They overcharge storage fees! They picked up my car and didn't work on it til 2 weeks after and guess who had to pay for those overcharged storage fees!! not recommended at ALL!

So I was referred here through a friend after I had just recently got did up by a hit and run! Once my insurance did their part, I had immediately sent them over DCRC’s address to then drop off my car and also point of contact (Ray), an outstanding young man! He had immediately got with the adjuster and kept me up to date with every part as far the adjuster getting back to him throughout the time frame, to notifying me when parts were coming in, and giving me an accurate time length of how long my car would be in shop. I really appreciate it! Just got my car back and it’s like nothing ever happened! Thanks so much to Diamond Collision Repair Center! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Also, I forgotten to mention local in north central Austin! Convenient for most I’d say!

Was trying to use this service because I had heard great things, but they have poor, poor, poor, customer service. The owner can’t return phone calls. And then on top of that, they will text u I will call u back in 10 mins and never do. Just piss poor customer service all around. I would not recommend anyone use this place if u need to get ur car fix in a timely and efficient manner.

I am so impressed with Diamond Collision I had a deer hit me and messed up my front bumper and front lights and they had my car fixed less then 2 I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. They also helped me with my rental deposit 😁

I had a car wreck, they picked my vehicle from my house and sent me pictures when they dropped it off at the shop. They fixed everything and keep me updated about when my vehicle will be ready. Just like new as when I picked my vehicle off the truck from the dealership. They also brought my vehicle to me at work when it was done. Mr Mark and Mr Ray and their stuff was very professional and kind.

Unprofessional. I was told to come and drop my car for repair and the door was locked. It was during business hours and no one answered the phone.

Very profesional staff, everything was explained to me and everything was done in a timely manner. Diana, the estimator was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
