I can't thank DZR Truck Repair enough for their incredible service when we were stranded on the side of the road. We were in a tough spot, unsure of what was wrong with our truck, but the team at DZR quickly diagnosed the issue and had a solution ready in no time. These guys are great, straight forward answers, no rodeos, truck failed on Friday morning, by noon we had it in their shop and got our truck ready monday afternoon, Our truck couldnt complete a regen, not even a forced regen. these guys figured it out

Don’t use this shop! Don’t get fooled by all those good reviews. Fernando and the shop owners are all liars. I got my engine rebuilt back in July 2023 with them. It took them over 2 months for it to be done which was September 2023. A lot longer than what they said it would take. Right after, the engine was still having issues and turns out 5 of the 6 new injectors they replaced were bad. They replaced the injectors again and I had to pay out of pocket because they said the warranty was going to take about 1 month for them to get the money back, that was on October. They said that if I paid for new set of injectors, they were going to refund my $5,143 as soon as they received the check from warranty. That was a lie. Its been over 3 months and now that I’m asking for the info of the warranty so that I can call the dealer, they refused to give it to me and don’t answer me anymore. I have no choice but to take them to court.

Got severe coolant leak yesterday, called this shop and Cesar Soto answered. He was very polite and professional. He asked if we could send pictures & videos of the leak so that he can see and help us. After we sent him everything he quoted everything with estimated waiting time to fix the issue. So we came to this shop and they did the job as it was told. After 2 hours we were back on road. I would highly recommend this shop

Had a lot of codes on truck. Spoke to first gentleman which told me it was most likely the Def box which ran 10K. After speaking with Cesar and diagnose to run Reagean which solve the issue, it was fair (190) and good service.

My experiance at DZR was 100% recommended and grateful for the job they done to my truck. My clutch and clutch actuator went out and unable to run my truck above 6th gear. I was able to drive it to their shop in el paso,tx they were able to diagnose the problem, get the oem parts for my truck at a reasonable price and get it running again. Labor price was also a plus besides also got offered a 3 month no interest loan for this type of emergency i got into. Great job!!!

Naver did I thought there could be a scammer repair shop in America???!! We paid them with $10,000 to repair our box truck 1 year ago still no money no car!!? We are working with the court now. Please stay away from those scammers, I believe the 5 star is coming from their family or them making deferent names. May Allah destroy those scammers Amin

These guys Ceasar, Peul and Fernando have my truck for 2 years and half years now to build me an engine. I already paid them 20k for over 2 years and still my truck is still in pieces, they've not shown me any engine. They said the only thing left was electronic parts to finish the work since 2023 February and insisted that I give them another 5k to buy the components and after much disagreement I gave them the money and he promised to show me the receipt of the parts but till now I've not seen anything. I was at their shop last year September to pickup my truck but they seized my truck saying I must pay the complete amount for the rebuild before I can have my truck in pieces. They asked me to give them another 2 and half months to complete it but that 2 and half month was 12 months ago.

All these are fake reviews owner got evicted from his previous shop . He can not do any heavy engine repairs. He was paid upfront 30 k and failed to repair the truck he is currently avoiding phone calls . Stay far away from these guys they have a lot of legal issues brewing.

I recommend Diesel Zone Repair there Good people and very professional I didn’t know were to go cause I’m from out of state and I’ve seen there reviews and went to there shop and it’s all true what there reviews say I will come here again and I highly recommend .
