Nikki and the team at Dillon's Auto Service Center will go above and beyond. I was traveling through Nebraska late afternoon and had transmission issues on I-80 near Lincoln. When my truck would no longer accelerate above 50 mph, I stopped on the shoulder of the interstate and began calling local auto service centers for assistance. I got through to Nikki and she informed me that Dillon's Auto was closing soon, however she gave me the name of a local transmission shop and tow truck should I need it. While I limped my truck into Lincoln, Nikki even followed up with me to make sure I made it in town. She further reassured me, my truck could be looked at first thing the next morning if I needed at Dillon's. Nikki proceeded to send me local hotel recommendations as well for the night. Knowing my truck needed a new transmission, I went to Dillon's auto the following morning to see what my options were to get back on my way home that day. Nikki helped me with my vehicle repair options, as well as looking into rental vehicles and flights home. I ultimately decided to visit the Dillon's Auto Dealership and worked with Royce, a wonderful salesman who helped me find another truck to purchase off the lot and get me back on the road. For being a complete stranger, Dillon's Auto treated me like family in the way they helped me traveling through town. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto assistance near Lincoln, NE.

I usually get my oil change there..but they have fixed several other things which was cool cause they didnt break my pockets. Customer Service is excellent. I dont spend all day there and they dont try to up sale you everytime you come in. Especially if you purchase a vehicle there I recommend to take it there first.
