Absolutely screwed over a guy I bought a car from charged him 4500 for timing and wanted almost 2 grand to do two engine mounts. Please don’t take your cars here. They are very rude. They also forgot to put his engine cover back on. Horrible people

Dirks is the best! We have a fleet of over 20 vehicles at my work. When things need fixed or figured out, Joe always seems to find the answer. Even frustrating electrical issues that I don’t understand are routinely solved by Joe and the guys at Dirks. Great shop!

My daughter needed some work done on her car and she had to find a place on her own for the first time, since I live in a different city. I was pretty nervous because I know there are a lot of shops that take advantage of people. He got her fixed up at a very fair price, didn’t try to sell her anything she didn’t need, and even helped her find a wheel when the tire store couldn’t. We have a shop of our own and use a lot of other shops, because we are a truck dealer, and I would put Dirks up against any of them.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Called them on Wednesday and described the problem. The gave me an estimate and told me to come in Friday. This morning I dropped it off. They found the problem an hour later and had the parts and repaired it less than 6 hours after drop off. Every shop I called told me it’d be two weeks before they could even look at it.

I’d give them 7 stars if I could. My family and I were stranded at a local rv park after my steering failed in my pickup. Dirks was the only place within 30 miles that could fix it same day. Nice guys, great work, and great price. My family can’t thank these guys enough for getting us back on the road so we can get to Oregon on time.
