They tried charging me $640 for a part that costs $220. Never seen that kind of price gouging at an auto shop. Bought the part myself and replacing it myself. Find another shop that is more honest with their pricing

Honestly I’m frustrated… I was going to schedule an inspection but the scheduling makes no sense. They said drop it off whenever. Not explaining if I’m leaving it over night and not giving a proper schedule time. I’m an adult with a job, I can’t just leave my car on the spot in that moment. I tried getting the women to better explain when I could get the car inspected and how long it may take. She just kept staring at me blankly…so then she eventually went on to tell me how “his schedule is in his head” as if that’s a professional way to get customers scheduled in. So then they told me they could “try” to get me in or I’d have to leave my car over night… I found my experience unprofessional and lacking direction. I’ve heard amazing things about this place and was really hoping to get that same quality service as my friends and family have…

Came in to have them find a coolant leak on my Silverado and they were extremely quick. I dropped it off late Saturday Morning and it was diagnosed Monday Morning and I had my truck back that same afternoon. Prices are definitely fair. I’d definitely recommend

I love this place!! We have had bad luck with another place we used to live by... we have had 2 of our 4x4's in Diamond Auto within a month- they're honest, fast and great prices. The honesty is what will keep us going back! If you haven't gone here, do it :) Update to this review From three years ago! I’ve had to take my SUV in to Steve a couple of times in the last couple of years and I tell you what, I leave so happy with the job that they do every single time. He’s honest, his guys are honest and the prices are phenomenal and the job is always done correctly!

I have been taking my vehicles there for over ten year and always has it done and lets me know what i need fixed. Dropped my ride off on Wednesday. They were packed and said wouldnt be able to have it looked at and then they had it done by Thursday.
