Garbage place , they use old parts, they never get anything done when they say, they never update you, they never return calls, parts still missing they say it will be here and it never shows up, put old door on, no key, wrong color paint, no door seals, they are the worse mechanics ever, don’t waste your time and money there.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AWAY MY TRUCK WAS AT THE SHOP, PAY OVER 3K THEN THEY COULD NOT FIX IT AND CHRIS LIE EVERY TIME HE SEND MY TRUCK TO RUDOLPH AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS RADIATOR CHANGE I HAD TO PAID RUDOLPH TO GET MY TRUCK BACK. CUIDADO CON ESTE SEÑOR NO CONOCE LA VERGUENZA

Cannot overstate how awesome these guys were. Even though I came in at the end of the day, they rushed to patch me up and take care of multiple problems, charged a better than fair price, and were friendly the whole time. I know who to come to if I have any problems this side of the state.

"Fixed" my car quickly, had the same problem and was dead again within a day, couldn't tell me what they had done to "fix" it exactly, and when I call they say they'll call back after asking around what they did to "fix" it, and then never call back. Charged me $220 for basically doing nothing and I'm in the exact same position I was in before.

I’m a pilot car. My car was overheating. I took it there. The first time paid $900 for a new fan system. The second time he said I needed some kind of seals in my motor fix paid him $2100 have been back six times in my car still overheats. I don’t know that he even did any of the work. He always tells me he’s going to fix it or it’s fixed I went to go get it the other day and he closed up shop and kept my car overnight. I’m from Oklahoma. I had nothing with me then the next day he acts like it’s no big deal. Save your money. Don’t go to this place.

They rip you off I had 2 leaks in my car and both times they charged 400 and now to replace my heater core I'm getting charged 900. I don't recommend them it's not discounted at all. It's way more expensive then the labor cost it says online which is 500-600. I did my research on it.

I went there telling the owner I had been played everywhere from previous mechanics taking advantage of lady’s and he did the same thing it’s disgusting how men can have the nerve to abuse of a lady like if they don’t have a mom a wife or a sister or not to mention if they have a daughter it’s very disappointing. They supposed to flush my transmission oil my car broke from the transmission and I get to a transmission shop they gave me a record saying it had no oil my car never leak oil or anything they just charge 240$ then he said your brakes are not working I’ll give them to you for free it wasn’t for free he just substituted the price. How sad that!!!

Do not come here save your money for somewhere else. Time and time again I call Chris only to be met with his answering machine, or he calls me to say my car is ready only for me to show up and he tells me some excuse about the car not being ready to begin with. A few days job has taken 4 months with no updates and only lies to waste my time.

How long does it take to fix a kia soul ignition?? It's been 6 weeks since Aug 4th, and still it's not ready? Is he refusing to fix my car or what??? Last excuse was waiting for a specific wrire to the module. I WANT My CAR!!!

I wouldn't take a broken skateboard here...I've been giving my friend a ride almost everyday for 2 months to talk to the manager/owner because they can't get anything right with parts or labor fixing a KIA ignition. Every time they give another lame excuse (lie) of what was done or needs to be done. I give them an F- for communication. You almost never can get them on the phone and they seldom call you with information or updates, so you have to go in person to find out anything and see what the "story of the day" is. *** ALSO*** Please take notice that the "great" 5 star reviews are pretty short. READ the 1 star reviews -- much more details on what really to expect.

Took my VW in for intake manifold replacement and synthetic oil change . I took the manifold, the sensor, and spark plugs as requested by the owner .. not only was the job poorly done but check engine was still on.. he said it would probably turn off soon.. the oil was drained and not put new oil in.. drove away with the car without oil until I got home only to check their work and realized that oil was not replaced and bolts were missing.. Had to take it back. Also had the recheck the manifold because the RPM was running too high and car was shaking. Before taking it to them car only had the engine light on. The vehicle didn’t show any mechanical problems until I drove it out of the shop. They blamed the faulty issues on the manifold being defective which I doubt it . Their attention to detail and doing their work properly is what gives them my bad rating and I’ve not recommend this place to noone and never will. I’m extremely disappointed with Chris and the owner who have very little to zero care for fixing what they messed up on my vehicle..

You can never compare this shop to any other shop. The men at the shop are friendly, nice, professional...great customer service. The prices are affordable from any other shop.
