The service at the shop is a family friendly atmosphere and the job gets done right. Diamond Tires and Auto is where the whole family can get their tires fixed to be back on the road. I stop by this place because I had a flat on my way home. And new car don't have spares. There is nowhere close to get my normal tire fixed, so this was my only option. I bought a used tire that was suppose to be good. After one block to 19th Av. my car told me, "TIRE PRESSURE LOW". I did make it home and the tire was nearly flat by then. I called them and got nothing but a run around. DON'T GO HERE! Pay a little extra and go to a reputable tire store. I just lost $50.

Go here for all our tires! Staff is super friendly. Jay and I believe the owner helped us last time. We had an emergency tire issue and we called, arrived, and were off with a new tire within maybe 20 minutes. Love this place.

Great place great people great customer service very affordable. It was just the best experience going to a used tire shop place since I’ve been in Arizona. Five stars for sure thanks to one of the employees jay he gave me some good conversation while I was getting my tires changed.

I recently had a near tire blowout and initially went to another location before finding this one. At the first place, it was strange because all the workers and tires were available, but they wouldn’t put a tire on my car until a woman returned from picking up kids from school. Frustrated, I left and came here instead. Thank God I did! I was led straight to the people I needed. Jay immediately took care of me, replacing my tire at a fair and reasonable price. I’ve been back twice since. On my second visit, I brought a spare tire I had in my garage, and they kindly put it on for me. I also bought a used tire from them, which was a great deal. They didn’t have change at the time, but I didn’t mind since I knew I’d be back—and sure enough, I needed to return for a repair. I had visited Discount Tire, where they typically repair for free, but they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for new tires. So I went back to Jay. He not only repaired my tire at no cost but also assured me my tires were still in good condition, with a little advice to avoid hitting curbs. I truly feel valued, blessed, and cared for here. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone!

The best service I have ever received first time here and they gave me a discount on a pair of used tires that are basically brand new looking and let me check out the tires before I chose them , by far the best tire shop on the market I used to go to deer valley tire shop never again

What a wonderful tire shop. I needed a set of used tires for a vehicle that I won't be keeping for much longer and the team at Diamond was so friendly and helpful. They brought me into their shop to look over the tires before selling them to me and were so friendly and professional. Installed them, balanced, got rid of my old tires and shined up the "new" used ones that look to be in fantastic shape. I can't say enough good things about Diamond Tires. Highly recommend!

I have come to this tire shop for all four of my tires, this morning I came with a flat tire and they fixed it for me and I was on my way! These guys here at the shop are so great and helpful, I only bring my car to them when I need things done! Next time your car is need of a tire or an oil change etc give these guys a call (:

If you’re looking for a place with actual great customer service, that doesn’t waste your time, and is honest, you will be happy with you going here! I checked out discount tire before coming here and I’m so glad I didn’t stick with them. This place got me in so fast and went above and beyond!!!! Explained and showed me everything no hidden agenda!! Thank you all for your time and service. Will be a dedicated customer from here on out.

We had a tire emergency and the team at Diamond was incredible. They were professional and courteous and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes. Jay made sure to check the rim for damage and did his best to assist with some loose plastic. Reasonably priced, as well. Will definitely go out of our way to go back when needed.

Been here once. They fit me in without an appointment. Great communication, kept me informed the entire time. Cozy small waiting room where they offered me refreshments. Really great vibe here.

Coming from a veteran wheel/tire guy of over 28 years, these guys have old school values, they actually talk to the customer and know how to use their equipment. And, charge a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend and will use again myself 👍
