Me and my mom were passing through Indiana for a tournament of mine when we suddenly hit a pot hole on the way to the hotel, it took out 2 of our tires and ruined our rims. We had to call a tow and everything and when we arrived at Direct Tire it immediately made our day so much better. The staff is like no staff i’ve met before, when i say welcoming and understanding it can’t even describe how genuine they were. They immediately tried to find solutions for our tires due to our cars specific rims. They kept coming in and starting conversation, there was a dude inside who asked me all about myself and genuinely listened about how my tournament had been going. There was a worker who had 2 kids who also accompanied us and talked and played the whole time. They all made sure we were going to be safe and wished me good luck at my tournament. I have never met such a kind group of individuals. I wish there shop nothing but the best. Please keep doing what you do, we need people like you all in this world.

BEST TIRE SHOP AROUND! They go out of their way to help you and don't try to upsell their tires! I always come to them for flats and just today I was expecting to buy a new tire and they just fixed the valve stem on my old one for less that 15$! Any other place would have just sold me the new tire to get more money. And the absolute best part is their 4 legged employee, they have the sweetest most handsome dog in the world who acts like he is the supervisor, I absolutely love it!

I have used this company on previous occasions and was very happy. The other day I came in to have a tire and wheel taken off and a different tire and wheel out on. The employee took the tire off and took it into the shop. He came out and told me there was no nail or screw in the tire but the rim was cracked. I told him I knew that and only wanted the tires switched out. He took the tire in again and said it was $12 because he took a screw out and plugged the tire. I told him that's not what I wanted and he said I didn't need to change rims I just needed to get this rim fixed. After several attempts to get him to understand that was not what I wanted I just paid him and when on my way. The next morning I had another flat. I took it back, the owner seemed very understanding and had another guy switch out the tires for free. I was very thankful and decided to give them another try. I told the guy I had 3 more rims like the one he had just put on and 4 matching tires that I wanted put on. I asked how much it would cost me to get the 4 matching tires put on the 4 matching rims and and one tire put on my spare, he told me $40 dollars. I went back the next day to get it done and was basically called a liar and told to take my business somewhere else. Because the employee quoted lower than the owner wanted me to be charged I was treated like some kind of lunatic criminal. They need to get some honest people to work there. I won't be back and I will warn everyone I know how they try to take advantage of women. The manager needs to honor all quotes made by employees. And the first tire I'm sure was only aired up and not plugged or fixed in any way.

Been here multiple times. Quick screw repairs, used tire, and rim repair. Great place all around. Reasonable pricing and quick easy service. Highly recommend!!!!

An amazing experience every single time. These guys are my emergency go-to. I pull up and tell them what's wrong, they fix it within 5 minutes, they are extremely reasonable on price, and I ALWAYS tip them good. A+++ thank you guys!

Had a flat tire, made it in during Sunday hours. Got diagnosed with a screw in my tire and they were able to patch it up! Cash only, affordable fixes, quick good work done. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would they went above and beyond we got 4 tires for a great price people there were so helpful and nice and on top of that had the cutest dog!!

Today, I dropped in with no appointment to have two tires replaced and balanced, and a third repaired from a screw puncture. The service was quick, professional and really affordable! The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly! The owner is prior service (I'm currently serving) and he went the extra mile to assist my needs with no questions asked! This place will definitely be my first choice for any tire repairs or service! Thank you guys so very much! You are appreciated 🙏🏼

Needed my tire changed thinking I needed a new tire he patched it up came back How much he stays nothing I was balling my eyes out. Cause I just moved no income going to Detroit it all happened I'm so grateful for Ricky at Direct Tire he truly Blessed me that day as I ride pass I still get emotional...Thanks Ricky...

Passing through Indianapolis and noticed we had low tire pressure. Pulled over and found a screw in the tread. Called a couple tire places, direct tire told me they could take care of it right away. When we show up, we’re immediately greeted by a nice young man. I tell him what the problem is and in less than 10minutes he has it jacked up, tire off, hole plugged, tire back on and torqued down. $12 out the door and really exceptional service! They were life savers on our trip today!

We got a flat in Centerville, Ind. We were able to get the spare on but that wasn't going to get us to Chicago in a timely manner. There was no place in Centerville to get any tire service. Called Direct tire. The man on the phone said he could help us and that's just what he and his partner did. They had the spare off in 2 minutes, got the old tire, mounted and balanced a used tire, put it on and had is on our way in about 20 mins. Both guys were personable and professional. The price was very reasonable and it was fast. If you are in Indianapolis and you have tire trouble give these guys your business. You won't be disappointed.

They saved us! They not only had our tire size in stock but put on for us on a Sunday so we could make the 2 1/2 hour drive home.
