The local GM dealer quoted me 7500 to fix my truck. Clay & his crew fixed my truck for 2600. I highly recommend the second your vehicle goes out of warranty bring it to Dirks Auto for service.

The only shop I’ll bring my vehicles to. Clay is awesome and will explain everything in depth of what you actually need with zero fluff. Easy to schedule an appointment, great communication and honest work gets five stars in my book all day long. Alignment was done perfectly and cheaper than any generic tire shop around. Awesome shop

I changed from the Kia dealer to Dirk's and have not been disappointed. Clay is fair and straight with you. If it is not time for a specific job but will be in the near future, he will tell you. I usually wait for the work to be done. Was out of there just under an hour for oil change, tire rotation, and brake check.

We got caught in Crystal River, and the water pump blew on the truck. It was Friday afternoon, we left it. On Monday, Clay started on it first thing. He did a great job at exactly the price he quoted. 🙂

Submitting for friend - T. Motola I was directed to Dirks Auto Service in Crystal River following a disappointing experience with my older (2001) Corvette elsewhere. Upon arrival, I found solace in the sight of other vintage Corvettes. "All these people can't be mistaken," I thought. Clay promptly attended to me when I arrived for my 8am appointment. He was forthright in explaining that my issue might involve multiple layers and advised me to anticipate at least 2 or more hours of work. Later in the day, as promised, he phoned to outline my car's window issue. He also clarified that he had done his best considering the subpar parts and service I had previously received at another establishment. I truly valued Clay's expertise and honesty. As an older woman, trust is paramount to me. I have full confidence in returning to Dirks Auto Service for future work and wholeheartedly recommend it to others seeking top-notch service! It was a pleasure to experience such professionalism and care for both my car and myself.

Was just on the phone with him and was nothing but rude! Asked about an "already diagnosed" axle repair quote and was told he needed to dismantle the axle first to give me a quote an a ring and pinion replacement. Lol

We had some car trouble while on vacation in Crystal River and the owner Clay fit us in and got us back on the road within an hour. Amazing service and super helpful. Would definitely take my car there again. Pricing seemed very fair and you can tell that Clay cares about the local community.

We have used Dirk's twice this year for repairs needed on our 2005 Ford F-150 pickup. Clay has been nothing but professional and the work was performed in a very timely manner. The cost was very reasonable. We will continue to use Dirk's whenever we have ANY issues with anyone of our vehicles.
