately, breaks are taken while there are cars waiting in line needing to be checked. This means we can be waiting for up to a half an hour or more waiting for the tech to return! Discount Tire on Juan Tabo 87112 location needs to have at least 2 techs available to rotate out for the air checks. This way customers, on valued time, get their checks done in a reasonable time frame, and the staff can also rotate out for breaks. It is understandable if the tech is involved with what turns out to be a more complex issue on a vehicle that needs more time than a standard air check.

Routine maintenance for balancing and rotating tires. Two trips later within four days still feeling nothing but vibration. Ended up going back to old faithful, the Paseo location. Unfortunate as this store is much closer to home now than the Paseo location.

You need a triage person to check people in so those who have made appointments don’t have to stand in line five deep just to hand someone their keys. Your service is great otherwise. Just work on your customer service.
