There's no 0 star available so I'm giving one. For a whole week straight I kept calling and people would either put me on hold and then few mins into the hold they would just hang up. Or they would just pick it up and hang right up just to shut up the phone from ringing. A whole week! Now we're in a new week and I'm calling, sometimes it rings 5-10 times before it gets picked up n hung up and other tines it happens after 1 or 2 rings. I kept making excuses and scenarios for them as to why this happened the first 8-9 days but now I'm just calling it what it is, bad business. Not a problem, there's a dozen mechanics n lube shops on every corner, just saying, why have a business or a phone if you're not going to use it..

This place needs to be shut down immediately. They are complete scam artist. My friend Brittany set an appointment for a part replacement and they took out her oil by mistake and when she reminded them what she was there for they proceeded to tell her it would still cost her $40 for the oil change. When my pregnant friend refused to pay for their mistake, they called the POLICE on her! The officer had to make these incompetent people put the oil back in her car.

I took my car here a couple of times for different things. But after one visit where my car had to be there for days, I later noticed a chip in my air filter housing. I brought it to the owners attention and after getting to the bottom of it, he ordered me a new housing and installed it at no charge. He righted their wrong. I am grateful for him to have handled my problem and I would recommend their shop because integrity is hard to come by.

Brought in a 1997 Jeep I acquired through private sale. The guys there did a great job with it. Replaced a faulty sensor and had the car ready within a day or so. We have also taken another older model car there for a tune up and were very happy with it. They don't try and upsell unnecessary services and their prices are fair. Will definitely return for future services.

I hate having to take my car anywhere for maintenance, but they make it less stressful here. They’re very transparent in what they’re doing and explain what’s going on with your car in a way you can understand. They don’t talk to you like you’re dumb and best of all, you’re not taken advantage of if you’re a woman!

I was struggling to find a shop that would replace my AC condenser and expansion valve. I've called 7 shops to solve this issue, but I was overcharged and given the run-around. However, the men at Discount Auto Repair & Lube were SUPER patient, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! I was able to get my Ac fixed the same day! I was treated with respect and they will work with you on pricing. Big thank you to Daniel, Anthony & Andy for all of your hard work. This will be my go to spot from now on!

I had a timing belt replaced a few years back. The timing belt tensioner failed after about a year and a half. Not entirely sure it was replaced. Parts do fail. Just did motor mounts on my van. The passenger side mount (same side as timing cover) had 3 cross treaded and stripped bolts. Now I am looking at a large repair bill to get corrected. I would avoid this shop unless you want problems further down the line.
