I had an absolutely perfect customer experience with Mike. He truly went above and beyond. He provided me with a pre-purchase inspection and then some get road ready repairs on an old diesel. I needed immediate assistance, and he made it happen! Mike guided me through the purchasing process, helping me understand what he was inspecting for, why it mattered, what condition it was in, when it might need repair and how much it would cost, AND connecting me with someone to help with title. He drove an hour and a half out of his way for this inspection and charged me a great price for the services. He never tried to upsell repairs — just honest, knowledgeable feedback on the car. I won’t go to anyone else in the future. He’s a complete professional.
